I tried this one for a couple hours this morning... it was very nice when I smelled it close to my skin, a soft, sweet lavender. But the scent that wafted up was kind of like sour milk, lol

BB always seems to review things just like how I'm thinking them. We must be scent cousins!

 

This feels sheer to me. A clean, sheer floral. I don't smell the magnet at all. My sister stole my Playdate, so I'm up for a new LAM scent. I thought about getting the Unscented, because PEENIEFEET. But I may get this instead. I really like it, esp for summer.

I made a panic order - I had to get a bottle of Leopold (because I love it) and a bottle of 'Weenie (because he loves it) for Mr Perfect ... and my May PE sampler

Huh. I don't think this is overtly masculine. I mean, a guy could definitely wear it, but it's not screaming "Hey, I'm a Man Scent!" to me.

It is reminiscent of Eternal Sunshine, in its freshness. Clean in an herbal, just showered, way. I love Eternal Sunshine, and I love this one too.

Mr Perfect doesn't really do well with EST. The only time I can really wear it and still get good effects with him is in Audacious and Leather. Sometimes Blatant Invitation too.

Mmmmmm... This is so good! I'm so glad I took the chance on trying it.. I have been in a weird mood, wanting the deep resiny perfumes, even though it's Spring. This was perfect for today. It's deep and dark and sweetly resiny. I can pick out the incense-y-ness, like nag champa. Absolutely a keeper.

When I got my pkg, I tried all of them on. Of course. And there was one that was just a gorgeous patchouli. I thought it was Age of Aquarius, because that's the only one I could remember that had patchouli. But it wasn't. So tonight, I tried to find which one it was.

 

Virgin Dirty Old Man!! So glad he's a virgin, because I want him all to myself!!!

So when I got my pkg, I tried so many on.. and there was one that was really gorgeous patchouli.. I thought it was this one! So I was super excited to give it a full day today. But um.. I'm not getting hardly any patch now, lol. I wonder which one it was.

Anyway, this is green and spicy on me. I get the sage, and the clove. A little vanilla and amber as it dries down. I definitely want to smell it on Mr Perfect

 

ETA hours later, it is a kind of dry spicy vanilla. Almost woody. I really like it.
