Mara I probably should have posted this in the LPMP general discussion, not in "welcome"... But I can't see how to move it or delete ((then rewrite) it.

I was on Artfire & noticed a spray version of Stone Cougar, which prompted this post. If it's not such a good idea to let pheros & cops settle into clothing or hair how do you use a spray? Or is it the same rule... Stay nekked for 10 min ! Is the argument for the spray just to tone down the scent?

We have 2 different conversations going on here now. I received my first order and then ordered 6 trial sizes of what some of you highly recommended, I also received some small trials of other scents with my purchases. I have not been able to try them all yet. I have not had great success with cougar, it tends to go very "patchouli-esque" on me for some reason. Playtime goes soooo sugar sweet it is like I got dipped in cake batter (I am being very light with using these scents). I am probably doing something I shouldn't, I just don't know what.

Hi R&F. I'm sorry, this is my fault. I unknowingly hijacked your thread because I thought it was the perfect "forum" for newbies (Hi, I am brand new to this.") That being said, I have actually learned quite a bit from your questions and the advice you got- and your latest post is no exception. I'm going back to work so I like hearing others' experience with their colleagues (w/LPMP).

Yes, Wanted Man and SuperSexy were both blended in scents already. Super Sexy was in scented Super for Men (I looooove that scent)....he knows that the pheros turn me on, and that is why he wears them. He is still skeptical as to whether they work on other females, but I have seen the reactions....they do! I mean, he is pretty damn hot on his own, but some of the head-snapping double takes that I saw were off the chart!!

 

If you get the Unscented Sexpionage, be aware that it does not have an included cover scent (thus why it is called unscented), but it does have it's own smell, and it is not a very good one! That blend is pretty stinky.....so, if you don't get CP in a full bottle, and decide to get Sexpionage straight up, you WILL need to get a VERY GOOD cover scent....trust me on this one!!

Good info! Thank you... you are the 3rd one to recommend Super for Men so i may have to try that. I noticed in the Perfumerie it says "Super for Men II"... I wonder if "ll" is the same as the original (?) I'm glad you gave me the lowdown on Sexpionage too - this is the kind of help I need as a LPMP "Squib"!!! ;-P

Hi & welcome. I'm late to the party here but I'll say this about S & V. I have days where I can wear it and others that it's not doing it for me.

In my case it's probably the honey & specific musk used. It overwhelms at times depending on what my own chemistry is doing.

Probably been answered but there are no cops in it or the Dom phero. It's a woody/resinous scent with that slightly animal musk and smoke.

 

Regarding your first post I'd recommend Cougar, Open Windows, LFM for work. This may help with your "difficult group" and also your "guy".

It's never too late to add your favs to my question! Thanks StacyK... Cougar is a def on my list (I ordered a full size) because so many scent-masters recommend it. LFM has been suggested quite a bit too - I ordered a sample. Open Windows I'll need to read up on... I just remember something about "truth serum" but maybe that wasn't OW. Swimming w/ Sharks has started to come up now too... do you have a fav that is your absolute "go to" for work or your partner?

Now, though, even though my man knows I wear them, I never tell him when I am testing a new phero. I don't want to skew my results. It is funny now, that when he has a strong reaction to something I am wearing, he will say...."Did you phero me?" LOLOL

...but he does have empirical evidence that the men's sex mixes work to arouse me and of course that's a win/win. The thing is, since you're wanting to see what arouses you, you're skewing the experiment because you already know what he's wearing (if you manage to sneak it onto him).

I have the same reservations. What if he is super sensitive? He could OD which can be very unpleasant physically. I have gotten super sick from OD's to the point of puking and shaking for 13 hours. Cold chills and headaches. I don't think I would do this.

la Femme Mystere is my fav for this. It makes me feel confident and gets me tons of respect. It's not too hard and not too soft. Swimming With Sharks is made specifically for the workplace but it's gender neutral. I prefer LFM because it's more me.Calm, in control but still a fun social. It's the best all around phero here in my opinion.

Halo I did order a sample of the La Sylphide three days ago because it was recommended... just noticed it is now SOLD OUT so I'll have to covet my little sample! Now I'd better find a back up or at least a good cover for the La Femme Mystere if you can recommend one. This makes me want to only order full sizes because you never know when it may D I S A P P E A R

I would also caution you to only let him wear them around you if you manage to pull this off. It wouldn't be fair to him to not let him know what he is dealing with if he is going to be around other people especially women. Pheros really need the user to steer them and he could get into trouble without having any idea why.

Yes, I know. I've been reading posts on some of the blatant unwanted attention of other females - even when a man is on an obvious DATE with his partner. One reason I wanted to avoid a blend having Cops...

If I could find something like his dang Polo (green) he'd definitely be a willing candidate... thanks for your honesty and I will be careful (I've already had a near miss when I wore LP Red inappropriately)

Yes I know Luna - and I appreciate and want all your input! Rest assured I am "filing" all the stuff I get from (especially) you experts! I'm sorry to be so high-maintenance. Maybe when the 'new' wears off I won't be so anxious and impatient about what wonderful things lie in store for me (from LPMP) Until then - as I said before - I feel like I am "cramming for a test"...

I know I can do a search for this (Phero blends containing HeartThrob, Wanted Man, Dirty Old Man, SS4M, Perfect Match,etc) Super for Men has gotten recommended, but any blends with these others that you like? I'm rethinking how the H--- I will manage to get any of the unscented actually ON him, so I may need to ask him to "try" a scent sample (and leave out the Phero's info) The problem is going to be finding a scent that we BOTH will like as the "vehicle"... Original - yes, 1978 - Polo is his "sig" scent, and the description sounds like a smorgasborg ("The composition is green and fresh, made of grassy notes of artemisia, basil and thyme, with spicy notes of cumin, coriander and cloves. The heart is strong and masculine as conifer woods, decorated with notes of patchouli, oakmoss and vetiver. The base contains leather, tobacco and thyme, which create a wonderful, intensive trail") Perhaps more experienced LPMP can decifer that into what MIGHT be along the same line (so I can get him to consider switching for a night) but I personally don't see how the nose is capable of smelling that many things in a single blend!

Any suggestions on a good scent/phero blend or unscented phero to use for myself when networking/interviewing?

13 years ago I was at the top of my career but decided to become a SAHM, volunteer & raise my two young sons... don't regret it, but now that they are more independent (15 & 18) I'm wanting to head back to the workforce... the challenge is getting BACK into the industry at my age (55) when so many companies opt to hire younger (less experience for less $$) AND getting my career (vs. "Mommy) groove back.

I guess I'm looking for a scent that will help with my confidence and energy, while perhaps having an edge on the competition (other candidates vying for the position) with a phero or blend that might have positive effects on the person(s) I'm interviewing with (the industry has both male and females in power positions, so I don't want to give off something that another female could unconsciously pick up as "competition", if that makes sense.)

 

There are some that I wear that really get me cranked up.....one is Sexpionage.....it has the phero Androstenone, which is the main male sex pheromone. I love Sexpionage.....TRULY. It also can tend to make the sex more animalistic.....clothes ripping, biting, furniture breaking, you get the picture! My mans has some with Super Sexy for men and Wanted Man, and I like those as well.

Thanks Dolly! I did place an order for a Compro Positions sample which has the Sexpionage - so many members recommended THAT one as a powerhouse.. I wish I'd taken the leap of faith and gotten the full size RB/Oil tho - if it's THAT good it won't last long. Does your guy use a cover on SS4M or Wanted Man? A couple of (female) members said that SUPER for Men was a tingler for them... my guy really loves his Polo Green (and I love it on him) but if SUPER FOR MEN does a number on me then maybe he'll play...

thanks Luna65... I know you are right, I just wanted to (maybe) see what it's like to be on the receiving end of the experiment (no pun intended here). You seem really well-versed on so many of the "effects"... anything in particular (Women's or Men's scents) that might help ME lose some inhibition?

Thanks QG - I read a lot of your posts and reviews in the LP Men's forums and you are definitely the "go to" for the guys stuff! I started leaning towards SS4M because of your review and I stepped back on <3 Throb based on your report too! I need to go back and try to find where you mention Wanted Man... the descrip on that one intrigues me but I'd love to get an opinion from the front line first. I think <3 Throb has some CoPs right? I prefer to keep those for moi.

I have a very sensitive nose too - commercial scents just about make me sick (or at the very least, SO not "in the mood") my only exceptions were New West for Her (a 90s scent that is long out of production now) and for MR. LoveStruck, he usually wears RL Polo original (Green) which I find very stimulating - but only because it reminds me of him... probably a definite Pavlov"s Dog effect on me I'm sure. With that being said, I doubt I could ever get him to switch to a scented Phero unless he thought it would "guarantee" some action (and that's not part of my experiment - yet - I like being the lusty COVERT mad scientist right now)

Thought I'd ask the guys out there (but ladies feel free to put in your vote)... is there any particular unscented Phero that you've tried that you can say, without hesitation, revs your lady's (or, ahem, ladies) engine(s)? And was it a "covert" attempt (she didn't see it coming, in other words... no mention of what you were "wearing" and the power of suggestion tainting the experiment)?

Are the March new release sampler sets shipping out soon? I can't wait... I've already put two full sizes in my shopping cart ready to order once I confirm they affect me even half as much as their descriptions! I don't know how quickly the best ones sell out... I have a trivia question! Mara - what LP mixture was the fastest one EVER to sell out???

Love this info...I'm going to have to assemble a self-help reference binder that has all these experiences and suggestions that I can refer BACK to as I navigate this adventure on LPMP. Thank you for being so open and helpful Eggers. Means a lot and I love the laughs from the 'off the cuff' remarks you have in your posts! I ordered the Compromising Positions sample last night (kinda wish I'd gone ahead and ordered the full size roller/oil) to try out the Sexpionage... which you recommended to me in my other post! But hey, there's undoubtedly gonna be another order going in for my clandestine undercover (no pun intended) plans for my guy anyway so I'll just take another sip of vino or brewski and hit that "place order" button - all in the name of building a bigger and better arsenal of secret (scent) weapons... eventually I think I'll be forced (financially anyway) to limit my orders to once per quarter... But then that makes them even more appreciated!

Unscented Pheros that sound promising for my covert operation: WANTED MAN, SUPER SEXY, PERFECT MATCH (unisex) or TOPPER (unisex). I really don't want to put anything with Cops on him... I'd rather leave that for my scents.

 

LOL! Covert ops... I didn't tell my BF about my phero usage for AGES! I didn't want to get "false positives" in terms of his reactions to what I was wearing. He knew about my perfume obsession, of course, but he didn't know I was using pheros on him until maybe 6 months ago.

 

You are my hero...(Or I guess it's really heroine - but not the drug, LOL) Your advice and posts are priceless!
