Dominance never ceases to amaze! Today, I was gearing up for a meeting with a client who was nice at first, but has recently become more aggressive and demanding. My sweetie texted me to say "good luck with your appt, and don't forget your Dominance".....hehe.....he gets tickled with my stories about this one!

 

So, anywhoooo, I had a new experience with this one. One of my favorite clients showed up, and he is usually very cooperative. Today, not only was his usual self, but he was quite PROTECTIVE, also. We were talking before the other client got here, and he said, "Well, I'm staying until he gets here.....if he gives you any trouble, I'm gonna beat his a** !"

 

I just giggled, and told him it was ok for him to leave.....so, he did.....so anyway, the jerky guy gets here, and walks in with a big chip on his shoulder. Starts informing me of how he wants things done. I sat him down, and started explaining to him what he needed to provide me with in order for me to do my job.....and, that he was to provide this info in a prompt manner, but NOT tell me how to do what I do. My arm was very close to his face at the time, and I talk with my hands, so roses and chocolate were wafting everywhere. Within a few minutes, he was sitting there like a good boy, nodding and listening intently to everything I was telling him.

 

I love this stuff! Scented or unscented, IT ROCKS!!!

I promised an update when I roadtested unscented Dominance.

I'm pretty extroverted and dominant - under normal circumstances - but based on this - and some work stuff - decided Dominance was worth trying.

So - about 20 minutes after application - I started to feel like I do when I'm "on a mission from God." Take no prisoners. There will be no NO's. She who must be obeyed has spoken. I'm sure you get the picture. My DH and children have. :-)

It's not that I don't do that - it's that I don't live on that level of intensity - and when I'm in it - I very rarely do it for hours.

Maybe I'm hypersensitive - as evidenced by my EOW application issues - but man - General Patton, I mean Shelly B - reported for duty today.

It came in waves - but Barney Bad A** was not putting up with Sh*t today. No she wasn't.

Will trial again - on a day when I need to be decisive and respected - but I'm starting to think Dolly is right - and I need some Treasured Hearts. Any more dominant and I'll be p*ssing on the couch. Or someone's desk at the office.

Have you received my email addy ? I was considering joining the decant circle, read the specifics twice, I don't get it ! There wouldn't be much I can contribute, everyone seems to have it covered, mine would just be dups.

I can't join the decant circle - I travel too much and ya'll would get aggravated at the wait times. Sorry! :-( I would rather ya'll still like me than join when I'm likely to be terrible at it.

Its funny, I dont get cougar with this one. I do like it but it is turning to the same scent that plenty and nakai nectar have turned on me...crazy! My skin is definetly amping something in these three blends. I like it but I cant have bottles of all.

 

I have 2 bottles of nakai (which me likey ) and a couple sample of plenty and PCMP. So for now I will have to collect samples

 

OH EDIT!!! I just got the cougar part of this one. The scent has now almost disapeared from my skin (had on for maybe an hour) BUT it has left the chalkie (only way for me to describe it) note that I get from cougar that I dont thoroughly love.

 

Crazy I am going to have to test this one again another day. Into the retest required pile

I'm with Curious Chic - it started out fruity - sort of berryish - then smelled like Nakai Nectar = and now resembles Cougar. It's been 4 - 5 hours - it's still here - but faint. It's very fun - it smells almost like a smile looks. Very happy scent.

Can't say the Pheros are doing anything for me - but I'm not at the office today- will have to give it a road test at work.

Interesting - I wasn't noticing the scent anymore as I was sleeping - but I woke up at 5 am to DH huffing the back of my neck telling me I smelled wonderful.

Don't know if it is the Soulmate phero - but I haven't gotten to cuddle like that on a work day in forever. I was wondering - who is this man? And what did he do with my husband? And can I keep him if he isn't really mine? Pretty please with sugar on top?

Glad I got the full bottle. This is going into heavy rotation.

Ordered it - without a lot of reviews. Interested in the phero - Soul Mate - more interested in the fragrance.

And - LOVE it.

Cherry, citrus, dries down to musk. Powdery soft and magic.

This one is great. This would be a GREAT scent for work - not obtrusive, not overly sexual - clean, warm and wonderful. If the Phero works as intended but applied in an office setting - could create a really, nice bonded atmosphere.

And I have a thumbs up from the DH - and two very big thumbs up from both children. Which pretty much never happens.

And now - the giant box of LP goodies has arrived - new reviews coming soon.

And likely - items for the trade list - next week.

man you guys are LP wild, you guys seem to be ordering dozens of bottles a week from what I read in your posts. I guess the recession hasnt been hitting you guys much lol. I know when I first joined I bought alot but then it tempers off once you have most of what you want then its easier to purchase as the new releases come out.

 

I know I'll purchase maybe 2 or 3 at the most this month and then mostly older scents before they sell out.

Oh no Vivica - the Recessions hit.

But since I'm early in my addiction - I'm still amassing my base arsenal. :-)

I suspect one more order and I'll have enough big bottles to tide me over - so I'll be stalking new releases/GGG much more strategically from there on.

At least - that's what I keep promising myself.

Holy Sh*t - we all have issues. I stand in awe of this order. I salute you. I see smoke coming from your wallet - but I am truly impressed.

Does anyone else have the old Hanna Barbara Good Angel/Bad Angel conversation? Good Angel - don't buy anymore LP - DH will stroke! Bad Angel - But you know you want to - it will be ok - he'll like how you smell and surely that will be good enough. Have another piece of candy (I mean roller of perfume) little girl.

Hi officer - I missed that stop sign because - as a result of my Road Rage Reduction Civic Duty - I applied EoW - and frankly - in the moment - I wasn't seeing STOP. I was seeing - Oh please, oh please DON'T stop. I'm sure you understand my confusion - and are delighted to commute my ticket.

But I was thinking...it's funny, the psychological response I have to this one is actually what I expected I'd get from the Down & Dirty duo, heh. While they're sexy they're not necessarily dirty. While I cannot wear EoW pure, I've had *interesting thoughts* on my commute home wearing PG:1st ed, took me a little while to admit to myself that I wear it purely for my own pleasure, SP likes too.

Hey - as long as someone's getting some pleasure - life's good. :-)

I try to look at it this way - if I'm that happy on my commute home - I'm a whole lot nicer when I get home than I was going to be. And instead of running when DH chases, maybe I'll let him catch me more often. <g>

And EoW certainly minimizes Road Rage - couldn't care less if they cut me off. See Mara and Dana are providing a public service by offering EoW and I'm doing my civic duty as a driver by applying it.

HEHEHE.....just wait till you try Dominance.....it is one of my favorite work blends....I have a couple of male clients who are butt-heads, but with Dominance, they sit on their hands and do as they're told. Read my posts about it....it works wonders......

I did read your posts about it - its why I ordered it.

I've been rather overly patient with one problem child at the office - and now I've created a Monster. I've been snapping him back into shape - and look forward to Dominance assisting in the process.

That and I pulled out my copy of the "The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn't" - no kidding - it really is a business book - about dealing the most difficult people at work. Great tips on how to neutralize the biggest flamers btw.

With EoW - Dirty dreams, dirty day dreams - all out WANT. (And my best commutes in heavy traffic - in years.) The car reeks - the kids offered to look under the seat to find the smell today - but the commute is so worth it - they can search forever for the missing rotting cheeseburger - I don't care.

Curiouschic beat you to it... However, I have it on good authority that Jo Anna has a bottle of SS4M. I'll see if she is interested in splitting it. I don't think she is using her unscented as she thought she would. She tends to go for the pre-mixed blends now.

I too have found self-effects with almost all pheros. Mighty pleasant side effect...

It might not be the amount - it may be the social filters. Men your age tend to have better social filters than teenagers (argh! - remember teenage boys? Good Lord!) so they NOTICE that you are the sexiest thing they've seen all day, but will be slower to act on it. And highly unlikely to make obvious comments.
