  1. TANTRIC BUTTERFLY NYMPH! LOVE POTION: SPRING EQUINOX 2009 HOTTER THAN HELL THE LITTLE GOTH GIRL NEXT DOOR
  2. Excepts from the following page: http://www.lovepotionperfume.com/perfume-Pheros.html ....Instead of the customary alcohol dilution, we've decided upon a pure Cosmetic Grade Silicone called Cyclopentasiloxane (aka CPS or D5). This product is clear, tasteless, odorless, non-greasy and non-stinging. It is used as a base fluid in a number of personal care products including skin creams, lotions, bath oils, suntan and shaving products and make-up. It imparts a soft-silky feel to the skin, and leaves no oily residue or build-up, while being slightly thicker than alcohol and slightly thinner than oil. .... Cyclopentasiloxane dries quickly but is molecularly too large to be absorbed into the cells of your skin. In this, it has the advantage over it's close brother, Cyclotetrasiloxane (D4), (the other ingredient in commercial "Silk Base"), which does absorb into the skin and has been banned in parts of Europe due to fears stemming from health related issues of long-term exposure. Cyclopentasiloxane is considered a safe, hypoallergenic, inert product. This is from the order page: http://lovepotionperfume.com/store/Pheromone_Blends.html Pure Cyclopentasiloxane ~ aka CPS or D5. HIGHEST GRADE, cosmetic quality, skin-safe unscented silky base for fragrances, bath, body and hair products, and pheromone products. Molecularly too large to be absorbed into the skin, so may extend the wear of fragrances and pheromones - and preserve the fragrance or pheromone from reacting with the skin chemistry of the wearer. Considered a clean, safe, hypoallergenic product.
  3. No, Sweetie - NOT just you. The day that I wrote that, I had spent 16 solid hours in front of the computer trying to get through the backlog of emails, and ended up having to research who I was talking to at least a dozen times. It was probably 2 hours of my day. I may know you on the message boards, and I may know you over the email. But sometimes I don't have the info to connect the two, so I need help with that from the sender of the email. Our message board community only covers like 10% of our customer base. When Danna or I write a post like this one, it's because so many people do it, it needs addressing. It's never just because of one person. xoxoxoxox
  4. If you're not a honey fan, I would say avoid this one because the honey is pretty prominent. The sandalwood in this one is not like the head-achey perfumey type, it very softened and subtle, and gives the impression of aged paper more than incense.
  5. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - when you send us an email, please include your REAL NAME and your FORUM NAME, and any other pertinent info, such as ORDER NUMBERS, or what kind of credit you are redeeming. (Posting credit and for which landmark, Ooops Coupon, etc.) We get 400 emails per day, and have too many people to memorize what their real names, screen names, and email names are...usually being completely different, and many times coming from different email addresses than the one that is registered with us. It gets really confusing and totally slows down EVERYONE'S orders when we have to investigate and look up whom we are talking to. Many times, letters are not even signed. PLEASE have mercy on us! Thank you for your kind attention to this public service announcement. xoxoxox Mara
  6. Xev, it's not just the cops that you are smelling, it's also the ingredients. It is MEANT to smell unwashed. There is a TON of animal musks in this one, as well as copulins. It's meant to evoke a sense memory of sex. Some people really love this type of animalistic scent and it encourages an animalistic response in them, but some people just cannot abide 'dirty' smelling scents, and prefer the vibe of clean, soapy skin... it seems that you and your hubby both fall into that category. Danna is in that category too, but her BF loved the smell of this so much she wore it anyway.
  7. I wore this one out to dinner with a friend the other night, and she kept lifting her nose in the air and sniffing all night - when we were in the car, at the restaurant, and then later walking on the street. I asked, "What are you sniffing for?" and she said, "I don't know, I just keep getting wafts of this wonderful smell and I can't figure out what it is..." Heh, I didn't tell her it was my perfume, she knows darn well what I DO, so I just chuckled to myself and left it at that.
  8. It's really the pheromones that make it "for men", not the scent. Many of you gals are comfortable wearing the ultra-alpha-male pheros, but me and Danna, it makes us both kinda bitchy.
  9. SO HAPPY that you are enjoying it! Thank you for the wonderful words!
  10. Awww, YAY! Danna went to a rock show tonight too, wearing Sorceress - report tomorrow... and I went out to dinner wearing a discombobulated conglomeration of Teddy Man and Sexology - report tomorrow... 4 am, must sleeeeeep!
  11. oooh, so smart, Liz!!!! I was thinking, ummmm, bad cigarettes and humpty bumpty pony...?
  12. Ok, I know what PMS is, but the other initials have me baffled, LOL! I need to ask Dr Stone for this. I will ask him if it's best used on it's own or if there's a blend he can make us that really hits this issue on the head.
  13. Ok, I get it now. I think Beta-androstadienol is what you want. It's the "appeasement" pheromone. Produced by the Alpha-male at peace, it has (in my opinion) miraculous soothing properties. It seems to calm people right down - male or female. It's in the unscented Boy/Boy phero blend, and also in Teddy Man, both of which can be worn by a woman.
  14. ummm....sorry. Our trivia winner claimed that one!
  15. There are several pheros that intensify the effect of alcohol, or make people feel drunk without any alcohol. Alpha-Androstenol for sure - maybe others too.... Ail knows a lot about this stuff.....hopefully she will pipe in...
  16. Got you some, Liz - come look over here: http://lovepotion.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=2193
  17. Yes, give Karmiel's Silken Moonlight a try...it's along the same family lines. It can be found in the Private Editions portion of the store.
  18. I'm looking him up now. It looks like he changed his profile name and made his contact info private. Hmmmph. :/ We also used his work for last month's Hummingbird Nectar label and for Halloween Moon. I wonder what's going on, half his pix have been removed. I'm going to look elsewhere. BRB. Ok, it's a female. She has a deviantart site but not much in the way flowers there. http://melgama.deviantart.com/
  19. Yeah, it's Pineapple rather than lemon, but it has that citrusy tang. Actually, Linnea wanted us to make this scent as close to the scent of suntan oil as possible. She loves that smell and wears it as perfume! (That is, until we got her hooked on Sugared Pears and LP Black. heh.) Yes, Me, Jane! was more MY take on a sultry summer oil kind of vibe - thicker, with cocoa butter. Almost out of that one - just a few bottles left.
  20. Awwww...that is SO COOL! Is Mr Goddess a professional artist? Is more of his work posted some where?
  21. Isn't that COOOOOLLLL???!!!!!! Oooh, I can't wait to see it with the additional flower! Where are you going to put it? Excellent rendition by your tattoo artist! Ummm, let me think, I believe the artist of that image goes by the name of Melgama. He (or she) licenses their work through our stock image swapping site - it's one where artists create and swap their own work for various purposes. You gain credits when other people license your work, and you get to spend them on other people's work. It makes for a more unique collection of art than the typical stock photo sites.
  22. Make Liz show you her TATTOO!!!! She had her label's flowers emblazoned on her BODY!!!!
