Are we talking in theory? We don't use any animal derived products, but back in the early days of perfuming musks wer thought to have the properties of that animal, and is was thought that people responded to the animal pheros that were in the musk.

No, no maple syrup to me! Sweet Vanilla, Apricot, resins, a bit of greens. Ah! SUCH GOOD STUFF!

That's really sad, I know that so many of the historcial buildings in the Quarter and the Garden are for sale. I was shocked when I saw some of them, one of the hotels in the quarter, five or six historical landmarks as well. The "new" owners of Anne Rice's house are selling as well. I need to dig throught the couch for a spare 15 million or so-one could own some of the most signaficant buildings in New Orleans.

I wore this the other night to a club, so here is my review! LOL (many compliments BTW) Wet fruit incense and light musk. After about 15 minutes, more of the resin and musk come up, I get more patch and amber now. 1 hour, on skin, a touch of animal musk and fruit together with amber rounding it out, some got on my jacket and I smell sweaty fruit-OH WOW! I amp anything fruit, and tone down musk!

Glad you are loving the amber my dear! We use *many * different ambers to make that perfect amber blend. I have never smelled the song of india one, so it could be that they are similar. Merry Xmas!

People are extremely nice aren't they? I lived in a town that had a population of people that were mean to everybody-and I mean EVERYBODY. Wearing Love Potion® in the store one day, and the meanest old woman in town held the door for me, and started chatting! So it just exudes love!

It's funny, I'll be in line @ the store, or in the mall and someone will walk by and it's painfully obvious that soap is not in their repertoire. An artist I used to work for once had a contest with her male band members about (not) bathing. She went two weeks while on tour wearing the same leather pants, all day, every day-she said that she finally broke down and showered because the stink in the bus was so bad. The driver was quoted as saying it wasn't a sexy smell-just nasty. She had to toss the $2,000 leather pants. A little bit of sweat is great-having a collection of it on your clothes is not. Our friend came to the studio to smell the new scents-she smelled phero girl and said "ACK PUSSY!" LOL I'm just not a dirty underwear kind of gal- I would have been unhappy in the Old West. I think that Pheros are fun, and science and Magick together are awesome-perhaps the same! But something geared for wanking? Not so much.
