LOL true, I think we did it for that particular collection from the day it was released. :D

Before my time! I may have a sniffle but I try to not get attached to the unattainable! I cannot wait for the notes on all of these!

I don’t have guesses for Pax but I hope it’s like Feather in the Wind, I really dig that one, but there’s never been a B2.2 that I don’t adore.

Lily on TV....was a little joke for you guys because many of you break things down to initials when you talk about the perfumes (and it often confuses me!) Think LoTV, what might you mean by that?

    Lily of the Valley?

The labels are amazing! I can't wait to see the notes. @Eastwood22look what was rebrewed - Leibchen!!!

I just signed in to say that word- LIEBCHEN!!! :moneyfairy13:

Also need Darling Clementine and the Cream Mother. :moneyfairy13:

I don’t know what the sample configurations are, but there are only 3 that I don’t want. Is that 48 perfumes???? I need 45. :moneyfairy13:

There was that massive release a few years ago that kept us so busy, this is going to be insane. I hope some are white florals so I can just narrow it down to 40-ish. I’ve been congested for two weeks, I bet I’ll be 100% better as soon as they arrive.

When do we start sending money?

Aha!   I stand corrected.  I equated Savage Beast with just the scented perfume, not the pheromones it contained. The fragrance itself didn’t work for me, I sent it on to somebody else, and then promptly  pretty much didn’t think about it anymore.

I am the lucky recipient of @Eve’s Savage Beast, and I love the fragrance! As do my cats. Except Charlie, but she dislikes all scents, she’s even offended by the smell of almost all cat foods. She comes over to see what the other cats are enjoying, sniffs the air next to the bowl, flinches, pulls back her ears, and runs away.

just trying to prepare in advance IN CASE I NEED THEM ALL (or at least the women's/unisex).  😜

This has also occurred to me. “Choose your sampler” sounded a little like “pick which ones you think you won’t experience too much FOMO over” for a second.

I've tried this several times since and wet, it has always started out smelling, inexplicably, like a humid night in the deep south: something like, but not quite, magnolias, jasmine or something like that, a heavy, sultry, big white creamy, smutty flower, on top of the SLF. That fades in an hour or so and it's just the mid-weight SLF. :666:

Today, same thing... but since a time or two ago, it's been tickling my brain, reminding me of something I couldn't put my finger on...and today I got it -- it's CAT'S EYE LITE!!!!!!!! The only reason I made the connection this time is that I happened to have just worn cat's eye recently.

So, someone sent me a sniffle of this a looong time ago, and I assumed it literally was some kind of smoked meat scent! Not that it would turn me off because of that, I do have Sugared Bacon and I love it, but smoke notes make my man run. When I finally realized what it was, and maybe read reviews(?), I know that Cat’s Eye and SLF scents usually go terribly wrong on me, so lots of reasons why I never tested it.

No idea why I reached for it today, other than I'm about to send off a goodies box and there it was.

So…. this scent is addicting! Six hours later, my nose is practically stuck to my wrist. It’s intoxicating. Ironically, my man also picked up something floral, he also said jasmine!

Nahhh, no florals added, but remember that certain musks come across as very floral.

Once again proving that I really need to try them all! This was sold out before I came around, but I would’ve bought some if I had the opportunity. This is something I would just wear for myself, and only put on my body in places my nose could reach. I hope Mara rebrews it someday.

Damn this is good synchronicity! I literally just put this on because I’m an Aquarius and having a hard time with all of the weird energy from mercury and Venus being in retrograde. Plus all of the strange transitional energy on top of that!

I feel so calm and balanced I think I’ll keep wearing this.

    It’s a keeper!

  8. This has aged really nicely, or I wasn’t playing close enough attention to it in the past, with Mara making so many sexy man-scents. My overall impression of Open Arms has always been simple, “clean and polished / positive social phero.” It’s deeper and more enticing to me now. Both @luna65 and @quietguy mentioned the possibility of it being for evening wear, I agree. I’d say it’s ideal for the afternoon date that you want to keep going through the evening. It’s hard to tear away once you’re drawn in!

I've discovered that this is also great to pair with scents you feel are a touch too strong. I still have some Sneaky Clean left in a trial vial, and I've added this + SS4W (ratio 2/3 Air, 1/3 phero) to the vial and that has worked very nicely to take the scent down a notch.

I went a bit overboard with Wicked the other day, it was a little much for where I was going. I busted out my Elemental: Air, a a few swipes brought everything back under control.
It hadn’t yet made it safely back into storage when we were doing a whole house 30 minute pick-up with the kids. I popped off the rollerball (with my handy rollerball tool, wouldn’t try it otherwise), and poured a few drops into my wax warmer. That whole half of the house instantly brightened! My man’s parents came over and I feel like it made everyone’s night better. I’m a Libra and he’s a Gemini, so yes that plays a part, but I feel like it’s more like letting fresh cleansing air into the space. Really lovely on the skin or to brighten the room!

  10. I’ve had this trial of Absinthe of Malice forever, so many notes that don’t wear well on me! Leather and Oud notes don’t generally work for me, although I love anise, but it’s not the mail thing I’m smelling here. Granted, this trial is over 8 years old, I think the cocoa, wormwood, and red musk are kinda sweet and powdery, but not dry. It’s rather lush. I might keep an eye on the trade boards for this one, although I am still afraid of the Leather phero. But there’s always a time and place for every Phero!

  11. I wore this yesterday. I have to say that there’s something really special happening in the long dry down, taking this way beyond a sweet/spicy pear, think it’s when the  “forest-like ambiance of dry leaf accord, redwood and black walnut,” comes out to play.

  12. Very cool! The only one of those I have is Ticket to Ride. Last week we did a big puzzle, I like the Ravensberg (sp?) brand. But i just found a brand of puzzles that comes with 10 page short mystery story, and somehow the clues to solving mystery are in/on the puzzle. I'll report back when I get one.

We also just got the Scooby Doo edition of Clue. I'm looking forward to playing it again, I confused myself the first time!

  13. Last night I wore Gossamer Threads w/ Cuddle Bunny, haven’t worn it in a while. I used to wear it whenever I’d be around my kids’ dad as he is incapable of being a dick when I’m wearing any CB.
I took my kids out to dinner, and then dessert, and they started arguing with each other about whom I’ll be living with when I’m old, kinda fighting over me. It was cute. Pretty sure it was the CB and not just my great taste in dessert spots.

  14. @androstenol if I understand correctly, you went for this in the 60/40 spray, is your man rocking the oil or is he also wearing Heartwood in a spray?
I’m asking because my man loves this one but wishes it had more throw, thinking I might make it into a spray for him. Do you have any thoughts on which you prefer for this scent?

There's usually at least 1 or 2 in a collection which just go "Poof!" in record time.

I feel like I just won something, I’m wearing Beewitched and it’s not for me!  Love it in the vial, the rose goes soapy on me fairly quick.
It’s so nice when Mara makes something beloved and I cannot figure what all the fuss is about. I will have to live another 100 years to wear all the perfumes I already own so I am relieved I’m not drawn to this one as well. Horray for my wonky skin chemistry!
