Xev, remind me of this when next you put in an order. I will throw in some Zzzzap! spray for a giftie. I don't have that up for sale anymore but still have a few ounces on the shelf and you might really like it. I found that I was my own biggest customer for it so I stopped selling it, but if one likes to feel refreshed and minty, it rocks. It's a "splash" concentrate in a spray, not a perfume.

This is an unusual scent. I can't get a handle on it. The very first note from the vial was rose (I know, I know! roses are not listed in the description!) Not a heavy old-lady kind of rose, but sticking your nose right in a freshly opened rose with dew still on the petals. When I sniffed it again from the vial several minutes later, the fresh rose had morphed into a greener note of some kind.

Only on drydown am I picking up the mint.

I like it even though I don't understand it yet!

Wet, I get pure pumpkin and fruit -- very fresh. On drydown, the apple becomes more prominant, and the spices are just barely showing up. Spices usually amp like mad on my skin, so I'm curious to see if they will behave themselves in this one and stay in the background.

I ordered this one because I have some long GGG Bath and Body works peppermint foot spray that I love, and have been looking for something similar.

This is not similar, but is really lovely anyway. Strangely (meaning I'm strange, not the perfume), this seems like a summer scent rather than a winter one. Or a scent to wear to bed.

The dominant note is candy, and specifically it reminds me of Smarties, and is a little bit similar to "Last breath of summer". The mint is very light and refreshing.

Just tested this -- Yum! Very foody gormand vanilla. Wet there is no sign of the orange, but as it dries I'm starting to pick up something vaguely citrus. I really like this! Wish I had a bottle.

When I read "OD" I was thinking of self-effects from too much copulins. I don't think I"ve heard reports of it.

I don't have very much experience with LAM, but I do agree with Tyvey that ODing on cops isn't likely to do anything except make you stinky.

I gravitate towards b-nol over a-nol and haven't od'ed on either, but everyone is different so you have to experiments to find your optimal dosage. I have used BAM quite a bit but I typically didn't reapply it. I generally "refresh" with a cop-free alcohol or oil/alcohol phero spray in the afternoon.

Another reason I like cops and 'nols separate is that I wear the cops in places where others will only get small whiffs when they are near me (as would be the case with natural cops), so I roll on my scented cops (pherogirl is my fav) right above my bikini line, a little on the top of my thighs, and a small amount near (not in) my armpits.

Whereas I generally want major silage with the 'nols so I can enjoy both the self effects and the socializing effects on others, so I like to apply it to my wrists, decolete, hair, clothing, etc.

The cherry and almond notes burn off fairly quickly on me, which is a little sad, but they leave behind a really nice honeyed vanilla skin musk kind of scent. I really like this, so glad I got a bottle during the sale!

Alpha androstenol which is in LAM) and beta androstenol (which is in BAM) IMO give noticeable results for 3-4 hours, then it is greatly diminished. That is just my experience and opinion, but I don't live in as hot a place.

Copulins (which are in both LAM and BAM) on the other hand last all day and then some. They really do not need to be reapplied during the day. So be careful about reapplying because too much cops (and believe me you will smell them) is not a good thing.

This is one reason I prefer to dose cops separate from the androstenols.

I don't get a strong brown sugar note from this, which is good, because neither sexology nor LAM spicey brown sugar work well on my skin.

To me it smells like sugared honeycomb + musks, but less sweet. I just got a bottle of this and amped it myself with 20 drops of EOW. It will work well with all my favorite scents I think.

I nabbed a bottle of this "scent unsmelled" during the recent sale. It is very nice - I'm glad I got it. Wet, it has a fresh, watery note that is faintly reminiscent of Giorgio (I guess that is the citrus?). But that disappears as it dries, and now it is just a really sexy skin musk. Very understated and feminine.

To me this is a drier, more sophisticated, less sweet vanilla with a lot of body. To my nose it is not "pink" at all. It is very different from all my other vanilla heavy favorites.

I think bnol really stinks. Which notes are good for covering up the smell?

I'm curious what it smells like to you. It is practically odorless to me. Even at high concentrations, it hardly smells like anything except very clean sweat.

I read in a post that pheros heavy on Beta-Androstenol shouldn't be applied on the neck, wrist, etc so I won't be so affected myself. So I should be careful where I apply open windows?

I do not buy into this concept. If you respond to these pheros, you are going to get self effects no matter where you apply them. Diffusion is a random process. If you spray something on the back of your head, your nose is still only a few inches away as the molecule flies, plus you will move around in your own cloud of silage. Except for the situation of someone huffing your neck (or ahem other body areas), *your* nose is always closer to the application site than anyone elses. Certainly that is the case in most social situations.

Anything called Naked Twilight with such a beautiful naked women on the label has to smell amazing!!!

Okay double fail. I may have applied too much? (remember, my nose is not the best) I thought I was CAREFUL and only touched the little plastic applicator from the sample vial to my skin. Didn't actually use drops. It does smell a bit strong (it's been about an hour) but I like the smell (A LOT-maybe too much heh heh) Husband just walked by my desk and said, Are you wearing perfume? I said, Yeah I tried out a new scent, is it bad? No, he says, just strong.

Didn't you say you'd spilled one of your samples? That was probably part of the "strong" perfume your husband smelled when he came in.

I doubt you have overdone it. Really, I wear tons of perfume (LP only) and I never offend anyone (I ask). The scents hang close to the body.

Pherogirl is *da bomb*. I feel naked without at least a bit of it on.

It is not that your period renders pheros ineffective (except for self-effects), or actually changes the perfumes, it is that your olfactory perception changes.

Raq On, when you browse the LPMP shop are you clicking on "perfumerie" or "gift shop" from the home page?

If you haven't already, go to the "gift shop". From there, there are pretty clear categories of items. All of the phero products are under "pheromone blends" (with descriptions) except for the "beta" products, which are alcohol and alcohol/oil based sprays.

The "perfumerie" is a rather confusing place IMO. It took me a while as a newbie to click on "gift shop" because I sorta thought that would contain misc. items like tshirts, mugs, gift sets, etc.

BUT and a big BUT(!) I'm just realizing that I can't use any of the pheromones with cops and none because I'm on birth control they wont work!

I don't know why cops wouldn't work for someone using birth control. Are you talking about self-effects or effects on ohters? Your *natural* copulin output might be reduced by taking birth control; all the more reason to add some more, I would think.

Similarly, I can see bc affecting *your* reaction to androstenone in a negative way, but again, not others' reactions to your wearing it.

The are a mixture of short chain fatty acids that are bacterial breakdown products found in vaginal secretions of young women during ovulation. Of course, the ones sold here are synthetic versions made in a lab.

I picked up a couple of those little single serving everclear bottles for a couple of bucks apiece and keep them on hand along with small recycled empty spray bottles from other brands of products, and some disposable pipettes from my lab, and keep that all together in my bathroom for experimenting with different dilutions of alcohol and LP scents/pheros.

Ooohh, this is on my trading wishlist! JOC if it doesn't work for you I'd love to work a deal...
