  1. This is divine! The fragrance fills the room so quickly, and has that wonderful cherry almond top note, with some butter peeking out from under the sweetness.

I hesitated starting a new topic when I think I bought the only one available at present time, but maybe Mara will make more (pretty please!)

AND a dropper full of this on top of a Winter Woody Wax Melt is incredible. What a combination! I absolutely have the best smelling house in my neighborhood right now - in fact, quite possibly the best smelling house in the entire state!

  2. I got the Skyclad Buttersilk-Whipped Body Butter, and it is decadent. Really truly SOoooOOO GOOD! The scent is not overwhelming. and no one facet stands out.

At first sniff it almost smelled like a candy on me. But, the longer I have it on, the more it is bakery confection rather than candy sweet. The lemon is barely there, and it does not have a salty butter type vibe It is a well balanced comfort type scent, and I can't imagine anyone not liking it. Even if you already have two years worth of unopened whipped body butter in your arsenal, you need this! And you really should get some for dear friends and family too, because it is just that good.

It is incredibly moisturizing. Like I could seriously justify this as a winter necessity in the upcoming months. A little goes a long way too.

  3. We used to have this full story on our Actor's Magic site, let me see if I can encapsulate it here.

This is one of the largest research experiments done on pheros, conducted by Stone Labs with the Charisma pheromone blend.

They paraded 2,000 college students past 5 identical 8x10 photographs of the same guy and asked them to choose their favorite photo.

"But the photos are identical!" everyone cried, and they answered, "We know, just pick your favorite."

80%. A solid 80% of the 2,000 people chose photo #2, the one that had Charisma sprayed on it.

    Yes, it works.

    WOWZERS!

  4. ... and I wanted to know how this combo I just recently purchased would work around the guys in my class?

I actually wanted to buy it to walk around the city with my friends when I go out to get male attention there. We like to go to clubs.

I was planning on wearing it to school to see the reaction from my friends. The guys in my class have girlfriends so they won't try anything.

    ???

  5.

Actually, I mean whomever is the first to correctly report back on our little joke, but since I seem to have been misunderstood twice, clearly my fault, I will boost Eve as the first to buy, and will boost again for the first person to solve our riddle.

No no, I did understand, but I figured I needed to sniff it to have a chance at the riddle; Don't give me points I didn't earn!

  6. I've grown to love this! It was not love at first sniff though. Sometimes I think I have this expectation of how something is going to smell, and then when it doesn't, it takes me a while to interpret what I am sensing.

It is not very sweet on me (which I originally anticipated it would be) and I don't get a whole lot of vanilla.

Especially with the oil version I get the apricot and spices in the beginning. In the spray I get a whiff of woods more towards the beginning than you would expect. With both versions, the dry down it becomes a little smoky, resinous, and sweeter. Sometimes patchouli can be problematic with my skin chemistry, but in LP Red, although it is present, it does not take over.

I've worn it with OCCO Red, and yes, it is a knockout combination! I have NoCo Spicy Brown Sugar on order. and am curious to see how it will layer with the LP Red when I'm in the mood for a sweeter fragrance, but want the LP Red nuances too.

If you've not tried it, and are not sure when you read the description if it is something you would like, it absolutely is worth the gamble to get a trial vial, and give it a test run without anticipating what you think its going to smell like. Let LP Red explain to you what it is. For me, it is a sophisticated sexy scent that is not overpoweringly strong, but lasts quite a while, especially on pulse points

  7. I'm REALLY bummed. I got my shipping notification a week ago, and still nothing. :( The packages usually arrive in 2-3 days, and I have been tracking. The tracking info just STOPPED on Aug 19...when it said it was in transit to my city. Actually, at one point, it had an estimated arrival date of the 19th, which would have been about right since it left the PO in Oregon on the 16th. I have tried to contact USPS via their email system, but it is down. And my cell service where I am drops all the calls. :/ The Postal Service is making me sad.

Did it ever make it to you?

  8. Right now I'm loving the OOCO Red. Not just paired with LP Red, but with any of my spicy fragrances. And anyOCCO outlasts everything I've layered it with. I used to think that White was the most tenacious but I think Red may have an edge. It has at least equal longevity. (actually the SLF lasted the longest, but that wasn't a good thing in my case). Presumably if the fragrance can be detected, the cops are still present too (yes?)

  9. Hello!

I didn't notice a specific intro section, so hello to you all. I've been snooping around on here for a bit, lots of handy info. I am personally very effected by scents, and generally make all my own product with essential oils, and also use them medicinally. I'm also a yoga teacher and use some very nice mixes at my studio, but mainly diffuse orange, clove, cinnamon, and lavender. I am new to pheromones, other than some I've gotten off of amazon in the past like PherX and the Raw Chemistry spray. Also I've worn Marilyn Miglin Pheromone Musk with decent results, but really prefer to know what I'm wearing by mixing it myself. I'm terrible at keeping this simple, so always have essential oil bottles floating around in my car, like neroli and rose absolute and possibly a few others at any given time. My favorite reward for all my haphazard mixing is when my man leans in and takes a good whiff. He is not hard to arouse, and is already very loving, sweet, talkative, and I've scored in that intimacy leads to sexual dominant behavior for him. He's awesome. However, I feel a need to keep him entertained and intrigued as there is a significant age difference between us, I'm turning 48 next month and he is only 31. We've been together for almost two years so it's not just a fling. He doesn't care about the age difference but I do feel the challenge of never aging another day. If anyone has any suggestions for me I'm all ears!

I'm absolutely over doing it here! It's just kind of how I explore new things and I've never grown tired of scents. I was so please with my last order, I just kind of went nuts and ordered all of these:

    EofW oil

    Sprays:

    Treasured Hearts

    Super Sexy

    Heart and Soul

    Compromising Positions w/ Sexpionage

    Open Windows

    Trial vials:

    Vampire Bait

    Sexology

    Phero Girl

    Undercover Lover

    Money Multiplier

    Pesky Pixie w/ True Confessions

    OCCO White

    Beth's Blushing Milkmaid with EoW

    Blanc et Noir

So, I know i could've started with a much more manageable smaller lot! But I couldn't decide. My question is, does anyone know of any bad combos of any of the above where they cancel each other out pheromone wise? I have no idea what I'm doing!

The stuff in my last order was-

    Sprays:

Stone Cougar - pretty sure my man liked it but he's not exactly hard to arouse

Mother's Little Helper - Seemed to be very effective when teaching yoga this morning

Popularity Potion - also positive results during teaching, not as obvious as MLH. Great results when I went out dancing with my friends earlier this week.

    Roll on Oil:

Love Potion Red - there is a really intense note in here that I'm not sure I like, and I'm not shy regarding deep or warm scents. I wish I knew what it was, I'm prob not going to reach for this very often. Vanilla, amber, cinnamon and honey are all right up my alley, if anyone can tell me what they think might be single ingredient overpowering me I'd be very grateful.

    Trial Vials:

    Like a Magnet/ vanilla & honey

Comprominsing Positions - my man really loved this scent

    Love Potion Black

    OCCO: SLF

TMI - this most likely made me over comfortable and I was the one who over-shared in a social setting!

    Hi Eastwood,

I wanted to welcome you to the forum. Your post may not have gotten much notice, due to the thread it is attached to. I personally am too new myself to be able to offer you any advice as to your choices, and possible good/bad combos (although I've read repeatedly that wearing two complex phero blends together is not a good idea).

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will see this and jump in. :)

  10. That is awesome, Rose! And I am with you....there is no reason to let him in on the OCCO secret. His morale is VERY important, and anything you can do to keep that rolling benefits you BOTH.

Yes, I am really pretty impressed. I discovered LPMP looking for unscented pheromones, but, in our situation cops are the answer more than anything else. I think the morale boost it gives him has huge value. You know how men pretty much universally equate their sexual ability to their self image of how successful and "male" they are.

    Wonderful, Rose :)

How are you liking OCCO Pink and Ambrosia? I wore OCCO Pink last night after a considerable break from it, and it packs such a scent punch. So bright and feminine; perfect for when I feel girly and fun.

I have samples of both the Pink and Ambrosia. I think for certain fragrance themes, they both work for me. Your description of Pink is perfect. But, all in all, the White, Red, and (surprisingly) Gold are the most versatile. And Blushing Milkmaid too. It is my very most favorite, although it's not an OCCO.

OCCO SLF sadly was a fail (such a cool name haha) and Black doesn't do too much for me. It gets a soapy smell, and too heavy on the patchouli. I think my spice preferences run more toward gourmand spices rather than incense, Which is something that has evolved over time. 20 years ago I was a huge Oriental fragrance fan.

  11. Okay here's the Verdict for me and the OCCO's.

    Me: an "older" woman.

Him: even older than me. (That's what I always say to him-how he's soooo much older than me, although it is only a few years hahaha) He survived quadruple bypass surgery and two subsequent infections that unfortunately followed. He has been on blood pressure medicine for years now, and also beta blockers since the surgery.

Enter OCCO into our little world. (unbeknownst to him, and always will be so, if I can help it) Everything in the performance department is A-okay. He tells me his dick has a mind of its own. I personally know that his dick likes OCCO, but have no intentions of sharing that little nugget with him.

    Ever.

Ir does LOADS for his morale, as it has been a long journey which he has not reached the end of, as far as recovery from the surgery and the life changes that go with it.

Thank you OCCO, I love you and Mara very much.

  12. There are gourmand scents, and then there are true "foodie scents" (not an official statement, just my interpretation of the category) So many commercial scents are called gourmand, and they smell nothing like something you would consume (such as Angel, Euphoria, etc) .

My tastes have changed quite a lot over the years, and whether this is due to life events, or just "because," for whatever reason, I've come to love foodie scents. And I mean fragrances that really truly smell like food or beverages. I enjoy them even more so if they strongly evoke a season, or holiday time. I can't make a blanket statement that I love all scents in that category, of course, but, generally speaking, I am drawn to them.

There are some that are too foodie for me, I don't want to smell like I spilled coffee on myself (not a stretch, believe me) or have chocolate icing smeared on me... well actually that sounds kind of good haha, but, for the most part, a seasonal food scent is right up my alley.

Gingerbread Fairy Cake is wonderful! At first I can actually smell the icing on the cake :) and then it moves on to the moist cake goodness. How Mara can create something that smells "moist" or "crisp" is beyond me, but she has, and does, and this is gingerbread perfection. Its warm rosy memories of holiday times past spent with family and friends, it's snuggling in front of a crackling fire with snow softly falling outside... It's sneaking one more piece of cake from the tin when you've already had a slice, but one was just not enough!

It is definitely layerable,, It lasts at least six hours on my skin, and I'm glad opted for the larger size bottle.

    Edited for coherence.

  13. I'm not giving up on it! I like the idea of adding a vanilla. And I GROW roses and love how they smell, although roses can smell distinctly different from each other. It is just not what I expected initially. They will be revisited :)

I'm now the proud owner of both Howl, and Velvet Kisses, both which have chocolate right? I got a sample of Tingle Tangle, but it is very similar to another fragrance (not LPMP) which I have backups of backups of. So will stick with just the trial size.

  14. livinlavidacabo, the "un" is just a honey type scent. Think of it more like a single note, that's less complex than the single note Sugareds. If the Gotcha in Vampire Bait '17 isn't working for either one of you, you might want to consider getting a sample of Aja to try on its own.

Personally, I have a hard time getting some honey notes to work, but Aja works for me the way the dirty honey scents work for some of the other women on here.

Beccah, that is helpful, and after reading your recent comment about Aja on the LP Pumpkin review thread, I decided to give a sample of Aja to try. I'd love to find a honey that works with my skin chemistry!

I don't have my "Catluna LPMP has sent you a package" email yet, but hoping it will be soon. I know Mara, John and the whole crew have got to be swamped right now.

  15. Just crossed the 12k mark. This is more of a testament to the great community here that has been so fun and easy to be a prat of over the years than to my posting prowess. Time to come up with a new rank.

I hope you keep what you've got, at least until you' come up with something equally clever. I smile every single time I read the one you have now :)
  16. This lasts a looong time on me! It morphs into a smoky scent tho. I don't know if it is the patch (that we all know is in it now haha), the amber, or what, but it loses most of the pumpkin, and is still a little bit sweet - maybe the honey? maybe the Aja? It gets "darker," and easily lasts 12 and more hours on my pulse points.

I've had little luck with honey scents, and no prior experience with Aja, so I can't identify notes any better than to describe it as a smoky caramel that stays rich for quite a while.

It is totally an autumn scent once it goes past the first couple of hours, and has prompted me to take a sample of Aja for a test drive next :)
