@RosesArePink I didn’t realize Idyllwild has lilac. Yes, it’s right there in the description, but I didn’t pay attention when it debuted because I’m not really a floral perfume lover. I like lilac 🙂 I’ll remember this next time I want to add a trial vial to an order. (Gotta go for that discount, buy more to pay less lol.)

Aha! I stand corrected. I equated Savage Beast with just the scented perfume, not the pheromones it contained. The fragrance itself didn’t work for me, I sent it on to somebody else, and then promptly pretty much didn’t think about it anymore.

Time zone differences between you are great, as you well know, but because it’s earlier there than it is where you’re located, you can hopefully have more information about how to do this before the weekend. But that was just for a light cover scent for a phero blend. I misunderstood, did not realize you were referring to cops. If you’re just wanting to cover cops, then you can use the option for custom request https://lovepotionperfume.com/collections/unscented-pheromones/products/add-pheromones-to-any-love-potion-perfume-of-your-choice and as I described above (or somewhere) choose just cops. In notes say what fragrance and what strength of cops you want. I always go for max strength, but I trust Mara to know how much a particular scent can handle. Not all are strong enough to fully cover cops. You can also try the Sheer Essence. I’ve not used it myself, but others here have, and maybe will share how they like it, how 5hey use it.

I’m curious about the new phero! I’m not that much into pheromones like many are, but this will be the first new one since I found LPMP.

@CosmoTea With the “add pheromones to any Love Potion perfume of your choice” option, you Put in the notes the pheromone and the fragrance you want to add it to. But I’m not sure if this is the lightly scented choice you’re asking about. This just boosts a perfume with the phero you want. I like doing this, and choose to do so more and more frequently actually— but the result isn’t a light cover scent such as the Like a Magnet and BAM choices. (copy and pasted from the LPMP site below) One dose of Unscented Pheromones is 1,000 mcg.Our phero enhanced scents are 333 mcgs per bottle by comparison, so when you opt for a Phero Add, you are getting three times that strength. If no one else responds with a definitive answer for lightly scented add in for any pheromone of your choice, I’d email Kimi for further clarification. Blatant Invitation isn’t as stinky as pure cops are (Essence of Woman) or even Sexpionage, just giving it enough time to dry down works well. Having it lightly fragranced in the bottle would save you time though. One more thing about putting in notes for an order… I’ve noticed if I skip entering my ship to information on the LP site, and choose PayPal, my notes don’t stay. So, add your note, then put in your contact info and shipping address before you go on to payment method.

@CosmoTea I don’t use lollipop method that much. (BTW I am older and use more cops than some on the forum). I prefer rolling it down my sides starting right below where any deodorant is applied. Then I smoosh my inner arms up against my sides to help spread it a bit, and add some in the crooks of my elbows, back of knees, or similar warm places. If I don’t expect intimacy to occur soon (he’s even older than me) I will put a touch in cleavage. I used to do this every day because It is the perfect spot for the scent emanating upward, but he has mentioned that he doesn’t like getting perfume taste in his mouth (who does, right?) and because of this I usually steer clear of the girls if I have plans 😀 For self effects I have added some where I can smell it. Literally under my nostrils. Or Blatant Invitation there. Tiny enough amount so that I don’t worry I am propelling anything funky smelling when I exhale. This has a fairly immediate effect for me. Don’t forget that if you’ve given birth in the last few years that it can effect your hormone levels for quite some time, and that can have a huge impact on libido. Your partner can also have conflicts in this area, not so much hormonal, but feeling it’s okay to have these feelings for the mother of his child. It’s possible he needs to adjust to you playing two roles, one as a seductress, the other as the one who nurtures and cares for his child. Just something to think about.

@CosmoTea I remember discussions on the boards about how some of the pheromones for men had this effect for them. But this was way before my time, and I am not sure if the blends talked about are available now. @luna65 probably knows, or can suggest. There are definitely some pheromone blends that cannot be used by women. Hopefully Luna will see this post soon. I think she’s probably crazy busy with her part for the new releases.

@RosesArePink I just now saw this , and have nothing pheromone related to offer. You probably know more about them than me by now. However, attitude is almost everything. Don’t expect you won’t be asked out, quite the opposite. Be you, and know it’s enough for the person who is a good fit for you. Pheromones help you project the best you, and can give you confidence. You know I like quotations, here’s one by Judy Garland: “Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.” I saw in another thread that you mentioned it went well. That’s good to hear.

@Basic Witch it’s true. I’ve been involved in other forums that not perfume related and yes, members care about others. Friendships are established. But this is the only one with no apparent pettiness, no trolls (although when I first joined, a troll attempted to disrupt, and disrespect.) That got taken care of immediately, and no more since.

I went onto the shop site a couple of days ago to look something up, and noticed there is a 2022 edition of Ashes to Dust listed. (I’ll give Compromising Positions yet another chance, @dolphindolls2.)

As it turns out, this is my favorite of all the fragrances I tried from this release. I didn’t buy that sampler, and never tried Kiki until recently. I’m not usually particularly drawn to the summer type fragrances, and the banana and cinnamon in the description did not appeal to me. I mean, I like how bananas smell, but didn’t want to smell of bananas. Thanks to the reviews by others, and further thoughts by @luna65 I got a trial vial in my last order. Man I wish I’d tried it sooner! Yes , when I first apply it there is some banana, but it was that tropical drink type vibe for me from the start. It did not stand out (and I never noticed any cinnamon). The coconut was the most forward of the notes in the beginning. Over time the vanilla dominates. It just smells divine. It lasts a long time too! So here I am with snow covered ground outside, smelling like a perfect summer day, or really, any season’s day after the coconut fades a bit. Love it! @Basic Witch how nice this is “your” label.

Recently I’ve started reading the archives that Luna has faithfully added for us. I’m working my way backwards, starting in the miscellaneous section. It’s taking a while (not as long as it took her to enter them, I’m sure) because I then hop over to the reviews section to see what forum members from days past wrote about ones I think I would have liked if I’d been around for them. There are so many I’m hoping Mara will bring back! So when she said this is a huge release I got even more excited than I would have been before delving into the archives. Of course they may all be new fragrances completely. Either way this is awesome!

Being able to up my own sampler is awesome! And a new pheromone too?!!!

@CosmoTea The main reason I choose to have certain fragrances boosted with various pheros is because I like that fragrance a lot, and want to have the versatility of wearing the same scent with different intentions. As for ones I have boosted with cops, they are usually ones that I don’t have an OCCO on hand that I feel would work as well with notes in that perfume. Honestly, I feel like OCCO White goes with almost everything, I don’t even know how many bottles I’ve gone through at this point. I also have a bottle of Essence of Woman, but I chicken out most of the time before I try mixing it with a perfume I like. I trust Mara to know how much that particular scent can handle before it can no longer mask the smell of EOW. Keep in mind that I’m quite a bit older than you are, post menopausal, and can get away with wearing a heavier amount of cops. When I first joined the forum, I did a good bit of reading, and I came across those threads on EST averse men. I was so reluctant to try a blend or perfume that was EST forward for the longest time because I didn’t know how he woulda react. As it turns out EST isn’t a problem with him, and wear UN Cuddle Bunny for his benefit quite a lot. You just don’t know until you try it. This was so far off of my radar when you began this post, that I never even thought of it until @citrine and @oceanjewelmentioned it. (Good call!) Oh wow, I just noticed where you live. It’s gorgeous there! I love the architecture, and (of course)the coastline.

OCCOS are just the fragrance and couplins. You can have other fragrances boosted with cops though. Recent new releases have many choices that are pheromone free too. Or, you could get something like UN Magnet that just has alpha-androstenol and cops in it, and have her boost a fragrance that has no extras with that (or another of your choosing, just giving an example). Quite recently I’ve ordered Beewitched with OCCO strength cops, and two other bottles boosted with different pheromone blends. Also, I got Weenie Roast that already contains alpha-androstenol in it with an OCCO strength addition of cops. And, if you have Mara do the adding (especially with pheromones) you’ll know it’s done in balance with the fragrance being used.

@RosesArePink What an enjoyable read! BI is my favorite sexual phero blend. I agree, it would be wonderful to have a rebrew @Potion Master including some virgin bottles. Incidentally, the label on Lantern was the one I liked the best of this collection. It makes me want to be there (wherever “there” is). One doesn’t know what’s on the road ahead, but it’s Something.

@CosmoTea I’ve not used scented Cuddle Bunny, but I wear the UN version regularly and can smell the cops in it. I don’t know if the level is quite as high as an OCCO though. I agree with @greenappletart comparison to nail polish. It’s a good analogy.

I’m with @luna65 about it not having to do with your perfume or the pheromones in Perfect Match. Something happened, but it wasn’t that. It could have been anything. Maybe it was a random remark that you consider insignificant enough to not even remember saying, or something jogging his memory. And by this, maybe he thought of something that had happened (or failed to happen) at work. The window partially down of course is possible could be a response to what he was smelling, not so much you over applying it as it triggering a memory of someone from the past that he didn’t want to think about. Other than you coming out and asking him, you may never know what it was. Humans, be they male or female are complex individuals.

@RosesArePink Rocket Fuel didn’t work for me either due to the maple. It ends up smelling somewhat like antifreeze on my skin. First time I tried it I was running errands, and I pulled over at a service station because I was convinced my jeep had blown a hose. 😳 Mara usually has an annual Pherotine release that happens in or around February. If she does it this year, you can get the smaller size of Bang Bang, (that I am assuming is the same as Bang) and use it with whatever non phero fragrance you have. Those little pherotine bottles can stretch a long way!

@dolphindolls2 Thank you. The feeling is mutual I enjoy this forum very much. And board games/cards? They give us something we don’t get from other social activities. As much as the internet connects us, it also can separate us if it means we are busy online, rather than spending time with others in person. My daughter was here for several months due to COVID. She worked remotely from here because she wasn’t going in to the office anyway. Every Sunday she, and any other family members who could manage it played some sort of game, and some nights just she and I would play cards. It turned a span of time that was so restricted in many ways into a special time for us.
