Yes, the Sugared Honeycomb does a good job of covering....I have also found that Dark Seductions (one of the faves that we have in common) is also really good for covering/hiding the unwanted smells. Medium is another one that works pretty well for cover.....it is quite a powerful scent, also. You might want to try some of those as cover scents over the undesirables.....

It really amazes me the way scents react on different people....you have a "powdering" problem, and I have a problem with florals on my skin, which sometimes go rancid.....and then of course, the sandalwood/headache issue....it is so very interesting to me.

I may have to get a bottle of this specifically for when we go to the beach this year......I think that also Mermaids of Atlantis would probably serve well for that purpose.....

I quite enjoy a powdery note......not to put words into her mouth, but what Chai may be referring to is how a certain scent gets so light and powdery that it nearly disappears.....in other words the notes are indiscernable....is that what you meant Chai?

Oh please don't do that! I have hyper-reactive skin, and as a result, can't wear many commercial perfumes.....I don't have a skin reaction with ANY of your scents.....

Yes, it is very much reminiscent of amaretto when it is wet, isn't it.......very nice.....and drydown is just as nice, also......sweet yet nutty at the same time....

I get more green with this one than "dry". For those of you who enjoy the green-smelling scents, give this one a try. I am not really big on green scents on myself, but it smells good enough that I would consider putting it in an oil warmer to scent my house.....as a matter of fact, I may do that this evening......

Thats wierd......mine is just the opposite.....the red solid is stronger than the black.....

Oooooh, I really like this one.....very sweet, very sexy, rich and decadent.....I may need a bottle of this one......mmmmmm, it makes me want to start chewing on my arm.......now I'm getting hungry..... I don't get so much "ice cream" with this one....I get a cake with thick vanilla-cream frosting.... I can really imagine this one paired with a ton of different scents.....

I found both the red and black to be a bit more subtle in solid than in oil......still VERY nice though, regardless of the form.....

I accidentally got some on the seatbelt in my car, and now I smell it every time I get in to drive somewhere......I find myself pulling the seatbelt up to sniff it.....it IS very addicting......and, a bonus.....it covers EoW perfectly and completely, with no "bleed-through"..... I think your comparison of Mae West and Marilyn Monroe is very fitting......right again, May!!

I was wondering this myself......thank you for this post, very informative. Insomuch that sometimes it can be a subconcious reaction, it is quite similar to pheromones. For instance, straight synthetic copulins (like EoW) can smell strong, and not so good......but, they really illicit a reaction from males.....

My fiancee had much the same reaction.....he liked the Honeycomb when I first wore it, and has liked it more each subsequent time (it has grown on him, apparently), when I tried on PheroGirl for him, he said that is was "okay", but not one that he would choose for me to wear.......

This is nice.....like a high-end suntan lotion almost......I really like the fruitiness that tops the coconut smell.....it keeps the coconut from being over-powering. I would definitely wear this on a summer vacation, or even at work if I wanted that "beach vacation" feeling.....

This scent is really intoxicating, isn't it? I have been wearing it today, and I don't know if anyone else around me is noticing it, but I am certainly enjoying smelling myself!! I would go snatch up another bottle, but it is better to let others pick it up, I guess (share and share alike)......plus, I am saving for this month's new releases!!

Extra note on Mummy Stuffing.....I applied it to both wrists last night after my shower, and this morning, I could still smell it.....this has some serious staying power!

There have been very few that we didn't agree on.....this one is definitely a good one!!

Maybe I need a few BIG bottles of Ashes to Dust to ward off bad things, like.........my three ex-husbands, for instance!! My sample may be used up really quick!!
