Queen of Swords

After some thought I decided I should pair it with Open Windows instead for next weekend, any Deeper Understanding type of stuff will have to be outside of a club situation, and face it, the fact that I was even entertaining combining Leather w/Treasured Hearts was rather ridiculous in the first place.

Empathy Potion might be off limits as a combination too, I suspect.

Leather doesn't make me bitchy, more fearless but not bitchy. At least I have OCCO Gold and LP Red on hand.

Yeah, I will have to eventually see him outside of these types of places somehow anyway.

Due to the atmosphere in and around places I've been going to lately, I wear Leather all the time in those areas to keep the creeps away from me. I do however want to use TH for its properties due to someone I'm interested in, but I want to hear some opinions first before attempting to wear both at most, like should I lower amounts of Leather I wear first, that kind of thing. If not, what are the alternatives that I could wear with Leather?

Not really a review, but I ended up ordering this instead of Baskery, partly due to the almond note I don't care for in Baskery, but despite the lack of ginger (or perhaps only a bare hint), it works far better as a fragrance that smells like a baked good than anything else I've previously tried, and it's something that isn't bad layered with LP: Red (IMHO) and resiny and spicy scents. YMMV. I'd love to see a perfume oil that's in between this and Heart Strings, with ginger but without the sugary berries, hmm I might post something in the Potion Ideas forum.

OCCO Gold-It's a bit sleazier than I thought it might be, but since I let it sit for about 10-15 minutes then layer it with other fragrances it's not a big deal. It's a luscious honey, but I think it could be just a bit darker. Is this a permanent line?

I'd order it soon since it's on clearence. I was thinking about getting it, but it doesn't compare to VK, which I could order without the pheros and layer with LAM or Sexology anyway, but YMMV.

Flambe, LAM! w/Brown Spicy sugar, and thanks to that little sale going on, Caramel Sutra + cops (unless they're out, Regel Confection w/the same). I may have to tighten my belt for awhile-or at least until the 15th.

I think they're both ballsy, but it's different ways. The only way I can describe it right now is as Mars in a day time verses night sect, or active verses passive signs. Mars in Aries, or perhaps a lesser extent, Leo, that's Audascious, and because it's day, watch out. Mars in Scorpio or Capricorn, more of a Leather or Dominance thing. Note I personally don't like lumping Mars with sex, however, even if you can get hits with either of these blends, I still think phero blends like LAM, Sexology, or just simply copulins are far more Venusian, considering how Mars and Venus were traditionally viewed before the rise of modern astrology.

It also has alpha-androstenone, which I think tones down the effects, I don't really feel optimistic and happy when wearing Leather, but not miserable either. I did use Leather with an Open Windows perfume oil blend a few times though, it was a great combination of self-control and having a good mood to go with it, but YMMV. I think the secret is being careful about dosage, and if anything it was too easy to use too much of Far, Far Away w/Audacious at a time than Open Windows-but I'm speaking as someone who never used LAM before. I'll be careful, but I'm not too worried. (However, I suspect mixing Audascious with a Dominance/Alpha friendly blend would be a bad idea, so I won't be trying that any time soon, and there is something kind of contradictory about the blends, Leather and Dominance are more about Soft Power, Audascious is about letting your hair down and going wild, it might be a too much of a contradictory combination). I am currently waiting for my order of OCCO Gold to come it, the affects might be... interesting, depending on when I recieve it.

Okay, fine, I'll look in to ordering a bottle soon, I'll just have to eat a bit less for awhile. By the way, anyone have success layering it with Leather?

I nearly came when I first read the description, I hope you made lots of bottles.

Flambe looks so good I probably will be buying a full sized bottle instead of merely a sample (in the middle of the month at this rate, sadly). I also have a feeling that a chocolate espresso version of that should be produced during the Holiday season.

It reminds of Conjure Oils' Bavarian Creme perfume oil, which is sadly no longer available. I think it could use a bit less almond and more vanilla cream notes, but it still smells like wonderful fresh baked goods.

I've noticed some of the shyer neighborhood cats seemed to like Goddess of the Blue Moon with that La Femme Mystere blend on me, alas I can't wear that fragrance.

Usually I just use the search engine in the Perfumerie section and sampler page when I look around for what to buy, but it's nice to at least see it available.

There aren't any bottles of sugared anything on the site other than archives.

As samplers-last I've checked. Personally I would like an option of at least a 5 ml roll on available.

They don't seem to be selling any bottles of that though.

Considerations for next month: Phero blends-Depending on availability-and possibly budget, Dominance. Depending on my budget the month after, probably the unscented version of sws (but what to wear with it? I don't really like most office-friendly unisex blends.). Fragrance-Gitana, whatever fluffy vanilla type of fragrance they might have left by then, a bottle of Red w/cops (it feels too inevitable at this rate), and if it's better than santa's little helper, Baskery. Or UNE, it's hard to decide. (Lack of capitalization for s's right now are due to the current slow breakdown of my machine, which would explain the unevenness of my current typing style, sorry)

I have a feeling it's not a good idea to wear it alone when I go outside, but I feel very sexy when I wear a bit of it over Leather-but I have to be careful about dosage. I can't wait until I receive my bottle of it. I usually layer an other fragrance or two over it as well.
