LFM gives me the best self-effects of just about anything I've used up to this point!! I wore it yesterday with Gitana, and I was on top of the world!! I was witty, charming, smily and happy!! Mr. Goddess was VERY touchy-feely as well!

Unfortunately, I was so confident and self assured, that somehow I thought I'd be fine eating 3 desserts.

Not so much.

I'm not sure if the ingredients would meld well, but sounds like SWS with Dom or Leather might be the combo of business-y vibe with deferential respect.

Jimmy's California Messiah

Crafted by GoddessLynne for her dear hubby's birthday, this is our version of Jimmy's favorite blend, home made with ingredients from Venice Beach!: Frankincense, Myrrh, Orange & Tangerine. A lovely blend both sexes can wear.

Jimmy loves his first PE!! I've really been enjoying his lovely scent on him, too! Tonight I decided to try some on me after my shower. I just love the combo of orange and tangerine, it's so fresh!! The myrrh is so interesting, combined with the frankincense it almost smells like sandalwood. And, we all know how much I love sandalwood!! It's a nice fruit/resin combo, and very different from anything I've tried from LP up until now.

It's probably a little too masculine for me to wear often, but it's a fun change, and I think Mara did a beautiful job!!

This is one that I'll need a spray and an oil!! I love it so much!!

AH-HA! so vanilla IS the culprit in the Play-doh smell. I've been going nuts trying to identify that. I've never heard anyone else refer to it as play-doh except me. Some describe a "plastic" smell when writing reviews, but I'm not sure i've ever experienced that. I think Mara has said elsewhere that certain types of Vanilla are less play-dohish than others. I "think" French or more foody vanillas were less likely to come off that way. Maybe she can clarify. Sorry to threadjack.

 

Back to the review.

Just adding that the play-doh smell doesn't last after the initial dry-down...maybe 30 minutes tops.

I would pick Cuddle Bunny, simply because I don't have much with that and it would be useful to expand my repertoire. Maybe I could get Mr. Goddess to be more cuddly and less bite-my-neck-and-embarrass-me-at-work. LOL!! THAT was with Perfect Match!!

Beta Androstenol is the phero that is reputed to be the powerhouse of trust and bonding and deep communication properties.

DHEA is also for bonding.

Estratetraenol is soothing and comforting, in light doses

And the "sugary" - is it similar to Pure Sugar, somewhat a powdery sugar scent ?

I know you asked Lexy, but I'll chime in and say I think it's very comparable. I put 2 little swipes on my shoulder yesterday before I wrote the review, and I can still smell it right now. I know, that doesn't exactly answer the throw question, but when I slathered your PE I could smell it so strongly around me that I was afraid it was too strong. This is very similar.

GL, is this one like the old Jovan musk from yeeeearrrs ago?
