  1. I need to try the Spa one with Tranquility Potion, so stressed!
  2. This looks great - is it on the sweet or dry side? The notes look mostly dry/sharp but if it's got a resinous base it could be sweeter.
  3. Oh, wow! Espiritual looks fascinating, I wonder it's more on the sweet or dry side? And Don't Be Afraid of the Dark too, I don't think I've tried raisin in a 'fume before...
  4. Wow, already? I wonder if Midnight Masquerade is like the other one with a similar label - Lady Casanova?
  5. I have wonderful memories of hugging my grandma, smelling her perfume and feeling the softness of her fur-trimmed coat on my cheek. She's now over 100 and has dementia, but she still loves scent. That's my fur coat memory. I'm a little nervous about trying this because LPs with tuberose haven't worked on my skin.

    GITANA

This is the most wonderful powdery incense on me. Not powder as in baby powder, which I don't like, but the kind of dry rooty powderiness that I usually associate with orris root. Maybe it's a kind of sandalwood? And I love the sweetness. Someone I had a crush on gave me some a gift of sweet musk incense when I was 11 or 12 and I burned it often, which my parents weren't happy with but they didn't forbid it. This scent brings that memory back. I don't get much coffee or clove. I'll need to save up so I can boost this with something appropriate like Bang.
  7. This is really delicious, in both a foody and an "I want to eat you up" way. The brown sugar is what is most prominent for me, with a wonderful warmth from the amber.
  8. Do you know if milk thistle is OK to take if you're on lots of legal meds, or if it interferes with certain drugs or causes odd reactions?
  9. I prefer to use the phero blends singly. They've been formulated fairly precisely, as I understand it.
  10. Oh, yeah! I'm a Tribble Wrangler now. Love those little guys.

    221B

I'm looking forward to getting this one to try. I like the original Elementary for men, and I like honey, I figure I can't go wrong.
  12. Nothing wrong with that! I find Cougar makes people chattier/friendlier with me.
  13. I'm glad to know that! Grounding is always helpful. So excited to get my sample.
  14. This is good, too, but fruity and sweet with a woody base, and it gets much sweeter over time. Elementary is much drier to my nose.
  15. I am a woman and I enjoy wearing this, it's warm and soft. I love tobacco scents but I think it's the teak with tobacco that makes this one really yummy.
  16. LP Homme is delicious. I'm sure you'll find lots to enjoy!
  17. This scent is very elegant, reminds me of classic chypres. Unfortunately the oakmoss and sometimes the aldehydes in them turn into something not so appealing on my skin.
  18. Holly's Sparkling Grapefruit is my favorite PE, it's a grapefruit and pink sugar combination that is vibrant and fresh with a sweet "pink" drydown. I am returning to school in my 40s and it's much harder than it was the first time around. I've been using this PE with Balm Bomb on stressful days and exam days. I find when I wear it I am calmer and not as exhausted. My energy lasts longer during the day I wear it. So far, so good.
  19. I remember that gum! Can't remember the name, but I think I chewed a lot of it.
  20. Thank you, then it may be worth getting 221B, if you liked it.
  21. Lick of Pink looks wonderful. So does 221B, but it looks very similar to the Elementary for Men I have, except for the honey.
  22. I need something to give me the protected feeling that Spirit Bottle does, too. I am going through my bottle very quickly. Grounding is a very good thing!
