  1. I really like this. I was hesitant about the patch, thought the other notes might not be strong enough to put it in it's place. No need to worry about that tho. I do get a whiff of patch here and there but it's not screaming free love at everyone.

Over all this is a great dark cherry. On me the Cherry isn't super sweet hard candy, a good thing for me.

I get a rich dark cherry scent, deep, sensuous & playful.

If you really don't like the patch then I recomend adding some cops. I decanted about 3ml into a smaller bottle and added 3big drops. I feel it pushed the cops into the background and softens it up. Really nice. I feel very slinky with the cop dose. :)

I do wonder what this would be like with "white patch" humm

What a good idea, I can't wait to try this...

    Tantalizing TJ

I think TJ is a forum member, but has rarely posted. Her blend consists of dry, warm vanillas, not foody, with white patchouli and white amber in the base, and a few drops of Bergamot EO on top. The bergamot is very light and fleeting, the blend as a whole is on the sexy sophisticated side. This is a recipe that is reminiscent of commercial perfumes...dry, wispy and elegant.

  3. My number 1 BPAL is a red musk/rose scent, so I was fairly sure I'd like this. This is really pretty. I was worried about the cabernet and the woods, but they don't overpower it. I think this is definitely a Grown Up Woman scent, and I'll enjoy wearing it.

  4. Me too, tyvey... it's very camphorous on me, like the lavender in Tickle, Tickle for at least 30-45 mins. After that, it's a soft, sweet cream kind of scent. It lasts awhile on me, but it wears close to the skin. I don't really smell the pinkness at all, or any lavender after the initial blast.

  5. I've tried this a couple times during the raging tide (since that's one of the primary uses for it) and it's like taking my emotions to the dry cleaners: they come back fluffy and unwrinkled. It sort of distances me from the stress - I can still perceive it, but it's not in the forefront of my brain. Personally I don't care how this affects others, because it's all about me attempting to subdue the PMS monster, but if you do wear it UN I'll say it's a bit stinky so you might want to use a strong cover. I don't get a "crash" from it myself, though.

I like this for daytime, while still using Teddy BB for nighttime.

This is why I'm trying this out today... Yesterday was a super horrible/hormonal day for me. Hoping today will be better!

    Chrissy's Pink Lavender Cake

A variety of pinky sugars and cakey vanillas melded with sweet French lavender, and fluffs of marshmallow clouds on top. Since Chrissy wanted a specific type of pinkness, I added a tiny drop of lemon and a drop of amber to emulate that. Beautiful blend!

  7. (from the description:) a loving passionate heart of tulip and hibiscus blossoms, with just a touch of irresistible white lotus, encircled by sweet leafy greens and a gentle dusting of powdered sugar

At first, this is ultra-floral... it almost made my eyes water, it was so sharp. After about 30 minutes, however, it has dried down to a really beautiful, elegant scent. It's kind of along the lines of Betrothal Potion or Spring Fever. I can see myself wearing this on a spring day, when the sun is out. I'm definitely keeping my sample :)

  8. Am I the only one who can't get anything from LFM?

I have a decant, in oil. It was in a 5 ml roller ball bottle. I tried it a few times and never got any obvious hits or selfies. I put it in a different roller ball, to try and get it to apply easier. I get more out now, but still nothing. I'm swiping on my wrists, and along my collarbone. I've tried it at work (both jobs), with Mr Perfect, at home with my kids.. I'm ready to give up..

  9. Here's what Mara said re: how to pay:

They are $24.95 each. You can ask for an invoice or pay via the Private Editions page accessible from the Gift Shoppe. You choose the "Additional Bottles" option and write in the one you want.

However, these are not ready for paying yet, I am still bottling and labeling and must still report on how many are available in the end. :)

I'm sure she'll let you know when. An invoice might be easier though, if you're still confused.
