I got this one off the trade threads and its a treasure for me. It smells like a sophisticated but light and elegant perfume on my skin all by itself! And to think I was scared of musk... Well, my only experience with it is in the Body Shop White Musk version. Maybe I should try the sugared white musk too.

I don't think this is very pink, which allows me to pair it with several other more complex scents or sugar layerables. I've tried it successfully with Sugared Vanilla and LP White so far.

I love this one. So sparkly, juicy and fresh! Definitely a "makes me feel young" scent. I use it by itself and to amp up Cougar. I got compliments on it already.

I did try it with Sugared Pink Musk but that combo did not work too well.

I also found that it works well with Bridezilla.

This one smells like cookies on me for some reason, or some baked yellow cake right out of the oven. It's very warm, creamy and tasty smelling, and my fiancé did not disapprove of it surprisingly, but I'm not sure I want to smell like cookies. I'll have to test more for the effects of Lace, which I loved the one time I tried in a floral scent.

I used DOM and let's just say it did not work... he even said when I challenged him "I'm the doctor here" and "trust me, I know this stuff". Usually he is a lot more easy going and he prescribes any tests I request and listens to my suggestions. Not that time. He insisted I had a sinus infection when I knew it was an eye infection. Needless to say I went to an ophthalmologist after and he got me squared away.

Not sure I'll try DOM again on my primary care physician...

Off topic, but I was at Victoria's Secret sale yesterday and saw a "Scent ring"! I had no idea how to open it and it looked way too big for my liking, but now that I read about "poison rings" it totally makes sense!!

Suggestion: Get your mom the newbie sampler for ladies, if you haven't ordered one already (I think you can only order them once?) It's a great deal (costs about as much as a phero'd FB would) and half of them are phero'd, Cougar is in there and so is LP O so you could snitch that one out

I'm considering a FB of LP Pink, one of Beautiful Dreamer and I'd like to introduce my 58 year old mom to pheros... so maybe a FB of Cougar as well? Still thinking about the last one. I might decant a few for her first.

Oh, and I think it may be time for an LP Original sample.

I ordered a full bottle unsniffed, just based on the notes and reviews, and I'm soooooo glad I did!

This is right up my alley. When wet, it's floral, almost green. As it dries, it reminds me of a Taste of Luxury and LP White. It's a less creamy, sweeter LP White, but very soft, like sweet skin smell. The floral notes are just a very light touch when dry, if I didn't know they are supposed to be there, I probably wouldn't be able to pick them out. This is among my favorite LP scents for sure, and I think it is perfectly paired with Gotcha!

I'd go with LFM

 

ETA: when I wear H&S people go out of their way to please me, everybody loves me, so if you want to consider that for your talk with the chef.

Going on a double date dinner tonight at a fancy but intimate restaurant. A married couple, plus us, an engaged one, so we are fairly established couples. I'm in between LFM and Gotcha... but of course, always open to other suggestions. I don't know this couple much, and I am an introvert, but given that I won't be in a large social setting, I'm not too worried about being uncomfortable.

I don't want to put out a very sexual signature, but I do want to stir up a level of Queen bee admiration yet be somewhat approachable... thoughts?

The reason for queen bed admiration is because this is the restaurant that will be catering our wedding, and the chef usually comes up and talks to us...

It is still not clear to me how the opposite sex is affected by the female pheros in the wax melts. For example, if I burn wax melts with MLH, Lace, Gotcha!, Mega Watt or Sexpionaje, since these are not worn by me, how will my fiancé be affected?

I had mint chocolate chip with mega watt on yesterday, and I didn't think it affected him, nor was he affected when the wax melt with MLH was in the burner... Which I was hoping would affect him since I was doing chores.

I bought a FB Ashes to Dust, for intent. I needed it! I plan to wear it on New Year's Eve. And probably Bridezilla too (because of all that champagne) But I'm also wondering what will Mara make for us for the begining of 2015. She said spell potions will be released early next year, but Valetine's editions will probably be released in January, so I'm hoping for something sparkly with champagne

I got this off the trade threads and slathered last night for the first time.

Before application I was in a very Christmasy, family mood... after application... I pulled out my VS bombshell bra, which I've never worn for my fiance in our 3.5 years together. I put on the longest earrings I have, reapplied eye liner, some red lipstick and walked over to my target. He put down his book immediately. "Have I seen this bra before? I think I'd remember your breasts looking like this..."

Needless to say it was epic.

I was so happy I could play the part!

In terms of scent, it reminds me of Sneaky Clean. It's a very faint, clean but with a touch of honey scent - the kind of honey I can wear. And fiance said so too, that it smells like honey to him.

I'm liking this a lot!!! Much more than Compromised Positions, which got me no response nor any self effects the one time I tried it. Probably because it feels too much on the foodie side for both he and I.

Just dropped and broke my mega watt sample bottle in the entry way of my office building and soaked in to the carpet. Curious to see if evey one is productive the rest of the day-

I have gone all the way up to 4 sprays, but still can't pin point any self effects (nor effects on others). Maybe I need to be more self aware...

So glad it worked for you Phergineer. I have a bottle I haven't tested properly yet and you've inspired me to maybe give it a go at a Christmas thing I'm going to.

I'm an introvert... last time Audacious worked well in a social setting where I didn't know many people, but I'm not sure if it will work for business networking.

SWS would probably not work, and Open windows does not make me less of an introvert. Treasured Hearts is great for family gatherings for me, but again, I would not use it at a HH.
