  1. My reply:

Thanks for the recommendation . . . Winter Solstice Blend is going on my wishlist!

And I can't remember my life BEFORE discovering these lovely potions and fragrances! I am having SO MUCH FUN with these scents, and I feel very rich having such a collection to choose from!

I *absolutley* know what you mean - it's like discovering a WHOLE new universe, isn't it? And I've been wearing "perfumes" (commercial...and finding most of them "meh")(and wondering what the whole fuss was) for years, looking for scents that did HALF as much for me as these do, spiritually (as mood creating and uplifting) and um, physically too! It's amazing what finding the right product for you does! :)

  2. LOSTRALIA......I like that! ;) When things in my house go there, all I have to do is say OUT LOUD that I am looking for that particular item, and it will show up in plain view within a few hours. And, I am talking about things that can (and have) been missing for months (or years). My great-grandmother's ghost likes to help....... ;)

Wow, I could use a handy ghost like that!! I'm forever misplacing and things seemingly sink INTO THE VERY FLOORS when they leap out of my hands. Course having two cats doesn't help either, I shall dub them the Overlords of Western Lostralia...they can append their current titles as the Lords of Misrule.

  3. Man I was all set to place my order and Work laid me off.. ARGH...stinks stinks stinks. Gotta keepit on a WL now

*really* sorry to hear that AJR....strangely enough we had like 6 peope walked off the job today as well...phase of the moon? Hang in there, I hope you get new / better prospects soon!

  4. Ok, EVERYTHING IS UP NOW!

I may still have to tweak a thing or two, there's some technical info I need to check so it will be added later, but for the most part. Phew!

Here is the page with the info on the new UNscented Phero offerings:

    http://www.lovepotionperfume.com/perfume-Pheros.html

The Phero store page is now complete, for the time being:

    http://lovepotionperfume.com/store/Pheromone_Blends.html

and all the little clickies for more info now actually work. For ALL the new scents, not just the pheros.

I'm going to sleep now...bye please...

{BLOWN AWAY :) } Mara dear, take all the rest you need...this is amazing!!

  5. I've read so many great reviews of Bethrothal I really must try it, although I generally try to avoid anything majorly floral as they can be a bit hit and miss for me.

    May

I'd say give a sample a try...I'm not a BIG FLORAL person (i.e. super strong white floral type flowers) and this is definitely NOT that. Floral on the gentle side.

  6. If you like Autumn Equinox, you should try Winter Solstice.....in place of the pumpkin and spice, it has more butter and a hint of fruit.....YUM....

Welcome Chibirisuchan! I daren't even *try* Autumn Equinox...I got so thoroughly into my arm with Winter Solstice! ^_^ ...really, it's something I just couldn't wear at work I spent the whole afternoon sniffing me, and making yummy "mmmm-mmm" noises!

  7. Ooooooh, and since Nasty Habits seems to be more "me" than the Cougar potion, I may have to have the cougar pheros added to this one......

Fingers crossed here on the Cougar potion, somtimes grapefruit does unfortunate things on my skin (something akin to the unfortunate things that pets sometimes do on the carpet!... ) However my hopes are high, as I never thought I'd love some of the other blends as much as I do!

  8. Yeah, but rain - almost everyday??

To be honest the only reason I want to leave Scotland and move back South is the weather... I need to be able to dry my socks out at least occasionally.

    May

Ok hon, this is the deal, you can have a stay at my place in AZ, and I will take over your Glaswegian flat for a bit, rain and all! I even have a diabetic cat, and one who snores here for you!! :o

  9. Arts and Crafts wise I am totally spoilt here in Glasgow. My "office" (besides being a huge building) is pretty much bang slap across the road from where MacIntosh's house used to stand, and the School of Art is beautiful, and I get to drink tea in the Willow Tea Rooms. But, before you become envious, as it is Glasgow I do have to do all this in the rain...

    May

    /weeps

    rain! Bah!

    /weeps again!

  10. I think all of the labels are lovely, but I really love the Nouveau feel of Flapper and Violitius [sp]. I love the art and decor from around that period. From noveau to deco - but most of all th arts and crafts movement. If I ever win the lottery I'm going to buy an appropriate property and restore it and decorate top to bottom in that style...

Well, a girl can dream! :o

    May

Woman, you are not alone in that dream! I thought at first when I got my new place, I'd do it up in some form of Craftsman Style... I regularly get advertisements from outfits like "Restoration Hardware" so that I can dream, and drool over the stuff! And YOU get to see the likes of Makintosh, no? Loved the bottles too...I just got a calendar this year, and will be framing the prints once the month is done.

I'm afraid once again there are far too many I NEED to sniff this month. Add that to the bottle I'm getting for my newly-addicted friend, and another I have to get before it sells out...and...

  11. Oh My, these look and sound incredible! I know I'll have to order another monthly sample pack, because I want to try each and every one of them. Mara and Danna, congratulations on another great batch of new releases and thank you so very much for all of your creativity and artistry!

    exactly....what she said! In spades!!

  12. Such great labels, such tantalizing stuff!! Ok, I need to get organized and make-a the list...this is a boost on a kind of crummy Sunday nite. THANKS ladies!

Oo, and May congratulations! I know packing is dull as dirt...done it too many times...were I there I'd surely give you a hand - I'm *really* good with boxes! Hang in there, the end is worth the trials!

  13. Nope because that would mean you and Danna would spend more time in the Gym and less time brewing us scrumptious scents! ;):P

    May

...waitaminnit, I think you're thinking about it the wrong way... If we collectively PayPal them the gym fee, think of how many more *years* of potions we'd get from happy, healthy and stress-free Potion Master and Sinister Girl?! Heck, they can have MY memberhsip..it's been idling for months almost! B)
