'Wait' to open the monthly sampler? Is that a thing some people actually have the willpower to do? I am in awe of your restraint. As for me, mine came in today and I tore into it like a hungry wolf. I also enjoyed the presentation! So cute! I love most of the monthly scents, but I also ordered Lina's Candied Violet Fluff and Blood on Snow from Etsy, so at the moment I'm slathered in sweet violet deliciousness.

LPMP turned me into a perfume snob (commercial scents? no thank you). It also turned me into a cupcake scents whore. I don't even like foodie scents, like you've got to understand... Anyway, I really love Chrissy's Pink Lavender Cake (it's on Etsy and I think it's almost gone...so I should probably shut my trap! uhhhh, actually it's terrible and you should stay away from it so that there's more for me), as well as the Lina's Candied Violet Fluff I just received today (and which I am currently slathered in). These are both private editions which are great for something a little different. The great thing about LPMP when you're new is that you can order the monthly sampler set. Or, you could order sample sizes of any (non-PE) scent that isn't sold out. I love that that option exists here.

I think this is my favourite of the NRs. It's so pretty! I wore it last week, and the weather was terrible, rainy, and cold (for July), but I kept getting a whiff of some delightful scent, and then realizing it was me! I smelled like a tropical oasis in the storm. Now, if all the ingredients are gone and it can't be re-brewed, I'm thinking maybe I need a full bottle.

On me, this was watermelon on full blast at first, but like some other people here, it only lasted about 15 minutes. Now that I've read about the creme brulee aspect, I can make it out, but it smells kind of dusty on my skin. I think this is nice for those that like sugary scents, but not quite for me.

My new toys came in today! I was on my way to the chiropractor so I sat in my car for a bit just going through and smelling them all. And then I put on "Moist" because I had forgotten to put on perfume this morning, and that was the one that appealed to me the most. The weather here today was miserable, windy, rainy, and fairly cold considering it's July, but I smelled like a tropical oasis.
