Beachy G, I kind of started the book with a sample on my Kindle app. Idk the part about cooking, LOL. But then I'm like....wait! What if you like cooking & even getting fancy with it??? When I started using pheromones not much had been said about drinking with them. I found out that most of them can increase the level of intoxication you get from alcohol, except Empathy potion (Idk why that one seems to increase my alcohol tolerance). At this point if I drink, I will max out with two beers & be good. With the illness, not everyone has issues with pheromones exacerbating illness. In my case, my illnesses were directly linked to my level of stress from being in an abusive relationship. Stress already kind of burns your brain out, so add pheromone usage to that & yes, the pheromones were increasing my issue with neurotransmitter burnout which was leaving me less capable of dealing with the stress & in turn leaving me more prone to that type of illness. Now I find they help with my stress levels, because the stress I deal with gets left outside my bedroom door.

I find anything Est based works extremely well with the under 18 set. My (now) 16 yr.old can be a bear sometimes, but Est remedies that, lol. Therefore I think Hearts suggestion of H&S is fantastic.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Right now I'm in hibernate mode for dating. I'm still married & I really can't respect any man that wants to move forward with physical intimacy until after the divorce is finalized. It's not fair for me to date anyone at this point in time, really. Of course that does make me more desirable to some men, forbidden fruit & all that. I just don't think I can go through another relationship as terrible as the one that I"m getting out of again. This is nose crack to me. I'm afraid to try it on my skin & ruin it's perfection, but I would very much like to smell this on a man. I actually received a sample of Clean: Rain, yesterday, I think this is what they were going for. Clean fell short (& flat) of their goal, yup it's so very flat next to Lightening in a bottle's uncomplicated, yet nuanced fall rain type scent. I think PM was inspired by the Northern Pacific combo of rain & woods in the fall on this one.

The types of honey/musk in this aren't working for me, I'm getting the dreaded celery note.

To my nose this is the scent equivalent of Ambrosia salad. I really want to eat my arm right now.

This smells so good in the vial....still good on my skin, but I seem to amp the sugar a tad. This may be the pheromones talking but....full bottle anyway! Lol.

And here I thought that I hated the combo of Lavender/Vanilla, I guess Bath & Bodyworks / Walmart have been very loose with the label vanilla-lavender label on fragrances, hrrumph. Full bottle fo'sho.'

That statement is very true. This melds so well with my personal chemistry, I keep sniffing at my wrist entranced. Smells nothing like Cougar to me, more like a fruit tinged skin scent. Like you just maybe naturally smell this good & you happened to use a fruity body wash in the shower that morning.

Not everything works for everyone, with that being said I couldn't SS4W to work for me for the longest, but now that it does...WOW, does it ever! Maybe you could switch over to Levitation, it's based on Open Windows & tweaked with DHEAS giving it a warmer vibe. (Maybe what you need to get past your icy facade?) I haven't been one to use TMI because I'm extremely extroverted as it is (I don't ever get phased by social situations), I wouldn't want the self effect of blabbing too much, myself. Cougar works for all age groups.
