After a couple of hours I'm getting mainly carnation (which I love). I was worried for a while because the dry-down was very dry smelling, if that makes any sense. I stuck my arm under the nose of a friend and he said he liked it, quite a bit!

Trying Couer de L'amour this morning--got a sample of it in my HUGE shipment yesterday. It's nice and light with just a little bit of spicy from the carnation. It stayed pretty true to what I smelled in the vial. This might be on the list for a full bottle, especially with the Treasured Hearts as a bonus.

Got mine too and that's the first one I'm trying. I've got the honey and the sweet. The drydown really takes it down. Hoping the cinnamon will catch up. But I'm liking it. My guy didn't comment that I smelled funny when he came in the door so I'm taking that as a good sign. He's not shy when he doesn't like something.

For some reason it made his nose run. HE's not one for perfumes.

Got mine and am totally loving it. BF thought I put too much on but I thought it smelled yummy. It stayed all night too!

Got my email as well. Now the mailbox watching starts.

With what do you mix them?? There are so many elements to LP that I wouldn't know where to start....

Regular LP is doing the same. But a friend thought I smelled really good, so that's all that matters!

I just got my sample of this and tried it. It might just be my weird chemistry, but I smelled like a giant caramel. One thing I have to say though is I smelled like a caramel all day--definite staying power! I'm going to try it again and see if I get the same result.

I am loving this one so much I just ordered two bottles. I'm not very good at descriptions of scents but it seemed to grow and develop on my skin. In the bottle it was "well this might be okay" to holy WOW on the skin. Drydown was a bit like my favorite incense and in between the cinnamon kicked in for a bit. Actually made my skin heat up.

I read the really nice reviews so I went with the full bottle without trying it first. I hope it'll work with my body chemistry.

I just ordered several (more) samples along with a full bottle of LP:BI; 3 bottles of Sexology (one is a present); and Betrothal. Also ordered a couple of full pheromone blends-Drop your Guard and True Confessions. And my other order is at the local post office so I should have it by tomorrow or by Monday at the latest.

She was very good to work with too. I had TERRIBLE problems with the website but we started a nice email dialogue. My SO isn't going to know what to do since I've got all of these yummy scents coming and I generally don't wear much, even though I love perfumes, potions, and scents.

I got a bottle too--plus all of the samples and such from here that I have already ordered and are on the way. Now the new releases are coming out and I'll need to get a BUNCH of them as well....

They seem to be very similar in the reactions that both are supposed to invoke, but is one more 'direct' than the other? For example, if you're really wanting to get someone talking since you've been having a communication breakdown.

Agreed. I'm kind of embarrassed to read her later books in public. She also changed her character so much that it hurts.

Are the effects of both of these fairly similar?? I ordered some SoulMate unscented but didn't know if I should also get Drop Your Guard??

I certainly hope so. It'll be interesting to just use the unscented ones. Is it possible to use them without a cover?

I'm a complete scent nut! I haven't used anything with pheromones so I ordered a couple of blends and some unscented BI and CB. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

I just made an order for a BUNCH of sample sizes so you'll start hearing from me in the next few weeks--as soon as I get them.
