I'm back to here because I haven't got a journal and I want to keep track of my madness somehow SOMEHOW, when last I ordered, I missed putting Lick of Cream in my cart?!?!? But my friend that I've turned on to LP got a sample and I got to huff her wrist for that day lol. I think she's just ordered again...she'll be a lifer too, I just know it...I mean really- what sane person wouldn't give into the maddening ecstasy that is LP? OK, so once you give in you may no longer be sane but if I am going to be mad, this is where I delight to find my lunacy! Alrighty then- back to why I'm writing this! Please take note that I am NOT a perfumer and I am completely experimenting here. Nor will I ever feign to have a fraction of a fraction of the talent here at LP. I am always layering my Un's with different things and was just hoping for a way to use my samples in a manner that did not end in my spilling them and/or wasting them When I ordered all my samples I also ordered 6 each of the 5ml spray and roller bottles and have gone a teensy bit mad scientist with them. I have discovered I am a clumsy oaf with sample vials and require vehicles to help me- hence the lil' bottles. I have EoW in alcohol (I think I got it from Love scent? I also have EO from LP and prefer it, but I've been trying to find ways to use up this alcohol based stuff and get it gone...) so for starters I put a whopping 10 drops (YES 10! It seemed to be the highest I could go without compromising the scent of the samples) in the bottom of all 12 bottles then poured in samples from selected vials. For the sprays I just left it EoW and the sample, as the samples are quite generous and I didn't want there to be a higher oil to perfumers alcohol ratio so that they would spray nicely. I eye-balled it and tried for 1/3 oils to 2/3 alcohol as follows: 1. LP PINK 2. LP BLACK 3. LP Spring Equinox 2011 4. LP Summer Solstice 2009 5. Cheeky 6. The Alabaster Queen I'm also hoping the alcohol will aid in dispersing them to the universe Buuuut, in addition to the copious amount of cops, for the rollers I went a bit more by adding some of my Un pheros to them. Since they are roller I went the opposite of the spray bottles and went 2/3 oils to 1/3 alcohol (1/3 is the sample, 1/3 is the Un phero also in oil. I'm hoping the added bit of perfumers alcohol will give it a little bit more throw? All speculation of course!): 1. The Empress of Persica w/Audacious 2. Sugared Honeycomb w/LFM 3. Banoffee Coffee w/SS4W 4. Caramel Sutra w/Lace 5. LP Perfume w/CB 6. Shen Tao w/SC I also had a few 10ml roller bottles of my own. They aren't completely full because I wanted to keep the ratios even but for them I mixed EoW &: 1. LP No. 9 w/OW (and a smidge of honeydew melon oil to sweeten it up and keep it from being so masculine on me) 2. LP Winter Variant w/G2 (no alcohol in this one, I think I'll like it closer to the skin and the EoW gives it a bit of sweetness that was surprisingly pleasant) I gifted my samples of Naked Twilight, Pillow Patter & Humidity: Summer Solstice 2012 to my newly LP addicted friend spiced up with unscented BI, CB & Lace respectively (2 parts oil to 1 part alcohol). No added cops for her upon request, lol. SO there it is! For kicks, for ideas, for fun and for whatever it may be worth! I still have sample vials of Une, Red Lace & OCCO Ambrosia to fumble with, lol, but I'm going to leave those be. Une only needs to last until I get that bottle and I've been slathering that sample when I wear it...Red Lace won't take long to go through either I'm sure HA! And Ambrosia...well, a little bit goes a loooong way. From now on I'm going to order by the bottle because I'm just a mess with all those little vials everywhere Have a great day and I hope all this was at least a fun read if nothing else!

I have to agree with JOC & BB. I work in a predominantly male environment and once I began to realize that we are the ones in charge of the direction that pheros take I began feeling more free to wear cops anywhere, any time- even work. It's how we carry ourselves. I've been in business meetings and presentations, training environments and floor production. I have never had a co worker behave inappropriately. I've had some fun instances, compliments, unexpected conversations and some really great outcomes to what could have been intense negotiations but never had anyone behave out of line or inappropriately nor have I encouraged it. I could see how a person could misuse pheros to that end and get themselves or their coworkers in trouble. I guess I'd chalk it up to that 10% is the pheros & 90% is us. @ JOC I have EoW too, It was one of the 1st pheros I got as well. Then I got Essence Oil & Jouir De from LP and now I have more EoW than I know what to do with lol. I've been wanting to get the OCCO sampler but I feel obligated to use what I already have! Have you ever loaded any LP unscented phero blends with EoW? I've been thinking about doing it with LFM @ Darbla OOOOOooooh! I think LFM & CB would be VERY complimentary for a date! If you decide to try it please share results!

Yes, my life has changed. If change means growth and self improvement or awareness? I have truly not come across a fragrance company that I so thoroughly fell in love with and I know I'm a lifer for the life of the company, lol. The scents are so varied and so delectable and nothing like anything I've encountered before. Not one thing from here thus far has left me or my husband reeling from perfume induced headaches. If THAT were the only thing...it would be enough, but as you all know, the talent here is UNBELIEVABLE! I never thought of how scent could effect people before because I mostly stayed away from perfume precisely because of the afore mentioned headaches. It wasn't until I threw pheromones into the mix that I began paying closer attention to the reactions of others. And it was discovering LP's perfumes that brought appreciation to the power that a really excellent perfume blend can have! I've always been the happy, silly, encourager, negotiator, optimistic realist in my environments but I had never thought about how that impacted others around me. I had never seriously considered how focusing those behaviors could improve the dynamic of my team/s. I knew it did on some level of my psyche but until I started experimenting with pheromones and LP's philosophy of intent, I would have never thought to attempt to use my character to impact my atmosphere and that of those around me- ever. This has made me more aware and in tune to the people around me, their individualism, their emotions, the things that are important to them, their experiences, their needs...you get the idea. With LP, not only is this the best experience my nose has EVER had, LP scents effect me on a heart and soul level as well. Mind, body, spirit. I chose my scent for a purpose...even if it's just for my own pure pleasure...I physically huff that delectable scent and know I smell fantastic and my soul sighs, "Mmmmm" or "Yum!" or "Aaahhhh" I know I am totally leaving a trail of goodness in my wake where ever I go no matter what I'm wearing! Who wouldn't feel great knowing that? This is ALL new for me and I'm loving ALL of it!

I finally feel like I've tested this enough to comment. I have Un SS4W and it seems to be a really great social for me. When I get male attention with SS4W on it's own it's not overly sexual so much as its a sweet, complimentary kind of attention. Soft. Attention it is though and women are really friendly too. I've mixed it with other socials and have gotten a really great center of attention, fun, light hearted, lots of conversation effect from it. I've used it with a bunch of cops to effect hubby. It can go either way. I'm also beginning to think there's no reason NOT to wear cops...all the time, lol! What the heck- we ladies are throwing them out all the time anyway...what's a few more?

Went for a mix yesterday and intended to use Audacious and picked up LFM instead by accident- (bottles look NOTHING alike except in size so still trying to figure out what I was thinking!?) I had already applied before I realized the mistake, but it turned out to be quite a happy Oops. I read above from Queen of Swords about a comparison to Popularity Potion and I think I may agree, at least for yesterday. Got a lot of compliments at work from both men and women...the, you look good, cute, nice, hair, boots, jacket type stuff. Before leaving work I was leaning on a wall checking my cell and a coworker comes by and pretends to be a photographer taking my picture, lol, friend/2nd coworker takes cue from co # 1 and joins in...so of course I strike a few poses HA! Me Supermodel, Yes, Yes!LOL! A great end to a less that stellar beginning of the day. Awesome pick me up! Totally reminded me of PP.

You're both probably right. I can see him blowing them off regardless. So sad really. All the delightful scents I've been tossing his way and noises or grunts are all the response I've gotten for likes or dislikes so far, lol. He doesn't wear aftershave or cologne...just deodorant...but then that was one of the first things about him that got my attention. I remember before we were ever dating, asking what he was wearing and he said just deodorant. I knew I was in trouble then because I thought he smelled divine AND THAT WAS BEFORE I KNEW JACK about pheromones. Hmph. Go figure!

G2 weekend run...Hubby and I visited MIL & my mom. G2 (only-thank you Beccah!) to neck, collarbone, hands, wrists and 1 spray DHEAS to hair (I think that's becoming a habit now...). MIL is much more relaxed than usual (she's usually wound up about something...and if she isn't...she will be, lol) It took about 10-15 minutes sitting & chatting to see the change. Same with my own mom. Usually she's pacing and can't sit still...or there's something in the bedroom I have to come see...or outside or...well, you get the idea. She was doing her usual flitting...do we want a drink...food...how about coffee- she's got a new gourmet coffee I must try, lol. I cave for the coffee and we hang in the kitchen while hubby settles in to do the newspaper in the living room. I can see the change take place and its surreal hahaha! OH- she's still chatty as ever but her demeanor changes and she relaxes, shoulders down, talk is less rushed. I think I noticed it more in her because, well, I've only known her as far back as I can remember anything, lol. We join hubby in living room and she actually parks in a chair...and stays there! Also, most of the time hubs is trapped in phero'd vehicle with me. He's playful, chatty and sweet and takes the visits with moms WAY better than usual...but then they were very nice visits. These are the moments I want to confess pheros to him, lol! LOOK! SEE HOW AMAZING THEY CAN BE?!?! But I think I'll still keep all this amazing "hokus-pokus" to myself and wait for the holidays...the REAL test! ANYYYYWHO! G2- 2 thumbs up!

I know it's been around since 09' at least...but the Un version says in the description that "it's back" like it was away for a while...Hmm good question.

Now there's an endorsement if I ever heard one! I really can't wait for my order now My hubby responds really well to cuddly mixes...not that he hasn't responded well to blends like BI but I'm glad to have him warm and fuzzy! He's such a man's man, it's nice to get the softer side out more often to play Thanks again Indigo

WOW! Indigo, thanks for that post! I just ordered Un Cuddle Bunny, which has the EST & cops combo, and I was wondering just how the 2 related. What a great description! Quite a few keep mentioning the goddess factor...what gal wouldn't find that appealing?

Just placed new order! Lots of trial scents for layering! And probably going to break the bank in the future when I want bottles of EVERYTHING I'll have you know I showed TREMENDOUS restraint by ordering trials first . OHMYGOODNESS the descriptions for everything sound so divine that I just want to go on and order it all but I don't want anything that will get less than my complete devotion, lol, my only fear is that it will be everything I try!!! Blast! Darn that sometimes elusive "sweet spot"! I feel you! It's so sad when I over do it...such a waste of a fun experiment..darn body chemistry! And it's changing ALL month long! Arg! Different sweet spots every 2 weeks or so Teehehe Oooo MaMaaa! Yup

I just ordered Cuddle Bunny Un. I've noticed cops don't seem to hurt any mix, lol. Mostly I'm wanting to see how EST does on it's own (mostly-I know since it has cops it will behave a little differently), but I wasn't sure I wanted just EST yet. I can't wait to wear it around hubby! I also ordered Lace Un for similar reasons. I find I like the blends with EST in them and have been eying some potions with fewer phero combos but that still include EST like these 2 do. I'm trying to get a better idea of how I react to it and how hubby does too. I'm tempted to get straight EST, but I think I would just likely layer it anyway if I did, lol. Like Mrschrissyrez, I would like to hear what makes EST the bEST. What's the "mood" you're going for when you go for EST- in yourself and to effect others- what reactions are them most consistent? Maybe in a couple weeks I'll be able to add something here too...

Could it be that certain scents lend to complement the pheros? I've noticed extra personal huffing of fav scent covers increases self effects...deeper breathing, more often... darndest thing...

I just ordered most of my want list...but I know the trial sizes will only lead to the next want list...not to mention the things on my to be determined list. Yup. Happily hopeless Tried G2 out at work & home. At work I noticed an unusual (seeming?) desire for coworkers to want to be considerate around me. I can't quite explain it, you'd have to be there everyday like me to get it, lol. It was a good thing. Seemed to lend a relaxed atmosphere. Hubby was in a chatty, relaxed, good mood...could be FRIDAY too lol! You know I'm gonna play with this one some more

Good to know! I love to put stuff on my collarbone and neck, I've just been chicken! I don't use it everyday so maybe I'll brave up and at least try it a few times just to see...maybe I'll use a spritz or 2 with G2 today...help send those oil based pheros into the universe

I haven't worn Un LFM by itself (or any Un so far for that matter). Even though they are unscented I still cover in case anyone else is as sensitive to the phero smell as I am. Wore this yesterday with Tidesong's Honeyed Amber & Neroli and the very first thing that happened at work was when I brought some paperwork to a fellow employee. He was in a conversation with another co-worker so I was politely waiting to the side to speak with him when suddenly he stopped his conversation and practically shouted (in fun- not angry) "I can't think with you standing so close to me!" and he was acting giddy and had me and the other coworker laughing out loud because the outburst was completely unexpected. That was actually the best hit of the day but it was a good day all in all...really had great self effects today too...happy, giddy and a bit naughty, hehehe...loooove Le Femme

That seems to work for me too, 1 or 2 in hair, 1 or 2 to blouse- not more than 3 total so far...and I usually wuss out on spray 3 as a half spray lol. Wrists should be safe...I don't recall ever having acne there and I think I read that one of the ladies (Halo?) said she used it on her wrists with no breakout problems. I'm a big fan of pheros on my hands to get them out there but I've been careful with DHEAS and skin contact. Still experimenting but the lighter version seems to be working juuust fine

Mmm, YUM! Yes, it should go together perfectly. I got a trial of that and Loooove it! I'm ordering the LP sampler but the pink is a sure fire full bottle...but I'll wait until I sample the others so I'll know just how many of those LP bottles I'll need to be ordering I'm gonna be SOOOOO poor, but I'll be the most delightful smelling vagabond EVER!LOL!

The voice of experience! That's what I'm looking for AND another vote for "less is more" Thanks Beccah. I'm beginning to wrap my head around the "intent" idea LP has. Matching the pheromone blend to the scents and how they compliment each other. The fragrance lures 'em in and the pheros do their thing and then the rest is ALL us LOL!
