The aquatics do indeed back off after long drydown. But unfortunately it just fades to almost nothing pretty quickly so it’s not going to be a FB for me. I can’t slather it to counteract that aspect because of the piercing, nose burning stage. I will wear it for a nice short lived lighter Spring/Summer fragrance though.

Oh no I ordered room decor, to makeover my bedroom completely, not Fly Lady products. 10 years ago when I followed her I did buy several of her products. Control Journal which I still use parts of years later, the little silicone hand tool which I love and still use to clean out the dryer vent, and the broom. Bought two of those and they both broke pretty quickly. Oh and the cleaning clothes. They were good but these days those type of things are everywhere. I have no idea if she is still selling those items. I feel like I may have bought more but I can’t remember. Oh the calendar!

I’m definitely getting a bottle of Velours Frais. I have two more to skin test to see if I need them before I order. Which I’m going to do today because I’m scared by these being available in smaller amounts than usual.

Have you ever tried original Body Paint? Tickle Tickle was an ode to it and I like it way better even. One of my all time favorites. Rebrew of it was not as wonderful at all to my nose.

This one is so intriguing! Wet, I absolutely love it. It’s all lily and melon which I both love. As it dries the water accords start getting stabby and start burning my nose. Totally normal for aquatics on me. If I sniff up close I get the earth note at the back. I’ll see if long dry down changes things for me but as of now I sadly can’t wear this one due to the water notes. It’s kinda making me want to make a PE with lily and melon though, maybe with a lighter skin-white musk. The more this dries down, the more the notes I love disappear into the background. Smells like high end hand soap or dish soap to me.

OMG I could not love this any more if you paid me! I’m a carnation ho and carnation perfumes don’t come around that often. This reads almost all carnation on me. I can tell the camellia is there softening it a bit and I know the spices are there playing off the carnation’s spice, but it’s subtle. This is not as sweet as Pinky Sweet and not as spicy or unisex as Evil In Carnation. It’s inbetween those two in tone. If I sniff super super hard, like so hard it hurts I can vaguely detect some of the other notes but it requires work on my part, so I won’t do that again. Carnation is one of my all time favorite notes so I am thrilled to have such a lovely perfume dedicated to it’s beauty. Full bottle for sure!

I downloaded the app but have not done any of the tasks. I did do several hours of cleaning in my room yesterday which is the right zone so that’s something. I also ordered everything for an entire bedroom redo.

I used to use FLYLady back when it was a yahoo group list thing! I still have my binder with all the forms and sheets! I only use the address section though. You know it was very helpful for me so maybe I’ll try downloading the app. I e actually had the most productive week I’ve had in months last week because I’ve been in distress pretty much since February thanks to my ever worsening fibro flares. Yep B2.2 will be around as long as Mara wants it to be. It’s our own slightly reworked made in house version of Diane’s B2 which is what was discontinued years back. Omg yeah that could be a total disaster. It might end up being great and getting you outrageous tips but so risky to try to find out. And I agree you’d be too worried about self monitoring for it to work beautifully if it was going to. You’d really have to put it on by accident and not realize it until after work to be able to truly test it and that’s unlikely knowing you.

Definitely agree with SWS. I have never heard one report of that one going wrong for people and I talk to people about pheros all day every day for my job. In theory LFM could be useful but unlike SWS some women come off as icy, haughty, unapproachable or snobby at times with that. True it can get you good treatment while you are out but I think it’s risky unless you have tested it a lot previously.

You could try adding a couple sprays of DHEAS next time. That should lighten the overall tone. I would not mix it with SWS or other complex blends though. You could add more cops to make it sexy, or a little more est to further buffer the none. Other than those I would not mix it too much. Some people will always have different reactions to most blends but I think alpha ones are the ones that can get the biggest variety of reactions just because they are so strong by nature.

I found out the hard way that I can’t wear Dom or other none heavy alpha blends from other lines in public. Nobody has tested me. They’d have to be crazy to do so because they make me scary. Like I literally check myself and am like WTF is wrong with me? I’m being such a total bitch that it’s embarrassing. Lol. Makes me confrontational which I do not enjoy at all.
