Tough question! Part of me would love to do one of the Alaskan cruises, see icebergs and whales! Part of me would love to visit the Caribbean, island hop and tan myself silly! There's an interesting one I saw that does Central America goin' thru the Panama Canal...Oooo, or a Nordic one and see Norway, Sweden etc! Another part of me (the native Yank that I am) would love to do a 'working cruise' in a clipper ship off the Atlantic coast...I grew up in NY and *miss* the ocean.

Yeah, this is one that I am so glad Mara said that they keep in stock.....one of their best sellers.....I can see why!

Indeed, I can breathe easier knowing if my bottle goes, it's not GONE!!

It *is* a great layer-er with SO many other LP scents...it's amazing how EASY it is to layer with the products here. I always had troubles getting my (commercial) scents to play nice together. Now? I just play. How much fun is that??

I now have a combo of CitriShine and New Year's Evil on one forearm and CitriShine and Egg on the other (just a swipe of each).

 

Normally my skin scoffs N Y E within an hour and EGG does pretty much nothing. I can smell the Egg at the moment and the NYE smells divine (but I am biased) let's see if it lasts.

I've been reading the posts and reviews for a couple of nights now.. I think I'm ready to attempt an order, I'm just hoping I get the package before I go on a cruise with my daughters..I figure a Mexican Cruise would be a good place to take that first step back into the "dating" world! Hopefully with a little help (from my purchase) I'll get that confidence level up!

I am a Mom of two teenage girls, 2 kittens and a Dog...Feel more lke a taxi driver than anything these days so I'm ready for a change!

If I can actually make a decision or two ....and I get my package in time..I'll be sure to report back on my experiences!

Mine does, too. Yes. The scent lockets help a LOT! They let your body heat the scent for sillage. But, they also keep the scent true. Your skin chemistry can't eat or distort.

 

If you check out the BPAL lockets, at their trading post, look at the Salome one. Don't buy the flaming Phoenix. It's pretty, but you can't smell the perfume, well.

Mara, thank you for conducting these trials for us, as well as for offering the D5 in a roll-on.

On the one hand, it is desirable for scents to change with our skin chemistry... as long as we feel that our skin chemistry is "behaving". I love how your scents morph and create something so very unique for me. Unfortunately, my skin is a notorious scent-eater! The D5 base (either with our without the pheromones) might be a means of enabling me to wear those scents which inexplicably disappear on my skin.

Same here - thanks! It's like having that perfect pair of jeans, but in a size you don't quite fit into "right now"...having LP scents you'd LOVE to wear, but your skin is "off" a bit. That'd be a great solution!

D5 is cyclomethicone.....it is used in "dry oil" sprays, and imparts a very silky feeling.

Hear hear! I tried Violicious today...again with the skin-eating! Is D5 the same thing as dipropylene (sp?) glycol? Noobie...

Angel of Spring starts out quite lilac on me - very pretty! and slowly becomes more vanillic or ambery - it lasts about 3-4 hours on me. Most LPs last 8-10 hours or more.

Pretty much the same for me, gone maybe 3-4 hours...but such a happy scent!

I'm testing this one out today as well....it's a lovely perfectly springy scent...I hope it stays!

woohoo just made my second order. So when do the new ones come out I cant wait for those. Since I saw there werent any new ones in march so far or do you guys put them out at the end of the month?

I'm so new here I have no idea if this is going to post properly. But I absolutely love the photos since I teach art history. Being a woman of a "certain age" I am very interested in the Cougar LP, but I'm not big on grapefruit. Any ideas on what it would blend well with that is light and green?
