 I do intermittent fasting and drink regular caffeinated coffee. Haven’t had any issues with pheros. I do know I metabolize caffeine quickly though.

Gotcha makes a good cat magnet 😄 I'm watching six cats for a friend. Texted a pic of one the cats rubbing herself all over my arm. She asked "how did you do that? That cat hates everyone but my husband."

Both my LPMP and another package have been delayed this week  😕 Fingers crossed they’re here by the weekend and that it doesn’t happen to anyone else

@oceanjewel the key, for you, is to hold poses longer. Not standing poses, poses on the floor. Make sure you always count to at least 20 seconds, or 30, before moving. Some vinyasa or flow classes might be too fast for you to get sufficient stretching. Also make sure that your body heat is up, you can raise your internal heat by always breathing slowly and smoothly thru nose, not the mouth.

Suggestion was more for Dom or Leather enhanced scents that don’t have a virgin version. I had to try Mistress Mine but I can’t wear Dom or Leather on their own.

Alpha blends with Cops can be a lot of fun. I got a bottle of Mistress Mine boosted with Cops. If you find the alphas blends flip your bitch switch, try adding a little DHEAS to the mix.

Open Windows might be another good option for you

This reminds me of hiking in Belize and standing on top of the Mayan temple at Xunantunich or zip lining through the canopy while toucans flit from branch to branch. The water accords combined with the woods and hedione are a perfect combo of the steamy green jungle I remember. Adding to the full bottle list

I think part of it is he just likes to keep things simple. He doesn't understand why I have about 100 bottles, but he isn't complaining either...
