  1. It’s fairly regional. Indiana, Michigan and Ohio people are mostly who I know who play it. It’s my favorite game ever and I have nobody to play with.
  2. I love falling asleep to LPs! Welcome back.

The long long drydown is soooo fucking nice. I reapply This all day when I wear it, so I can go through all the stages just to get to the end. A really fun and sexy as hell journey.
  4. Don’t freak out too much guys! While that one was actually made by that formulator that we are no longer doing business with, Gotcha was 100% Mara’s idea and baby so it won’t be terribly different when it returns.
  5. I know of people who have moved them cross country in a UHaul and then had them in hot storage units and they were still fine.
  6. The opening phase is a bit rough for me. I love the very herbal mint tingle but the water accord is a bit stabby and something combined with that, maybe vetiver or the woods comes off just slightly dirty. It may mostly be the water notes. Any way it tickles my nose in a peculiar way. Luckily that phase does not last long at all. It dries down to a much smoother and more subdued clean scent. Not soapy clean, but fresh clean with a side of smoothness and complexity. It’s more than just an aquatic. It’s not for me as aquatics are never my thing, but I think I’d really like to put this on BF. The long dry down is very nice and I bet that on warm boy skin, it would be irresistible.

Well I actually love this after wearing on my skin. I love fig in all forms and this is a super ripe juicy, jammy one. It’s a tad much while wet but it dries down beautifully. The combo of the current and fig goes through a prickly to my nose stage. It’s not one or the other, but the combination of both together. Oh and the sugar! It’s the sugar combined with those two. Sugar does that to me pretty regularly. I believe that’s what Luna is calling fizzy. Luckily that doesn’t last too terribly long. I like it during initial stages okay but after long drydown of hour+, that’s when I begin to love it. The prickly part disappears, the fig smoothes out and becomes a little less HI, I’M FIG, ENTERTAIN ME. The amber really has a chance to shine as this rich, deep enough to ground but mid weight enough for Summer note. Really sensual. I’m so glad I tried this one. I’ll definitely use my sample.
  8. My kids will play cards sometimes. When my youngest was having a Ton of anxiety last fall and winter that’s all we did. But I reallllllly miss playing 4 player cards like Euchre, Spades or Hearts. Those are my favorite
  9. Crickets. Omg. I wish I could hang out with you guys. One I love playing cards and nobody will play with me, but I’d also love to see your BF interpret scents in person. And also because I love you and I know it would be fun.
  10. Same Eggers, same. My BF’s likes do not even factor into my perfume decision making. I stopped asking him many many years ago. He’s really bad at it and I don’t really care too much. Now if he says he hates something on his own, I’ll remember and probably not put it on when he’s around but he really never does. He used to comment on the wax I was melting because obviously it projected more, but how he perceives scent is so crazy and nonsensical that I just didn’t melt things he didn’t like when he was around. I’m alone a big chunk of the day so it’s no big deal. Now I will wear pheromones he responds well to on purpose sometimes but the scent issue is a total wash.
  11. I know it’s annoying but I will buy your BF a plane ticket to come help me with my house. I have been organizing, purging, redecorating and cleaning for weeks and weeks and weeks and still have sooooo much more to do.
  12. Oh boy this is an olfactory experience. I’m trying to get back to reviewing every release, even ones I don’t like ( though I don’t think reviews like that are all that helpful so I usually refrain). Anyway of the 4 I have left this one smelled best to me in the vial. Luna is so right. This perfume is very strong. Definitely heady. If you love it, this is a great thing and your bottle will last forever. It’s too much for me though at this amount ( not much). I think it’s the combination of hydrangea and hedione that is too intense for me to handle. I’m a cocoa butter ho but it does not stand out as an individual note for me. I know it’s there from the rich, smoothness but that’s it. It’s like a vehicle for the florals. Cactus and ozone are likely what is making my nose scream stabby. I don’t get the honeysuckle really which is a shame because I love it. I think the vanilla is masking the cocoa butter tang and just making it too sweet and a bit cloying. Never ever thought I’d say that about either of those notes. Lol. As always the blending of all these disparate notes is genius. But ultimately the combo of super sweet and rich mixed with semi stabby fresh notes AND dense florals is just not my thing. I can totally see that those of you that this combo works for, will love it hardcore. Glad I tried it. I do suspect that after a few hours the extremely long and starting to fade drydown will be gorge.
  13. Really interesting perfume. As always with Mara’s creations, the magick is in the blending. Wet it’s a blast of nutty almond with very present patch. It’s not patch that makes me run screaming but it’s strong enough that this would not be one I reached for often despite almond being a favorite note for me. In early stages I get no ylang. After a few minutes I can start to smell the honey right around the edges. The patch starts backing down fairly quickly which is unique for patch , on me at least. long drydown has less almond, less patch, more ylang and bit of light honey sweetness. Glad I went on the journey with this one as based on what I smelled in the vial, I wasn’t sure if I’d like it at all.
  14. Well Mint is a notoriously fleeting top note. Lol. Though I thought it did last longer in the background than most LP Mints. But if you don’t love Mint then not sure this would be a good fit for you regardless.
  15. My very first and worst OD was with Cougar and that was in Sparkle Fuschia not even full strength. People LOVED me though. I just made myself super super sick. Also it might have had something to do with the scent. I cannot stand the scent of Scented Cougar. It’s super stabby to me and burns my nose and hurts my brain. But it does sound dosage related whether it be phero, scent or both. Also personally I think these ladies sound like assholes. I totally get trying to befriend them for your daughter’s sake but I wouldn’t get my hopes way up. Sounds like they are going to be cliquey no matter what.
  16. Why don’t you move the ones on your trade list to their own spot? I keep mine separate so that I can easily find them. That way your homeless ones that are staying can take their rightful place being put away.
  17. I put on a much smaller amount this time. It’s a Smokey floral musk with a hint of creaminess. I agree with Luna that it feels vintage. I do get sweetness but not overwhelming sweetness. Probably not a FB for me just because I have to be so careful how much I wear.
  18. It was the first one I put on right out of the mail. I forgot it was an alcohol formula and much thinner than oil so when I put it on in the way I put on things that I know I like, it ran down both arms on streams. It was way way too much. I’m had to wash it off. I loved it in the vial. I’ll try again tomorrow with a lighter hand.

This is a perfect tropical fruit smoothie. I can smell all the notes in this one but they are very well blended. But at the same time it’s the first time I’ve ever smelled a fragrance with both pineapple and coconut where it wasn’t specifically pineapplecoconut or pina colada smelling. Those two are so symbiotic that they make their own unique thing usually. So it’s interesting that I smell them both in here but not as a unified thing of its own. I think the citrus and aloe are separating them a bit. The teakwood is so nice and subtle but gives it that tiny edge which keeps it from being just a fruity cocktail drink. And oh the musk is gorge. Smooooooth. you know later now in longer drydown the pina colada merging of notes seems to be happening more and more. Delicious
  20. Hey everyone, just a quick note that from here on out International packages will be marked with a new return address business name. We have always used LPMP but recently have had a package returned because that wasn’t clear enough for customs/local PO. They want actual names. So from now on our name will be marked as Cataluna Enterprises on the return address. Thanks!
  21. Wow what a treat! Coquin is quite a stunner. The green banana is really nice. It’s banana but more fresh and not sticky sweet which can read artificial sometimes. The honey and Aja and musks really combine with the tropical fruits to make this rich and very seductive. It’s heady. Not in the usual floral way, but heady is the best way to describe it in one word, for me anyway. The papaya is present enough just to round out the fruitiness with the banana. I really don’t get dragon’s blood as a standout note which is great because I hate it. But that said it doesn’t surprise me knowing that it’s in there because it adds a deepness and grounding effect that only resins can do. Very pretty, rich, and SEXY! If you like a fun fruity fragrance for summer but want more oomph and heft and sex appeal than the regular fruit salad type offerings then don’t miss this beauty.
  22. Isn’t that always the way with random Wikipedia visits? LMAO. For me anyway
