Wanted to come back and say I LURRRRRRVE THIS PERFUME!!!

I've had it for a goodly while, and recently dug it outta my LP cigar box. OMG YUM!!! I'd forgotten how GOOD it is! Does anyone remember the notes? I think it has some kind of patchouli...and it has a sweet musk thing, too. It goes on sharp--like a leeeettle teeeeny nip from the snake on the label--then immediately expands into sexy-as-hell nomminess on my skin. It's like what my skin should naturally exude when I'm wanting some attention. You know? Sexy attention or otherwise. It kinda makes me feel like I'm wearing Audacious. It smells classy and gorgeous. LOVE.

The first time I wore Sugared Pink Musk, I stuck some on the back of my hand and let it sit. Snoofed it. I thought, "Oh, this is so pretty and pink and girly! But poopie! It's *too* girly-young for me by itself." Thought maybe I'd mix it with other scents to olden it a bit.

WELL, THEN! At a later date, I tried it on the *inside* of my arms and it comes out differently. Much more grown up, more sophisticated...even more creamy! It's GREAT by itself (it does play very well with others, though). I wore it "neat" for three days running 'cause I couldn't help myself, and have worn it a LOT with and without other scents since then.

Today, just to see what-if, I did the outside of my arms. It did the super-girly thing again. Put some on the inside of my arms and voila! All grown up in big girl undies and high heels!

I love this stuff.

It's beautiful, right? My great aunt Gwen had a vase like that, and when I finally learned about the technique I realized why I had always thought it was so beautiful - because it's redemption.

Yes!!! Redemption.

Finished reading. EVERYTHING is just lovely!!! *happy sigh*

Is it time to yet...?

Oh how I love this one! It's like the honeysuckle that my Dad used to and now my Mom *does* grow...with sugars!!! It's wonderful. In the first goodly chunk of time I'm wearing it, the blooms dominate. However, by extreme drydown, the sugars are to the fore but the flowers are still there. Yum! I don't want to layer it with anything yet...but you know what I'm going to try? I'm going to get Sugared Earth and see if the two, layered, smell like my Mom's patio!

I LOVE THIS!!!

This is a wonderful champa. It's rich, just sweet enough, and oh so VERY satisfying to this nag champa addict! The first comparison that came to mind was of a stick of Goloka Nag Champa, sitting unlit, somewhere nearby...but this perfume is discrete from any incense I own.

On my skin, the flower itself is what snags my heart. I don't get incense so much as just a beautiful champa blossom fit for a Goddess. The sugars that Mara paired with it fit *perfectly*. I have yet to combine this with anything because...well, because I don't wanna. Hee!!! It lasts a goodly long time and hits me as comforting, cozy, supportive, and loving. Oh and I think ssuppytalp is right: This is gonna age crazy-well!
