Cinderfallen has a point. If your skin isn't too dry to begin with, a good body oil after the shower could help. However, if your skin is dry and eating oils, it's inevitably going to suck up a regular moisturizer as well. I belive D5 is a "cone" of some sort, or at least the base is (ie; silicone, dimethecone,ect), so rather that seeping into skin, it's sortof like an invisible "force feild" for perfume. I personally don't own it yet, but I've read on the forums that in addition to preventing your skin from eating your perfume, it's also good if you love a scent but have weird skin chemistry with it, as D5 can help the perfume stay true. I'm getting a bottle with my next order, and I'll keep ya posted on my own experience. But I keep my ears open round these parts, and that's what I've heard!

Hi all. So I wore Drop your Guard last night (had Sorceress on MUCH earlier in the day it had to have been gone)-anyway- my boy and I had a lovely night, great talks, snuggles, all that other good stuff- but AFTER- for the entire night, neither of us slept AT ALL. Tossed, turned, ugh. And I'm on psych meds that knock me out. Has this happend to anyone else? I'm sooo tired today. Just wondering- is it pheros or just a flukey night!?

At first--ROSE!! (A big pink rose dripping with pink syrup sits in a dark room, and a beam of light from the heavens shines down on it, "hallejulluah!",you hear) this scene occurs in the wet stage, for about 5 to 10 minuites. Then it begins to mellow out and I get more icing. It's not a buttercream icing to my nose, more of a sugar glaze, but just as delicious. The icing merges with a now much softer blushing rose and the coziness that SB mentioned ensues. Cuddles abound! Comfy indeed! A pink cashmere sweater of a scent. True love for this gal here. I highly reccomend this one. ---oh yeah, the staying power is great on me too. 12 hours and counting.

Anyway, if I put on some lovin pheros (let's say our current phero girl-nice thick phero that stays on the skin- the man already is asleep)-right before I go to bed and sleep 6/8 hours, will they still work in the morning? That would be nice. It would be funny to get outta bed to go apply my perfume..Tommorows Sunday, day off.

Hey Jo Anna, lilac (and rose, orange blossom and scotch bluebell-ha) is my favorite floral. This is one beautiful lilac scent, and I'm not saying that cause I helped make it. As a lilac fan you have to smell this. I'm on the forum alot these days, and don't you hang out with Therapygirl or somethin? If so, she has it, if not we'll figure somethin out. If you can't get your hands on a sniff of this one way or another, email request me. I have a bitty sample. As a true lilac fan, I know a good lilac perfume is hard to find! Good luck! Keep me posted! See what you can do first though cause I don't want anybody mad at me for playing favorites or whatnot, dig?

Gracias!! I can't say much more about this than you two already did save to say, if Im HAVING to pick a favorite the scales are tipping between this and Sugared Twilight for me(out of my customs). I wore it to a dirty sweaty rock show last night and I'm still catching whisps of juicy roseberry goodness the next day. (yeah I know- I needs to shower, I has hangover!). But I adore this. So I wore Cuddle Bunny tonight for the first time ever to a crowded Detroit rock'n roll show . Medium sized club. Packed to capacity. I had a blast ! I usually do at shows like these. But tonight was special. First off, during the first band ( which my boy was playing in) a rowdy mosh pit broke out. This is super common gals, think Ramones and New York Dolls style stuff. Mosh pit things happen. But USUALLY I'm thrown or knocked about with no regard at all. I spend alot of time watching bands with a foot dug in to the floor and my elbow angled out to push the wild ones away. TONIGHT though, I had these random protective strangers. One so much so that he stood in front of me to keep me from harm while the girl he was with took a bit of a pounding. We never spoke to each other. Not this fella or any if the other ones, but there was definetly a difference.. So next I hung out backstage. That IS normal with the boy in the band and all, BUT, when it came time for the headlining act to play everyone backstage got kicked out, and I got invited to watch stageside! That's odd! And that was a blast! I also got free drinks. Had some good talks with old friends, and good conversation with my own grizzlyman when we got home. I'm very tired now. But Cuddle Bunny AND Lori had lots of fun at the rick show tonight. I needs more! Goodnight all!

Oh Nice. No curry on me, bless it. I'll start by saying this potion ran a real marathon. 12 hours after application it was still hanging out with me, and that's a good thing as it's lovely. The first 5 or 6 hours(on my skin), this is predominanently a big dark dessert. Like a Creme Brulee or a carrot cake with extra mollassas sans icing. Very deep and sweet. I can DETECT the oud, copal, incense resins and what seems to be the smell of old books, but for the first half of the day those notes are wayyyyy in the background buried under the dark dessert. Then, many hours later Til' Death pulls it's magic trick and the notes slowly pull a role reversal. NOW I'm getting the copal in 'copious' amounts (bad pun), and the oud wood, and incense. It's a non burning incense to my nose, no smoke. AND there IS an old book smell, by golly! I love that. I can't even tell ya how much. The dessert is still there, it's just taking it's turn riding shotgun now. Til' Death is Goth all the way. Sweetheart Goth. Dark Sweets, dark resins, dark woods, dark feel. Makes me wanna listen to Joy Division, The Smiths, The Cure. I loves it. Take a bow ladies!

Yeah Luna that's more of what I was gettin at. Not nessecarily 'the riot act', more like, he's a mean drunk sometimes and using dominance as a 'back off go lay down' phero. I wish there was a phero for calming people down. He's not pyschical, but can be verbal at times. A more sexual phero, you say? To calm him orrr...what? I'm attracted to him sober or with a light buzz. Wasted isn't what's hot to me though, ya know?

Do Pheros work on people with inhibited senses, like people who have been tippin back a few? I'd assume so, since many are worn out to bars and such. Drop your guard has a couple sharing wine on it's label. Is there a line though? Ha, like with the law? Just curious...

Yes. This and She Wolf both are, I go into it a bit more on the first page. They are inspired by the novels. Again names have been changed to protect the innocent!
