  1. This is fun!!! Tell me if I'm wrong!!! Dragon Phoenix Pearl Tea enriched with the fragrance of jasmine flowers has been a favorite since the Sung Dynasty, about 800 years ago. Dragon Phoenix Pearl gets its name from the visual characteristics of the tea bushes "climbing" the hillsides like a dragon coming out of the water. The tea is grown in an area in Funding City near the border of the Fujian and Zhejiang provinces. The area is mountainous and is often shrouded in clouds or fog. The tea is picked in April/May and processed by hand by rolling each leaf and a bud into tiny pearl sized balls. Once rolled, the tea is wrapped in silk mesh and dried by fire to set the form. The tea is then held until August/September when the finest jasmine blossoms are in bloom. The jasmine flowers are picked before noon and set aside until evening when the petals begin to open in the cool night air. Once open, the "marrying" of the jasmine to the tea happens in two aplicaions after which the jasmine petals are removed. According to analysis done by Chinese researchers, Dragon Phoenix Pearl has a higher concentration of vitamin C and amino acids than any other teas. This is unquestionably one of the finest jasmines shipped from the port of Fuzhou.
  2. Could In the Lap of the Queen possibly com frome here: In Welsh mythology, Math ap Mathonwy was a king of Gwynedd who needed to rest his feet in the lap of a virgin unless he was at war. Or am I reading too much into it??
  3. I'm entertaining myself here. A bit about Freya: Freya by Micha F. Lindemans Freya In Norse mythology, Freya is a goddess of love and fertility, and the most beautiful and propitious of the goddesses. She is the patron goddess of crops and birth, the symbol of sensuality and was called upon in matters of love. She loves music, spring and flowers, and is particularly fond of the elves (fairies). Freya is one of the foremost goddesses of the Vanir. She is the daughter of the god Njord, and the sister of Freyr. Later she married the mysterious god Od (probably another form of Odin), who disappeared. When she mourned for her lost husband, her tears changed into gold. Her attributes are the precious necklace of the Brisings, which she obtained by sleeping with four dwarfs, a cloak (or skin) of bird feathers, which allows its wearer to change into a falcon, and a chariot pulled by two cats. She owns Hildesvini ("battle boar") which is actually her human lover Ottar in disguise. Her chambermaid is Fulla. Freya lives in the beautiful palace Folkvang ("field of folk"), a place where love songs are always played, and her hall is Sessrumnir. She divides the slain warriors with Odin: one half goes to her palace, while the other half goes to Valhalla. Women also go to her hall.
  4. Great! Now i can't think about anything else! Argh! What are the scents going to be, what will their magical properties be, what are the phero blends gonna be??????????????????????????
  5. OOOHHHH YYEEESSSS I'm in!!! However, My little fishy face isn't coming out of hiding as long as that ugly snake is around!!!
  6. Thanks Dolly! I just read a very interesting article citing Astrid Jutte. I was wondering if you knew which specific male pheromones could help females age more slowly and preserve fertility?
  7. I was just curious to know how the original idea for copulins came about? How did they know they would work if they were covered and how could anyone guess the effects of something that smells so bad. And how did they come to measure the testerone effects? I don't even know if there are answers to these questions, just wondering!!
  8. Snake Charmer...... hmmmmm... I'll take three bottles!!!! Thanks for the hint!
  9. Gosh I sure would like a little hint on the new releases for July! (Just wanted to see if it'd work again!) Therapygirl
  10. the sugared lavendar is definitely more 'bright' and 'sweet'. . the two smell nothing alike to me. i can't think up a good word for the m.d.
  11. Just have to say that i just had a two hour ride with my sons, ages 14 and 9. I smothered Betanol (Androtics), and est. i wanted good, deep conversation along with a nurturing feeling coming from me, and to facilitate warm feelings. It was awesome! no fighting, and tons of good sharing. NOT normal for these two. Also, they were SO sweet to me. It's good stuff ladies! I also would like to report that Allegro is AMAZING with my girlfriends, my sibling and parents, but I have tried it three times with my children (14, 19, 16 and 9) and it makes them so freaking irritable! :A002: I would LOVE to hear more reports on the phero effects of the LP fragrances.
  12. It is in my top four favorite LP scents, along with Holle, Night of the Fae, and Kingdom of dreams. I Love Sugared Lavander. it is scrumptious!
  13. Oh my gosh, y'all are so creative in your guesses! I can't wait for descriptions!!!!
  14. Thanks Mara! I was just interested to know why an "alpha" phero would be of value in what I am suspecting is an unscented phero blend to stimulate female to female bonding (forgive me if I am wrong about the intent!). I look forward to hearing the answer!
  15. Hi, Could someone comment a bit on the effects of EPI- ANDrOSTERONE? I'm not sure I know that one and it's in one of the new blends! Thanks, THERAPYGIRL
  16. OHMYGODDESS!!!!!! I cannot believe the creative genius of you girls! Every month it is a buffet of yummy creativity! And I know the fragrances will live up to my expectations. AAAHHHH, it is ALWAYS worth the wait (although I could do without the feeling like a stalker!). NOW FOR THE DESCRIPTIONS, RIGHT? Life is good!!!
  17. Do you love it enough to give us some hints?????
  18. I HATE this time of the month! I'm constantly scanning the boards to see if it's time! I feel so stalkerish and pathetic! I really am gonna get a life someday!
  19. I have had this sample for awhile, and one night when I was feeling particularly stressed and lonely I put this on. My friends I have to tell you it is BEAUTIFUL on the skin. I cannot describe notes like many of you, but I will try to describe the effect. It is a beautiful light floral, but with something firm underneath. It wrapped me in sweet light flowers and gave me a firm mossy ground to stand on. There is something special about this. I was so depressed when I put it on, but after about twenty minutes of wearing it I felt human again. I just got my full bottle and I adore it. i am going out of town for the week and this will be one I will be taking with me. It is a perfect scent for this hot weather we are having in the south.

    Holle

I am pretty sure Holle is my fave LP scent, at least for winter! It stays on me, and the scent stays true. It is sweet, and comforting and yummy, and I got it with Super Sexy add in, so it's extra special! If you haven't tried this it is delish! I get complements on it EVERY time! It is smooth and sweet and has some complex notes that are surprising. If you've been curious but haven't tried it, it's definitely a must!
  21. I'm SO happy about the add ins!! Especially the Dominance! I didnt really find out about it until it was sold out, and all I had was a sample. I ADORE being able to pick what I mix in! Thank you ladies for foraging into this for us. It is such an amazing science to mix the pheros and fragrance and alchemy! Does the world REALLY stand a chance with these tools in our bags? I think not!
  22. Geez, glad the fishie worked for ya! Any other weaknesses? ( these sound amazing, dying to know the rest!!!!)
