  1. I have worn this twice at home and I'm so sad because other than the first 5 seconds of honey, it goes deep resins and incense on me. I could see me wearing this on a day home alone, but what is the fun in that? No sign of honey or cake and I smell like a mix between nag champa incense and dirt. So sad! I welcome any ideas of how to get the honey in here? I lightly dabbed on some Honey fairy cake just so I could sleep as the incense gets in my nose and is not pleasant. That seemed to sweeten it up and the dry down was much more tolerable. One thing is that I noticed no selfies, which is why I purchased this. I got much more of an effect with Compromising Positions in terms of making me excited. Nor did I feel more sexy. But honestly I think I was so preoccupied with how this turned me into a resin ashtray that I wasn't able to get any self effect. Bummer. Bummer. Bummer. Will try again this weekend and see if it is better!
  2. Tried this today and so happy I did! I'm a huge fan of spicy carnation so I went into this with high expectations. At first, I got spicy carnation and smoke (which I am going to assume is the civit). Another big smell was a caramel type of smell (the sugars and honeys mixed) which was sort of artificial smelling and I was worried that was going to stay. I applied this at about 8 am. At 1:30 pm, I huffed my wrist. On my wrist, this has mellowed out to a sweet honey powder with a titsch of musk and a whisper of the carnation spice. Even more astounding is that I had also applied in my cleavage. A fellow "scientist" agreed to smell there and said it smells like those candy necklaces you buy at little league games---powdered sugar and a very faint floral. Who would have known that this would smell different in two places on my body? It doesn't have a lot of throw, maybe 2 inches off my wrist. But its very calming and centering to me and perfect for sitting in my office feeling good and mellow. Not only do I really like this for a soft, powder, daytime scent but I also discovered I LIKE having fellow scientists sniff my cleavage! A double win for me!
  3. I wore LFM to traffic court yesterday to try to get my daughter's $900 ticket reduced. Needless to say, LFM may not work when the bee-yotch is behind glass. First time that I haven't felt like working out a "compromise" while wearing LFM. . .
  4. Newbie question here. Are there NR each month at the very end of the month (like this Friday)? I know spell collection went for 2 months but wasn't sure about the fairy ones. I'm not a foodie person so am looking forward to a summer type of collection. I'm deciding whether to put in another order today or tomorrow OR wait until weekend to see any NR. And of course, anxiously awaiting when PEs are opening again. I'm a flat out crack ho on LPMP.
  5. I finally got an incense comment. A coworkers asked if he could not sit next to me on a plane because I a) wear too stong of perfume and it smells like incense. So I told him to f--k off. He doesn't deserve to sit next to my LPMP greatness. So the next day I nailed him by wearing LP Black at a dinner function. Boo yah.
  6. I had 2 trials of this and made a spray. The smell is very sweet and creamy. Initially I smelled something sharply "fruity" in note, which was probably the berry sugars. That then rolled into the more traditional sweet coconut milk type of smell--not exactly coconut but like a coconut shampoo type of smell. It's very pretty. But it was extremely sheer on me and after 3 hours, it is mostly gone and there is just a faint whiff on my wrists and forearms. I like heavier scents so I don't think I would make this a regular scent for me. But for a more girly girl, this is pretty fantastic. Its the kind of scent you would wear with a gauzy dress going to the farmers market in the morning--it's clean and fresh and feels like the equivalent of a milky baby lotion type of scent. It makes you feel feminine. Winner!
  7. I purchased a few trial vials of this to make a spray before buying a FB. Wow! Serious love! Smell: At first I can clearly smell the cocoa butter but that leaves quickly, followed by big warm creamy white flowers. Initially (after an hour), the gardenia is strong on me but then the tuberose blends the gardenia removing the "too floral" notes and I'm left with cream. Like I put $1,000 worth of a heavy cream and gardenia body oil in the tub and I am just luxuriating in the perfect bath on the deck of my million dollar home overlooking the Mediterranean. Well, anyways, that's what I got from it. Effect: Another wow. I sprayed it on and went to do my makeup. Checked myself out when I was done and was like "helloooooo beautiful"!!! HAHAHA! I felt like I was rocking my A game (and shouldn't because I only had 5 hours of sleep). Driving to work, a dude in a 100k convertible audi was checking me out and he can't smell the 'mone so I know it is that I am putting out a confident, approachable, come sit in my goddess presence and adore me vibe. In other words, this is the shit. I'm buying a case.
  8. This smells more like a bath and body product or even a wax tart vs. a perfume. I can see the attraction for a foody lover or for a young girl (and yes, I might buy for my nieces) but it's not my kind of smell. Gosh, can you imagine how awesome this would be in a wax tart? Wowser.
  9. Thanks so much Beccah and Halo--that makes SO much sense! I really, really, really wanted this effect from the first note in the thread "This ladies - is YOU being stupid Horny - in a bottle." But before I go spend $80 on a 2x spray that may be too much. . I wonder if I just add more UN to the scented cougar that I've already put in a spray. Like an additional ml in a 3 ml oil to 4.5 mil perfumers alcohol blend I have. Then, if I still don't get my stupid horny on. . I'm going 2x and heaven help us all. Thanks again!
  10. Okay I got that the 2x spray has double the pheromones so I can't "duplicate" this at home by putting 2x the oil plus 1x the alcohol. So let's say I was just wanting to do a 1x. In this example, isn't that just the equivalent of missing 40% of the regular UN oil that I buy with 60% perfumers alcohol. In other words, can I make a 1x spray using the UN oil I have? or, back to my original question, does the 1/3 oz oil have extra carrier oils that won't "translate" into making a spray. Halo, got it about 2x being too strong for me. But a girl has to have goals, you know.
  11. That's amazing, because that is happening to me as well with the UN stone cougar in oil. Nada. But the cougar scented formula is all hits, all the time. Which is why I was thinking of going to the 2x spray.
  12. Here's a question. I sent a note to Mara but wanted to ask the forum in case she is busy. I have stone cougar in oil. Would adding say 4 ml of oil plus 2 mil perfumers alcohol give me the same thing as cougar spray in 2x? Or, does the oil have carrier oils to dilute that she doesn't use in the 2x spray? I have a ton of atomizers and perfumers alcohol, so I thought I could make my own smaller spray of this instead of plunging ahead with the 1 oz 2x spray. Thoughts???
  13. Used it again today but put in on while still working at my office. Baaadddd idea. This stuff makes my heart beat rapidly, my eyes dilate and well, you know the rest. Love Horny.
  14. On me, this starts out. ..blue. Like blue has a smell to it. I can identify the blue berry clearly. And ozone. After about 10 minutes, this unfortunately goes to laundry detergent on me. I'm not a big fan of florals unless they are heavy duty like black orchid (oriental), but this is nice and it has a powerful throw. After about 20 minutes, it softens to a more floral. So you just need to push through the soap and I think you'll find a light floral on the other end. I don't think I would get this for me, but I would definitely get it for my daughter who is young, fresh and confident.
  15. What is the most cost effective way to do "LP O with a bit of Sugared Apricot and BI." Should I do a mad scientist which would be around $60 I think plus $15 for sugared. . ..vs. LP O enhanced $55 plus the sugared apricot at $15 = $70. Or in mad scientist, could I ask they add a bit of apricot? Or do I wait for PE and just do it that way? I'm sooo confused! Here's another one. . the honeyed LP. That sounds amazing too.
  16. As I newbie, I am drooling over ever getting the following: Odalisque OCCO SLF LP Phero Charged LE
  17. I liked this one and I am bummed it is now archived. It is very, very resin-y and incense-y on my skin but was easily lightened up by a bit of une (which I add to every single little thing). The neroli added sharpness/zing to the spiciness of the clove. The sandalwood was pretty non-existent as a seperate note on me. . it just blended into the whole. So bummed I didn't get a FB of this. It is fantastic with either an additional slather of honey or the sugared amber to sweeten.
  18. Is there an update when PEs are going to be back on the system to order? Being new here, I want to be able tor reserve others PEs when they come out, so can someone give the rookie newbie a lesson? Thanks!
  19. FANTASTIC. He is a great chef. He loves the way the perfume smells (and has no idea why he is so utterly besotted by me so indebted to LFM and AJA). I mean besotted. It's almost unfair, really. And I love that I get selfies too so it isn't just a one-way fascination. Love every single molecule in the pheromone mixes, even the ones that don't seem to do much for me like cops. This guy is a total keeper. Oddly enough, though, its mostly women who compliment me on my perfume. But everyone. ..every single person I have seen over the past week. . has remarked on my glow and sparkle. So again, it's probably 50-50 puppy love and the glamour from the LFM. I wish you guys had a pheromone mix that would "glamour" him into being a poor musician with a multi-million dollar trust account, however. Got anything like that? I hope he never finds out that I've spent more on perfume then he might for rent. HAHAHAHAHA!
  20. I thought I would share a story about my package. I got the shipping notice and the postman attempted to deliver on Friday while I was at work and apparently signature was required (that tells you how much I ordered!) So after an hour of trying to redirect the package to arrive on Saturday and rescheduling all my Saturday things to be there for the postlady, I went to the store for a brief 10 minutes and alas, I missed the postlady again. So ensued a 45 minute street by street search for the errant postman which included me stalking her at a Sizzler to tell her of my plight. This darling woman said the redirect notice never got to her, so she went back to the post office, got my parcel and returned so that I could have my package before my date later that evening. Essentially, the universe conspired with my stalking to bring me LP Red for my "dinner at home" with my new man. Some may think I have lost my mind, that I am utterly crazy, to care this much about my package. But you all don't think that, do you? Thank you Mara and John for all you do!
  21. This smells very caramelly and maple-y on my skin. I get a front note of sweet berry and then it shifts into a vanilla maple caramel yumminess. The patchouli is nicely melded with those smells to be sweet resin vs. the traditional sharp note I get with patch on my skin. And it seems to last for a couple of hours (which is long for me). Its pretty foody on me, which isn't my usual style but I think this would be a great scent on my daughter. It's young and fresh and pretty.
  22. Just an update. I am truly in love with this. For me, the lemongrass doesn't show up at all. It's all honey and cocoa butter after a very short dry down. It gets a bit powdery and soft after a couple of hours but it stays on. My new summer scent!!
  23. I just looked on the Etsy site and it wasn't there for you! Try the trades. I am sure you can find a bottle. It's really, really sweet smelling. I got a lot of compliments on it, but it isn't my kind of scent.
