    Egg 2014

I have really been thinking of a vanilla-white musk PE so this is great. If the marshmallow is anything like Flying Potion, I can only imagine it being fantastic.
  2. Trying to patiently wait for mine....hope it will be here Monday. Weeeeee!!!!!
  3. Yes it is sold out. But there may be some in trading threads if not everyone liked it.
  4. I only just got the chance to try this. It is wonderful. I hope there may be another brew in the future....even if it is just for the summer. The smell of cops is completely absent. The fruit is just balanced so wonderfully that nothing seems to overpower nor does it overpower any scent it is worn with. Just a beautiful compliment to scents. I will cherish the small amount I have.

The second time I tried this, it seemed a bit flat and even a bit musty. I am not sure if it was the alcohol or the smoke. It wasn't completely unpleasant but it wasn't pleasant. Third time I tried it it seemed to have changed a bit and is not as flat and not musty. I think it will get better with age and some just need to sit for a while. I get into such a hurry trying things and have learned from reading and experience that even if something crinkles my nose, I will give it another chance.
  6. I received this one as a free one and I love the scent. I do get a bit of the clean soap but more of a essence of soap than actual soap.Like mentioned above it is as if i was working outside in the dirt and then washed with soap. I find this scent soothing and I am so happy the intent is protection. I will cherish both this one and Stocking Stuffer.
  7. I found the description in the archives and this is one good protection potion as well. I am glad Mara added it as a free one. I would have never know how wonderful it was.
  8. After a couple hours the spiciness faded and it became a beautiful soft floral that lasted many hours. Great scent.
  9. I received my bottle of this scent yesterday. When wet, I too find that it seems very unisex. After a while the florals did come out and dry down turned into a lovely spicy floral on me. I really like this scent and found it feminine after the dry down. The phero blend really kicks it up a notch. I understand why it is called Happy Water because my mood did lighten within a short time.
  10. I am so glad I had the opportunity to buy a bottle of this scent off of Artfire. I don't get cinnamon but I get the mossy-floral-cedar scent that softens with dry down into a beautiful fragrance. I haven't had a chance to try the G2 out yet but will be wearing it to work tomorrow. It would be nice to have a version IV r another scent offered with this blend..
  11. I am loving this phero blend. I had my Nola spiked with it and a few minutes after putting it on I got that vibe of Peggy Lee's " I'm a Woman". Capable and in charge but in a feminine way.

This is the way I feel every time I see the pictures of the devastation the area endured. But then seeing how they did not give up in the face of such disaster is so inspiring. The money for this scent is going to such a good cause I wouldn't care how it smelled on me, but while I get smokiness, I do get the deep dark Bourbon vanilla. I had mine spiked with Leather and it seems to be a perfect match. Love it.
  13. I got some of this with my recent order and I love it. It is a pine smell but a fresh bright one even with the sweetness that comes through. Absolutely lovely!!! Even though I live in a city, I am a country girl at heart and now instead of just thinking of the sights and scents of the country when I get stressed, I can close my eyes, take a deep whiff and be there.

I am so excited my bottle is now on its way to me. I can't wait to smell it and see how it plays out on my skin.
  15. Got my notice so I am hoping for the best. Last order arrived in 4 days but the one before that seemed to had gotten lost for a few days in Vancouver before making it's way to me. I have my fingers crossed for a 4 day delivery. If it gets here quick I will have it before the weekend.

That is okay Ducky...I figured you had a line for that $1 sniff. Have to take care of business first. LOL I haven't had a scent with the alcohol scent yet so I hope it behaves on me.
  17. Well that is one way to pay for an LP habit Ducky.
  18. No reviews yet. Wondering if the Gardenia is strong.

Thanks StacyK I don't know if I will amp the alcohol notes since I haven't had the chance to wear one yet. I was hoping it would be a nice warm weather scent....now if the warm weather would ever come!!! LOL
  21. I am waiting to hear more about this one. I know until it hits my skin I won't know how it will react with me but all of the reviews are helpful.

Could you explain what was "pointy" for you when applied? was it the alcohol notes? or something else??
  23. I don't have bang at the moment but I do have SS4W in Rocket Fuel. I usually add some cops to that and get good results but will add Bang to my growing collection next month. Trying to get enough of a variety I don't have to keep going to the same ones. Also since SS4W works for me I would think Bang would.
  24. I am always going back and looking up the individual molecules to try and keep them straight. I like LP for the very fact the blends make it almost a no-brainer. There is a blend that cover almost everything so I don't have to try and do any mixing. That is a good thing since just minute changes can mean something gets a completely different reaction. I love the blends....and the variety. Happy, calm, reflective, sexual...and so much more.
  25. Well being a nurse, most of my co-workers are women and usually pretty stressed women so this will help. Never had anyone really bitch at me but just having something to relax the atmosphere once in a while would be nice. Calmer is always better. I am older than them and have been doing this a lot longer so they do look to me more of a "den mother" also they tend to come and get me or tell me when something "odd" happens and I usually need to reassure them that there is nothing to be scared of. 99.9% of the time it is nothing and I can usually figure out what went bump in the night pretty quick. When it ends up something more, I have been able to convince them there is nothing to be afraid of.There have only been a couple of times where I was really unnerved in my career but I never let the other staff know and things calmed down quickly. I also tend to be one animals gravitate to anyway so I don't think I would be able to notice if that was a side effect.
