AMEN SISTA!!!

I have a lot to learn about layering scents and which ones I would want to use before I choose to custom a phero blend. So the phero strength on a custom would be full strength and only lightly scented. It's only the enhanced fragrances that are 1/3 strength pheros but the fragrance is full. Got it!

OW & G2? I've got G2 in the mail right now...I will have to try these 2 together and see if that enhances things. My MIL & I get on great but I can't imagine the G2 addition would hurt! I hadn't even thought of using it with MIL, thanks for sharing that!

Leaving MIL's house was sometimes like stepping away from something emotionally taxing or like something that sucked away all your positive energy and you needed time to recover it. Even though the negativity has never been directed at us it's still...Ug-Sheesh! And she has a dear heart even though it's served with a teaspoon of salt OW has made such a difference that I can't imagine being without it in that setting. I really hope that you find it as beneficial as I have! That's EXACTLY my thinking! Esp with all the holidays coming up...this is my 1st serious go round with pheros and the possibilities have me positively giddy! Best of fortune to you!

Thanks for such quick responses! Ok. That makes sense then (that it's 1/3 the strength) and I can see how the scents add their own merit to the blend because so many of LPs scents read divinely in their descriptions...some of them make me wonder...do we wear them or consume them! I'll keep this in mind if/when I choose enhanced fragrances. Thank you again I've gotten everything unscented so far except LAM, & CP has a scent, but I just found out on another thread that you can have some phero blends lightly scented for a fee, which is different still from the enhanced fragrance...so many choices!lol So this also answers a question I hadn't thought to ask, which would have been: what is the difference between a lightly scented phero blend and an enhanced fragrance. Thanks! All-phero month? Meaning the fragrances that are new that month will all be phero'd?

I'm like the pesky little kid that always wants to know why, can someone help me understand?... Why are the phero enhanced fragrances less cost than the phero blends when you're getting the phero blend AND the fragrance? Why isn't the fragrance the more expensive one? You're getting 2 for 1 and not just the phero blend by itself. Is it that the quantity of pheros in the fragrance is less or something? What's the thinking? Just a quick example: RED Lace is $29.95 and Lace is $39.95. What should we be considering before we choose one or the other? Thanks in advance!

I've used B2 and Open Windows together a few time when I've just wanted a nice laid back time with hubby. It really seems to be a mood boosting combo for him and he becomes very playful and sweet. Normally he's reserved and it takes a lot to coax out the light heart-ed side of him. I tend to let things roll off me and choose not to hang onto negativity but he hangs on to things from work and other areas and has a harder time letting them go. I love that pheros can have such a great effect on him because sometimes he spends WAY too much unnecessary time being far too serious about "the little things". In my opinion, OW opens him up and B2 boosts it by bringing out that comfortable, personable, approachable, charming side that I know is always in there

I know it's been a while since posting here, but I have Open Windows and for what it's worth (and maybe for some that may be quite a lot lol) I will not visit my mother-in-law without it...No, No, No! I'm not bashing in-laws here She's not like THAT at all. She has a tendency to grouse and get herself worked up when she does it. She's as sweet as pie to me but you get her rolling on some things and it's best to just step back and stay out of the way! OW has consistently lightened her mood when we visit. She may still go on about some things or people but it's lighter and she can laugh at it instead of getting herself upset all over again. Now mind you, she's in her 70s and she's always had a negative bent (glass is less than half empty) and she knows it, she just can't seem to help herself, lol. It's been passed down to the kids too...I've been working on hubby for 10 + years now and it's still there ARG! But OW is GOLDEN. So definitely try for family get togethers where tensions may be negative...if you do before I do, post something cause I'm dying of curiosity!

I wasn't very clear, my fault. I was concerned that women would be stand offish if I were to wear cops in a mixed social group. I had read that it can happen but I don't know if there is merit to it or if it's someone's self conscious projections onto other people? I asked my one friend what she thought of Jouir De after it had toned down and she said she felt it was like a sweet musky patchouli (she hates patchouli). I don't read patchouli but I can agree with the sweet muskiness. I wore it again yesterday and so far no stand offish reactions from other women. Sounds like A-nol may be more effective in LAM than the cops...at least for us ladies- I know men react just fine to the cops in LAM, whatever amount that may be... I've haven't noticed any tenseness from other women I've been around and when I wore Blatant Invitation & LAM with my hubby, one of the people we stopped to see was his mom and she was a chatterbox that day! Far from cranky too. I'm not sure how much cops you'd have to be wearing to get a negative reaction from other women, if there is such a thing, but apparently if there is, then I'm under the radar so far Thanks for sharing!

Uh-oh! It took me several visits to the site, and lots of reading on another forum, before I even felt I could invest the time I could tell this site would need, lol. I just found out on another thread that you can add a light fragrance to some of the unscented phero sprays! They offer SO many goodies here...I will need months just to figure half of it out!

I'm going to have to invest in something bigger than the drawer I thought I would be storing them in aren't I?lol

This was a gift sample with my order. At first in the vial I didn't get tobacco, just sweet. Reading from above I think the tobacco must've been hidden in the black cherry...I didn't know what the notes were to expect in it, but this sample is all gone now, lol. I've never used up samples so quickly as I have from LP... I noticed about an hour after application all the initial blasts of sweetness died down and from other reviewers I'm thinking it must be the amber and caramel that I was reading? The ones that I thought would be too sweet at first have always turned out fantastic within the first hour and the oils last for hours! I have had so much fun just huffing my wrists as they transform in flavor as I wear them. Thank you LP for another wonderful sample

This was a sample sent from LP. At first, though lovely, WOW floral! Very forward floral out of the vial. An hour later, still floral but not so in your face. Softer (warmer?) but still floral. It's very nice but not for me for a bottle purchase but I didn't let the sample go to waste! I don't remember ever using up samples before like I have the ones I got from LP. These not only did not sit around for long...they are all gone! Thank you LP!

This was a gift in my 1st order and at first I thought, eh. But then went back to it later (because I figured my nose needed a break because I was going bonkers over the order lol!) and it seems sweet and nice. With the name boy bait I guess I was thinking, hmm, not sure, but not something so- nice?lol I quite like it. I may not order a bottle but I won't waste the sample! Thank you LP!

This sample came with my very 1st order. Very sweet out of the vile, but I've noticed that the scents that start out hugely sweet simmer down quite a bit right around an hours after I put them on. I don't know what figs should smell like, but I'm a honey fan for sure!

Hi from Pennsylvania! I only just found this section to "say" hi! I'm still finding my way around the message boards. I think I've been a member for almost a week and have been going through reviews like crazy! I'm a happily married woman looking to help keep things new and fun for hubby and I and LP has already helped me in this department. Oh- yes, and I think I am addicted to this site and it's products. At first I was over whelmed by the sheer volume here, which is probably the reason for my rapid fire orders I've got a friend ordering from LP now too...she just put one in on the 17th, a few samples and the Cougar Potion- I knew that one would hook her! I've also just read all the shipping and ordering info and promise to be more organized from now on! I found out about LP products from posts on another forum and I think I made 4 orders in as many weeks. So sorry for any chaos I may have created for the wonderful artisans here, truly! My future purchases will be made in better consideration for LP expenses and personnel! I WILL wait to make my next order until the beginning of October...I can do this, I can do this. I will have a small arsenal once my orders turn up in the mailbox, lol. Truly, I think I've gone mad, but I find lunacy suits me most days I already have a wish list for October and if I read correctly there are new releases each month(?) and you can get them (or some of them) in a sampler package? Hubby and I had a GRRRRReeeaaaaat night! Definitely good for home use uh-huh, uh-huh!!!... I did wear it out yesterday and had a male friend pretend he was going to maul me, lol, but nothing more obscene than that. No one I was around told me I smelled like cheesy, butt crack feet...at least not to my face... I want to get more female reactions but is it true that cops (and I'm sure there is a ridiculous amount in Jouir De) can cause other women to be catty? My one friend only said that, out of the bottle, it smelled strong and strange- not something she'd want to wear. She did smell it on my wrist yesterday and reserved the right to be undecided about it, lol. She thinks it's too sweet...and then there's that "strange" thing- HA, I'm guessing it's the cops smell throwing her off. Mostly I just want to be reassured I don't smell like cheesy, butt crack feet to other people!

I just had to take the opportunity to gush over this fragrance, I am truly addicted to it. Thanks to LP I have become aware of my distinct affinity for honey and amber and SO look forward to exploring all the delectable scents that are offered from this decidedly magickal perfumerie. Tidesong's Honeyed Amber & Neroli is described as: Honey sweetened Vanilla that makes for a creamy, full bodied scent, deepened with resinous Amber in it's base, and a tiny hint of spicy Neroli on top. This is such a rich scent that begins thick and aromatic and then becomes light and slightly spicy sweet. OhMyGoodness!!! I just love, love, LOVE this scent. It was sent as a sample with an order and I promptly ordered a full bottle and I'm plotting ordering ANOTHER bottle in which I am considering adding a phero blend to in the future just for my own personal joy and happiness. It's been an excellent cover scent for strong phero blends and cops and I found it incredibly complimentary to Cougar Potion so far as well. If I could bathe in it, I think I would

I was pre-warned that BI would be a bit of a bear to cover and when I took a whiff after opening the bottle I could see the warning had merit, lol. Smell those pheromones! Treated BI like EoW, (though BI is not as intense as EoW, I promise!), applied and let dry down then added a cover scent. Hubby responded well to BI Good mood, touchy feely, became the initiator (usually I'm the horn-dog ) He was rather intense later or should I say intent? It was not the first time I used cops with him, but it did confirm that copulins don't just provide an initiative but they seem to provide "staying" power as well. I've used BI multiple times since then and the results have been consistent, on hubby anyway- he's the only one that matters, lol. I've worn it in combo with other things: LAM, Cougar Potion, Primal Instinct...) with more than satisfying results. It's become something I layer on the weekends when time with hubby is guaranteed and it hasn't disappointed yet!
