  1. Admittedly, I sniffed every scent-and tried four of them 30 minutes after arrival. Since then, I have been a good girl and allowed the travel shock to subside. First out the gate for true testing is Bare Trap. It may be better than originally thought (which, is impossible, isn't it?). Somehow, the entire olfactory sensation is almost chewy, like a truly excellent nougat confection-NOT a cheap Milky Way-like Sees or Fannie May Candies. There's a softness, a sweetness, a smouldering spiciness, and such depth. Mara, you've created "The" self-assured woman. Brava!
  2. Have a quick question for our Potion Master regarding Bare Trap: What spice might be giving off the slightest bit of smoke scent? I know, I know, my skin-to-scent reaction is a mystery, but hear me out, Potion Master. Is the vanilla woody, like Mexican Vanilla Beans? Might it have gotten hot and bothered with a spicy smoked Ceylon cinnamon? I get all the beautiful benefits of the listed potion ingredients with the added benefits of a distant whiff of bonfire, which, btw, is intoxicating. Oh, and this lavender is gorgeous, pillowy soft. I know guys are supposed to be incapable of resisting this combo, but seriously, I may add powdered lavender to my pumpkin cookies this year. This is good enough to eat.
  3. The Weenies have landed and the entire parcel is PERFECTION! Goes without saying that Weenie Roast, Flying Potion, Soul Cakes and Bare Trap are exactly what the Good Witch ordered. I was completely blown away by Candied Apple (fresh, crisp-tart with just the right sweetness), Rum Woody (this defies every expectation. Gobsmacked!), and Black Aggie (my kitchen when I'm stirring up holiday cakes). The one that I will dab onto a cloth and use as a relaxing sleep scent?..The Stag. It is the memory of the cabin in the pine woods we used to take the kids to every summer. I haven't even gotten to the rest of samples, but I am so excited that I had to pop in to thank you for yet another amazing contribution to olfactory bliss. I love you oodles!
  4. Thanks so much, Luna.

    Pink Pearl

If one of the two of you order this, please let me know whether this mostly peach, mostly melon, or balanced. Peach can go overripe to nearly sour on my skin (which makes me want to cry).
  6. I was absolutely bug nutty about Vardo, which was a very forward, long-lasting, ripe and warm from the sun berry, or a stewed blackberry. The scent leaned into the bramble's natural habitat of earth, grasses and sage, but the berry was the star. How does this compare in terms of how the honeysuckle plays? Is this definitely berry forward, or more floral? Thanks.
  7. Just the description makes me think of summer parties in dappled light. Ahhhhhh, a girl can dream. Really looking forward to trying this fragrance.
  8. Blackberries and Honeysuckle..I mean, I could lounge in that all day. Betting this would make a gorgeous bath and body product.
  9. Good Afternoon, you have reached my voicemail. I'm on the beach. Do as you must, but I may never get back to you.
  10. This is, simply put, a bottle of magic. It is all citrus up front with a bit of bamboo and sheer, soft musky drifting in, quietly. The citrus lasts for much longer that any other citrus I've ever worn. Having said that, as the citrus recedes and the bamboo and musk come forward, it never completely fades. It changes from a fresh-sliced citrus to a candied citrus, probably assisted by the sweetness of the pineapple. I am truly intoxicated by this fragrance.
  11. Berry and citrus slut puppy here. This wears on me exactly as it smells straight of the bottle. This is all that gorgeous fruit-warmed, but not stewed- a wee hint of grated ginger, and fresh lemon curd on top. Absolutely love this!
  12. Happy in a bottle! You cannot help but feel a spring in your step, and feel a smile spread across your face when you wear this. The citrus wears like a pink grapefruit, which plays nicely with the marshmallow-which-balances, but in no way diminishes the brightness of the red currant. Been wearing this around the house, and finding myself humming.
  13. This smells like butterscotch toffee tastes, but carries the depth and silk quality of pudding. It is insanely good. Again, mixed with the Mocha..just slap me.
  14. Ok, oldsters, remember the tv ads for General Foods International Coffees, and the promises of being whisked away to some exotic, romantic destination with just one sip? Well, this is so much better than any of that. Rich, true mocha in all its glory. If you could drink it (DON'T! It won't cure The COVID!), it would be full-bodied, fragrant, no bitterness-just absolutely THE perfect mocha.
  15. I love this bright, juicy, buoyant, ZINGER! Oh so good combined with the Mocha.
  16. Making my list and checkin' it twice..three times..four times.. ..Making my list and checkin' it.. damn.
  17. Run. Run awaaaay! You don't want ANY of this. Nopoe, nope nopeNothing to see, or sniff, here.🀭 πŸ€₯πŸ€₯ Move along. πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰Move along, now. Buh-bye!.πŸš€πŸš€ Is the coast clear? πŸ‘€Yes? πŸ‘€πŸ‘€Good.🀫🀫 Hello, Potion Master? May I order a 50 gallon bottle of Honeyed Pumpkin, pretty please? 😬 I promise I'll share. 😁
  18. I'm hiking in The Catalina Mountains in Tucson, at the tippy top where the evergreens are cool and shady. The temperature won't reach 50 degrees. There are plops of snow left on the north sides of rocks and fallen trees, but spring has arrived, the ground has warmed, and the ground is carpeted in dried evergreen needles. I love this. First sniff after application is all dried woods. Fifteen minutes later there is the evergreen-covered forest floor and a whiff of smoke, as if from a warming fire inside a nearby cabin. Thirty minutes in there is vanilla, but this is what cooks call Mexican Vanilla, very woodsy and up front in the nose. This is exactly what I need to carry in my pocket 24/7.
  19. This is gorgeous, and it does cuddle up to Tropical Musk (in my top 3..or 5 of all time). I have two bottles of Tropical Musk left, so I'll be ordering a full bottle or ten of this offering.
  20. The Amaaaaazing Mara, everyone. Can we get a standing ovation!!!!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  21. The GOTCHAs are phenomenal! So excited about all of these.
  22. You take your time and work your magick. We'll just be sittin' on the couch in our pjs, watchin' the tube, maybe havin' a scotch.
