I think I keep hearing Bethrothal Potion as a nice clean scent, I will have to check it out. I've never heard of Eye of the Storm, I assume it must be a sold out scent. I found I'm quite frond of Sweet Revenge, Nymph and Stealing Heaven. (on a side note about my PE: I keep SNIFFING the bottle. Lol. I like how it smells in the bottle, properly mixed. It smells so biting, bright, cold and fresh.)

To me this is a very watery soft, sweet floral. It's quite pretty on its own. However, I am in love with this scent when paired with my Green Lavender PE. SO MUCH.

I like this! It's apples, apples and more apples. Not a fake apple either... but very real juicy apples. I almost want this in hand lotion or something.

It is what I asked for Mara! No worries! I think my skin somehow amps up the green note too much, because when I actually mix and sniff the oil in the bottle, it's a nice green lavender (like REALLY lavender), but rolled onto my skin, the lavender doesn't really come out till it's dry. (Maybe it's the herbal greenery that I mistook for grass.) I put this on a bit ago actually and my skin is still just amping up greens and nothing but. Lol, I wish it would stop doing that because I want to smell the other notes. The lavender is so, so faint when wet. I works really well layering over other scents that I find too soft/sweet. It does work on its own for me too, just need to give it a few minutes to settle into my skin. Freshly applied it's a bit too green/not enough lavender, but like mentioned above, it needs some dry down time then I start smelling the lavender. JOC: Oh wow, I knew the warnings, but I was NOT prepared for the smell of cops! LOL. It's nice though, when dry.

Most excited for Art of War! Yay, I like the SWS phero blend! lol. Okay need to get the trial sprays of the unscented pheros, then I don't know if I cant the sampler or to pick and choose. @_@

I *just* got this in the mail today (I know, almost a month after the October updates! Postal service is sloooowww.) Okay I excitedly tore into my box from LPMP because this is my first ever PE. I felt a slight panic as I smelled a bit of the oil that had spilled out.. and it didn't subside when I rolled on the perfume. EEK. I smelled like cheap lavender air freshener! The fresh cut grass note was too strong and totally overwhelmed the lavender! However, I gave it a few minutes to settle down and the hard grass edge tempered down a bit and the lavender came out. So... it's alright. It's a very fresh, hard green fragrance with lavender. But I got hit with an idea. I'm often kind of wishing some green fragrances would have a bit more of a harsh green edge to them. Guess what? This is PERFECT for that. Layered on top of Autumn Wishes, this is BEAUTIFUL. (I find Autumn Wishes a bit too sweet for me). Also layers well with Sweet Revenge. Essentially, this is going to be my layering perfume when I want my green-ish perfumes to be even more green. I can't express enough how amazing this smells layered over Autumn Wishes for me. I'm going to now experiment which scents I'd like to layer this with!

I'm thinking of going for the 10 for $10 (each) un phero sprays and maybe the phero sampler? or a few, I'll have to see.

Oh! Thank you, that's a REALLY good explanation MDC! Okay will try out LAM in the future. And no, I don't consider myself very feminine. I've never thought of even trying Leather before but now you make me curious. (On a side note: Aqualad, your user pic makes me laugh only because I want to make a Mera costume in the future)

Hmm... but those would still be "sexy social" pheros right? Like Cougar or SS4W? For example I haven't managed to wear LAM or OCCO out, thinking it'd be way too much?

Lol, well, old for someone who spends her time hanging out with boys 20-25yrs old. *nods* I think the social ones are the ones I feel like I can pull off. Often with the really sexy pheros I'm like... "when would I ever wear those?" or "I don't think I can pull that off."

LOL, yes, puma for another month! I'm *gasp* turning 35 next month though so I guess that puts me into the next age bracket. In all seriousness though, I don't go after 20-something boys for dating purposes. I am just a geeky/nerdy person and I seem to click well with boys in their early 20's because we can relate on a lot of topics, and/or I feel comfortable talking them up (whereas men my age freak me out - it seems like as soon as single guys my age find out I'm single they see it "oh hey, maybe she's someone I can date" and I HATE that). So essentially, I'm NOT elegant nor do I consider myself sexy or anything, but I tend to be a logical, straightforward and confident person, so pheros would just emphasize those points? LOL, no wonder SWS works so well for me. But I have my days of feeling just very friendly and social, which is probably why LFM worked well for me. I guess this means the pheros that would work best on me would probably be the social ones.

Ohh, okay, must retest next week and see what's going on. (One of my 23yr old boys is going to be away tomorrow and I hang out with him the most. lol. I'm not a cougar. I swear. >_>)

Okay so I'm STILL trying to get my feet wet with respect to using pheros. I'm still never quite sure what or how much I'm supposed to put on, and I haven't seemed to "get it right" yet with pheros with the exception of SWS. But today at work I decided to try a little bit of Goddess of the Blue Moon (w/LFM) just on my neck and behind the ears, and mixed it with Sweet Revenge w/p83 (I think this is an old phero? I got the bottle from JOC). I think I am perhaps seeing phero reactions but I'm not sure. There's a couple of young (early 20's) boys at work whom I'm friends with and I went around chatting to them a bit earlier on in the day when I knew the pheros would still be active. As the boys are all friends, I didn't really expect much, but a couple of them were like "oh are you leaving already?" when I got up to leave and get back to work. Another one later in the day was "ok, stay and help me figure this out." I'm not sure if these are phero hits or if they really are like that as they are all friends anyway. These guys are all pretty good friends and are comfortable with me, but today it seemed like they wanted me to hang around more. I'll make a note I DO NOT give off an air of a sexy lady by a long stretch. I don't even give off the air of a sophisticated/elegant lady. I quite often interact with the boys as "one of the guys" and saying I'm chummy with them is a good way of describing my relationship with a lot of the young boys at work.

I was trying to resist and hold off ordering till next month for the all-phero month (yes! un-pheros, have been wanting to try a few! and hopefully a bunch of phero enhanced scents), but I caved in. Just some trial vials of a couple of Tarot scents (Temperance and Wheel of Fortune) plus some Spell Kit oils (Persuasion Potion, Mojo Oil and Wall of Protection). This is the Magickal oils order.

This reads like me! (Except I'll be 35 in a month-ish). I'm completely non-girly. I still find it hard to be girly. But the perfume addiction is certainly girly. lol. As for pheromones, I'm still getting my feet wet so I can't make hard and fast comments about the effect they have on my life... except for SWS. I like knowing there's "tools" I can use to get what I want to get done. So I think I'm in line with most people when I say I think pheromones are tools you can use, but you have to meet things half way to get what you want. Ack, and of course this forum. Everyone on it is so nice. So welcoming and kind. I have a lot of gratitude to all of you.

I want to try UN Swimming with Sharks, PP, LFM and Cougar I think. @_@

@_@ SO THERE. I've been wanting to try out some pheros on their own because there's a few in perfumes where the scent doesn't agree with me!

Very very bright florals for me on this, and the lemon comes out too. I think I can detect the cucumber as a bit of a watery note. I can't really detect the lavender nor peppermint. I do like this a lot. I see this being great as an alcohol spray perfume rather than in the roll on. When I have room in the budget to get this I think I'd like to. Now I have to ask... I never seem to be able to pick up on any a-nol effects? Or am I just not clueing in to what this phero does? (I don't get particularly cheerful nor lively nor energetic. It's like meh... right now I have this on I just want to lay down and sleep.)

eek, I'm so excited for the PE! (And all the halloween scents. I usually stay away from foodie, but I do like some pumpkin/halloween types.) I can't see any labels?

Dolly, I love your post!!! I also admit Cougar Potion was the 1st phero'ed tester perfume I got from LPMP. I haven't gotten to try it much yet as I'm still experimenting and all that. (As always I have a hard time getting those attraction pheros to work for me, but SWS? Success on first try. LOL. Should say something about my personality.) Okay now my pov: I have only ever had boys more than 10 years my junior go after me (let's see, a 20yr old, a 21 and a 23) in recent years. I do not know why. And let me tell you, have I ever learned how stupid the young ones are. They tried to convince me over and over how different and mature they were, but they were not. All I can say is good riddance and I'd much rather be happily single than attempt to have a relationship with a young guy ever again. (I'm turning 35 in Nov btw).

I'm a little bit stumped. I have yet to find that "sweet spot" with this (the PP), first time I think I overloaded.. and the second and third times I didn't notice people reacting any differently, so I'm guessing I may not have put enough on. It's a little bit like..."why can't I get this right? Or why can't I get this to work?"

The funny thing is I LOVE watery & floral scents. I thought Goddess of the Blue Moon wuld be right up my alley, but there's just something about it that gave me that reaction. And TBH I have NEVER had a reaction to a fragrance like I did with GotBM...I'm usually okay with everything. (I find SWS makes me much more short tempered and bitchy maybe, lol)

Okay, good to know. Now I really want to try out the unscented LFM. lol. On a side note I jumped in the shower and washed off the perfume and *poof* crankiness and headache gone.

OMG this is giving me the most horrible headache right now and I only put on 2 swipes of the small trial vial wand cap onto my wrists. I was wanting to try out LFM for work, and wanted to see how "work friendly" the scent would be, but WHOO. headache. I didn't even think I was tired or anything. It's almost like my nose feels hyper-sensitive to the lotus scent and is making me feel ill. either that or my skin is REALLY amping up the lotus and making me nauseous. Really too bad, it sounds like the scent should have been very pretty and light. Funny thing is I tried a blue lotus scent from another company before and liked it.. but this one is making me feel ill for some reason... I am going to take a wild guess it might be the LFM???? Or is it the scent? I really want to try out the unscented LFM. =\ But at the same time I don't want to risk getting a bottle not knowing if it's LFM or the scent that is giving me this headache.
