Welcome back! Wow! Ten years is a long time. I'm glad to hear your health is improved.  

I don't know if I'm much help in terms of scents, as I'm not current on a lot of the ones that have come out in the last year or so. If it's still available, you might like LP Pumpkin with Aja though. That one popped to mind in terms of slightly spicy. LP Brule is really great too, if you like foodies. 

As far as pheros I wear for myself, to make ME feel good, I've always been partial to Open Windows, Super Sexy (which has been discontinued, but which I also understand might be making a comeback this month?), Bang!, Lace, Lumina, Heart & Soul & Cuddle Bunny. (I'm a bit of an EST junkie! LOL!). I also love Popularity Potion and LAM. 

One of the newer pheros that I REALLY love to wear just for myself is Balm Bomb. It gives me a great mood boost, and helps level my mood out when I'm PMSing. It also seems to have a calming effect on other people, which is pretty useful for me at work. (I work with the public, so the calmer they are, the happier I am). 

A lot of people here swear by La Femme Mystere, especially in a spray format. I only have it in a roll-on, and I like it, but it produces a weird effect where it causes people to talk around me, and about me - in a very positive way - but they tend not to interact with me much when I have it on. I sometimes find it a little disconcerting. But when I need to be in public, (I'm an introvert), and I don't feel particularly social, it's a good phero for me to wear, because of this weird effect. I've noticed a few other people have had the same type of reaction with this one. And it's kind of funny 'cause we've all tended to call it the "Swan Effect", as in, people tend to treat you like a beautiful, lovely swan: they like to look and comment, but they don't want to get too close.  

On the other hand, La Femme Noir is my absolute favourite for sexy times. Wearing it, it feels a little like Sexpionage "light". It makes me feel highly attractive, and it makes my BF want to do anything and everything to please me, in and out of bed. If I wear it as a social, (yes, I'm aware that I shouldn't, given the strong sexual vibe, but it's too fun not to), it tends to make people around me want to do everything they can to please me, too. It gives me a great confidence boost. I wear it to a lot of music shows, (with my BF present), and it tends to make people want to buy me drinks and keep me safe from the perils of the mosh pit.   I've noticed that when I wear it at shows, BF walks around with his chest all puffed up, as if he's saying via his body language, "Yeah, she's with me, and you can't have her, suckers!", which is out of character for him, but confidence boosting and pretty hilarious for me. I've had a strange effect with this one too though. In roll-on format, rather than boost my libido (or my BF's), it turns me into a whirlwind cleaner and chef. Seriously. In spray format, (40/60), it's all sexy. I often think that I should get myself one of each, a roll-on and a spray, because they're both useful in different ways.

I'm glad Open Windows is doing a good job for you! It's probably my favorite phero. It gives such a good, happy, confident vibe. 😊

And this blend gives me the “sweetheart” vibe. Like when I’m wearing LFM, I get what I want because I’m awesome and confident and people just want to help.  I strut like I rule the world. When I’m wearing H+S, I get what I want because I’m smiling and asking veeery nicely and people just want to see me smile. I walk with a bit of a bounce wearing this.  
 

I’m reading through the thread because I’m thinking of getting an Pherotine of this when they come out. I’m trying to decide between this, PM, and Gotcha. I feel like this might be a better all around social? 

I love H&S as a social. Gotcha can be good as a social, too. But I prefer Heart & Soul as a social. Actually, it's one of my favorite socials. It just sets such a nice tone. 

Perfect Match rocks, but I usually save that one for date night, or for quiet nights in with BF.

The answer is YES, there will be a Pherotine and it's going to be spectacular but it's also going to be late.  Spectacular because Dr Stone is making us a bunch of brand new blends to replace everything we've lost from our old supplier. I'm so excited for these as there is no one on earth better than Stone and he finally found time to formulate for us again. The man is insanely busy and flies all around the country constantly so getting his undivided attention is a rare and special thing! He's making us new formulations for Super Sexy and Bang, Gotcha, Popularity, and Girl/Girl. As well as replenishing our whole supply of single molecules so I can formulate too. They are supposed to arrive around the end of January. And since my perfume ingredients are currently all packed away, the realistic release date for the Pherotine collection looks like it will be sometime in March. 

 

But let me tell you, your jaws will drop when you see our new LP castle. You'll want to start saving your pennies for a pilgrimage to Portland.  The place can be described as nothing less than MAGICAL!!!

BF has promised to take me there someday! We were half planning to take a little road trip your way late this winter or early spring,  but we had to put our trip fund toward a new vehicle. But one day!

Have you tried adjusting the dose up and down? Using a little less worked REALLY well for me. If I use too much, there's no response at all, just weird, almost uncomfortable behavior from my partner.

I wore Cougar Potion with OCCO White today. I put OCCO White between my breasts and dragged down a little onto the top of my stomach, then let it dry down for a while. Later, I did spritzes of Cougar Potion on my wrists, the crooks of my arms, between my breasts, on the nape of my neck, and two spritzes on my clothes. I then put Cacharel's Amor Amor on my throat and the backs of my knees. This combination worked amazingly well as the Amor Amor has fragrances in it that are in both the Cougar and the OCCO White. It really tied it all together. I don't know, it might become my signature scent...

 

Anyway, I woke up feeling really, really exhausted and down this morning and was on the verge of calling into work for a mental health day. I have three different mental illnesses, and they tend to cyclically drag me under. I'm definitely on a downward slope right now and have been over the past few weeks. This morning was the worst, especially since my sleep and depression were absolutely horrendous last night. But after I sprayed on the Cougar, I felt myself perking up. Self effects? I even found myself being really animated once I got to work, especially for feeling so down.

 

I had a little girl say to me as I entered her classroom, "It suddenly smells good in here. Why is that?" I said, "Oh, I don't know!" And she said, "It's because of you!"

 

I had a particularly difficult classroom sit and pay attention to me until the end of my session with them, even the most difficult student of all. That just... doesn't happen. It was incredible.

 

I went to the grocery store to get some lunch. A woman came over to me and said, "Can I interrupt you? I'm not trying to be weird, and I'm totally not a lesbian, but you are really, really pretty."

 

Right after that, I had another woman come over to me and start talking to me. She really seemed like she didn't want the conversation to end.

 

I got three other compliments today in addition to that, all from women. I also got one lingering glance from a guy. Dudes never pay much attention to me.

 

Cougar's a keeper. I hope I can start getting more hits from the male persuasion (any suggestions for potions that get non-creepy male attention would be appreciated!).

 

Off to buy more of these wonderful concoctions! If they can work for me, someone who has zero physical presence and who most people look right through, they can work for anyone!

I ordered the spray of this. I love grapefruit scents and couldn't wait to see the results I'd get from it.

 

I've worn it twice with 0 results. The first time, I sprayed it between my breasts and on my wrists. Waited for drydown and got dressed. The second time, I sprayed it on my neck and wrists right before I left the house. Nothing both times (wore it to work; no reactions from co-workers, nor from patrons, even when I tried to be more engaging than usual). Am I doing something wrong? I did a ton of research on how to use these and thought I was using a good technique. 🤔 Any pointers would be appreciated!

 

Also, this dries down to a chocolate scent on my skin! The grapefruit doesn't stay around.

Sometimes you just need to play around to find your sweet spot with each of the pheros.  With scented Cougar, I would normally wear about 5 sprays, while someone else might find 2 works better. 

It just takes a bit of experimentation and observation. And patience. 😉 

Good application points though. With this one, because it doesn't have a lot of cops, you could try spraying a touch on your hair, or on the nape of your neck. Hair is a great phero diffuser.

It goes forever on me, too. I wish I could go back in a time machine and get 2 bottles when I had the chance. BF has mine. He loves it, too.

But, @Eggers, do you have LP Rouge? I know you have LP Red. I'm asking because you know I go out to shows in LFM, it's my "don't touch Eggers" blend. I know you go frequently go to shows in Cuddle Bunny because dudes are more awesome, but last night I was remembering how it's happened to me THREE TIMES where the singer in a band has gotten off stage after the show and come to talk to me when I'm in LP Rouge. I was just about to go on the forum and tell you about it, I had some time to kill because I was at a show my man was working early (and I was wearing LP Rouge), and the singer stopped what he was doing to come say hello and give me a hug. True story. Four times. Try it, K? Mike Ness will be tripping all over himself to find an excuse to come chat you up.

Thanks for the tip! I wish I'd thought about this before this past weekend, when I went to see Strung Out. Twice.   I wouldn't mind at all, trying this out on Mr. Ness!  

I don't have Rouge, unfortunately. But I will keep it in mind for the next time. Maybe I can land some on the Trading Post at some point... or I suppose I could do LFM/Red together?  Do you use the oil or the spray? 

I've never tried these until recently, and now I think I need a lifetime supply! I don't know if this is meant to be used on the face, but that's what I've been using it for. About a year ago I started using Skinceuticals Retinol night cream, and aside from the occasional use of my Clarisonic, I haven't been able to exfoliate without gravely irritating my skin, and it's been driving me mad. They say that Retinol sort of "exfoliates" your skin all by itself. Don't listen to "them"! It's not true! Yeah, it makes lines less noticeable, but my skin has felt far from smooth since I stopped exfoliating.

On a whim, I tried a small amount of this scrub on my face, and OMG!!! This stuff is gentle enough for me to exfoliate EVERY DAY, even while using Retinol every night. It's like a friggin' dream come true... and it has me hoping that it's a staple in the shop, because it's like a miracle! I think it's gentle enough because the grains sort of "melt" as you roll them around your skin? It's absolutely AMAZING! 

And the smell!!! It's beautiful, subtle, and kinda sexy, if I may say so, for it being a scrub. I really, really dig this! I didn't realize that it left a bit of a scent on my skin after rinsing, until I went to bed a few nights ago, and got a tiny whiff of it on my pillowcase, which I did not mind at all.  

In fact, the very first time I used it was a night before work a couple of weeks ago, and no fewer than 3 people told me that I'm "so beautiful" that night! Seriously. Nobody's told me I'm beautiful in so long that I can't actually remember the last time. So this was a pretty sweet win. Lol. And of course I've been using it daily since, because who doesn't like being told they're beautiful?

It looks great! I love how easy it is to navigate. And I love that the phero'd scents are listed under the unscented version. That's a nice feature. I've only searched around using my phone, but the mobile version seems to be working well. Great job! 😊

Are you planning to put up there,  the phero wiki that used to be on this site? (Or is it still here and I just don't surf around enough to know where?). Just curious. It was a handy little wiki.

@Eggers  it usually just makes the scent weaker and the more fragile notes that burn off fastest on the skin anyway will be compromised. So it will still smell almost the same on the skin, it might not last as long tho.  If there's a base of vegetal oil ( which we no longer use) you'd smell a slightly rancid note as well but dpg is odorless so that doesn't happen. 

Phew! Thanks Mara! I guess I'll use up the car bottle first then. It's such a soft scent, it'll be perfect for summer work nights.

Ha! My nose must be broken! 😅 I still have both bottles and they still smell the same to me. Maybe I should ask the opinion of someone else's sniffer... 🤔 

I found the bottle under the front seat, caught in the floor mat. It would have been out of the sun, but it was under there for a good two months at least? I wonder if it was slightly cooler under the seat? 

Or maybe I've been walking around smelling funny and nobody told me. 😬😅
