OK so I really did NOT like Sex & Violins in the beginning, and I still can't put my finger on just what that single note is that is so pungent to me. When I got it, I did the recommended RB app between navel & cleavage, then the "spread it around using your wrists"... And I felt like I was an invisible bulldozer walking in to a room - I had to be mowing everyone down in my S&V wake. So I turn to the forums, and read and study and smell... Then I use S &V again but very VERY sparingly. And I summate after several minutes that "this isn't TOO terrible." Then this week in the forums I notice someone in search of S&V... Two weeks ago I probably would have responded immediately... Now, I'm not so sure! So, yes, patience pays, as does experimenting with the amount to use based on your own chemistry.

Most def. I'm living through all the kitty lovers in this forum. I'm down to just 1 after losing 4 within 3 years of one another for freaky didn't-see-this-comin reasons. Heart needs to mend a bit, not just be refilled with more feline familiars (but that's hard NOT to do). I have 2 big ol' dogs now too.

LOL StacyK, seriously you wouldn't believe some of the stuff I've done (my friends beg me to do their Christmas cards so I can make them look REALLY good). Conversely, they say they will never piss me off for fear of what photo evidence I have;)I love that kitty face on Eggers pic... I'd have to find a large res of it, but it could SO do it!

Now if I could just photoshop a cat paw - doing Spock's "live long & prosper" sign- on lemon/lime head kitty he'd look like a feline rocketeer. I'm a photog/graphics designer so my brain works in strange ways...

Thanks cinnamonmel... actually your 1,2,3 match up pretty well with my scenarios so I will definitely consider them. I had never even noticed Mother's LH before... have you had any personal experience using that one? I feel like I have four boys in my house... the original 2 sons + their evil twins (who recently moved in) that must live in the attic somewhere...

I've ordered OW and will check out all these - especially the iLori. You are absolutely right about the "spray"... I don't think he'd opt for the oil/RB although I love that application and the way it lasts. -
Yes, I just have to get it here by the 15th! I've got several goodies ordered (including past recommendations like Cougar Potion, Open Windows, Swim w/Sharks, LAM, Playdate, Crayons and other samples!) and I don't want to delay the rest of things by adding yet another item, LOL. Can't wait to start my "case studies" and post my reviews. Thanks so much to EACH of you for your input... I feel like I have an LPMP support group that I can't do without!

Would you recommend Treasured Hearts in Oil/RB or spray? I love the RBs as the oil seems to stay with me, but I noticed several of the Pheremone mixes come in sprays - including TH which Mara even has on Amazon in spray. How would you suggest applying TH (or for that matter any spray form)? Just on skin, or is this light enough to where the hair/clothes/stank risk isn't an issue?

Phero suggestions anyone? Scenario 1: Weekend with in-laws: gossipy, judgemental mother-in-law & sis-in-law. Both very passive/aggressive types. Backstabbers, to be blunt... I haven't been the one "stabbed" (yet) but it bothers me how they turn on those who aren't "their" flesh & blood... Scenario 2: Testosterone ridden teenage boys... impatient, "know everything already", quick to anger/take offense, rebels, Again, to be blunt, really trying to "cut the apron strings" from mom (almost a love/hate extreme) Scenario 3: Family vacation stresses - and all that encompasses, good & bad I was thinking Open Windows, Treasured Hearts, Balm Bomb, Popularity Potion... but I'd really appreciate any experiences you may share.

Thinking on samples of these but, as usual I need help. Votes appreciated... I'm ready to order (yes, AGAIN, and I haven't even gotten my "2nd" order - *crayon sampler yet!) I am getting a fullsize of something for interviewing/work so I figured I "might as well use the extra room in the package" for a little something to try on my hubs. Is denial/justification one of the warning signs of obsession with LPMP? SS4M (Super II or Sorcerer V2????) Wanted Man (Voracious or Home Run???) Heart Throb (Pashazade or Captain Fantastic???) or perhaps add pheros to a full size of Steamy Daydreams (if its as good as some say maybe I will bite the bullet and get the full size... but THEN I need to know WHICH PHERO) Arrggh. Then there's Dirty Old Man which sounds great too (and my guy is 48 so maybe that's a tie-breaker???) And Luna65 I PROMISE to do reviews and help future Squibs (who don't realize that they too, will get lost in this wonderful dream...) after all the time and attention I've requested and gotten here from you and everyone else!
