Leather is indeed a strong note. I only used one single drop in the master bottle. When I was trialing it myself, the leather calmed down on me after about 20 mins and balanced with the florals and vanilla. It ended up smelling quite sophisticated. I hope it ends up working that way for you too!

This is one of my faves for the month. On me it wears sweet clear and bright, like a floral strawberry infused tea, how that would smell as you are brewing it up and the scent is on the air.

It's a variant on my recipe for NOX, so those who liked that one should enjoy this too. The Benzoin I use smells like deep warm brown sugar and vanilla, but with a saccharine cast to it if you know what I mean? It's like, *too sweet to be natural sugar* kind of feeling. But when used in small amounts it adds warmth, body and sweetness. I agree, this would be great paired with cops.

Hmmm, well, scent wise, it's nature-y and beautifully fresh like cool weather, with the grounding of resins in the base. (It is Jessica's favorite of the month, she said she wanted to steal it. LOL. and her second fave is Lina's Woodland Romance.) Phero wise, I think I would go for Open Windows as my first choice, or La Femme Mystere. I think these would best suit the personality of the fragrance.
