If A-nol works for you, then Topper will be awesome for you! My DHEAS spray is 2,500 mcg. Since I'm still fairly new here, I try not to overdo the pheros I use. The more I learn and experiment, the braver I get! Can't wait to read your review of Topper

I never ordered Topper! I had a reaction to a phero (LAM) with a lot of A-nol in it, and it scared me away from Topper. BUT don't let that scare you at all because I have depression and anxiety, so I was already down when I had this reaction...and now that I've learned more about pheros, I figured out that i can wear A-nol as long as I'm not already down. And while most people have great uplifting effects when wearing A-nol, they're a few of us who are more sensitive to it. I do have DHEAS and I've worn it with LFM with fantastic results! Hope this makes sense! I'm actually not scared of Topper anymore, so I'll be purchasing it sometime soon

I have it in oil...not sure if anyone has it in spray, but either way it would be wonderful! I guess there is one small drawback to a spray; it could get in your hair easier and cops in hair are a big no no. Oil is easier to control the placement! You will love it!!

It really is an overwhelming decision, huh? I don't know if this will help...when I first came here, I stuck with the phero perfumes first. Once I got more comfortable, I ordered some of my favorite non-phero perfumes boosted with my fav pheros. Shortly after that, I purchased UN Pheros. I did it in steps because it gave me a better feel for things, and took some of the pressure off. Hope this helps! Good luck
