I finally requested a sample of this. Not much to the description but citrus and musk. I describe it as a clean, fresh musk. It is definitely unisex. It reminds me of walking through the fragrance section of a department store, a real upscale perfume scent. I don’t really detect a sweetness to the fragrance. I will definitely try it again sometime.

This is creamy plumeria, powdery yet creamy. It reminds me of Cotton Candy Clouds with the watermelon replaced by plumeria and powder. It smells clean. It wears light even when newly applied on me. Then it just disappeared….

I bought a full bottle purely because it was a rebrew and seemed so popular. I get fresh, white, powdery, green, floral, aquatic. It is very similar to Dragonfly which I also have, but this one is more sophisticated and tad sweeter as it blooms. At the very end I get a patchouli type drydown which is just fine with me.

I get fruity roses and you really smell the rose complete with stem and flower like I just stuck my nose right in the rose’s base not just hovering over the rose. It soon gives way to a sugary strawberry lemonade. I think the patchouli is what is deepening the rose fragrance for me. I don’t know why I discounted this on an earlier sampling. It’s a lovely pairing between strawberry lemonade and rose. I'm getting a bottle in the sale!

This starts as a delicate, grassy coconut with a not very strong magnolia note. This is very feminine which is usually not me. It reminded me of Mr. Bubble, the bubble bath from my childhood due to the gardenia note. It is not your typical tropical scent, but yet it smells beachy. It brings to mind a night-time setting with cool beachy air and I am thinking Cape Cod beach with the fence and beachgrass setting, not a California beach. I really like the dried grasses aspect to it and pikake due to representing self-confidence and anxiety reduction. I smell a sweet amber poking through. Then the gardenia and plumeria take over. I do enjoy the ginger and grasses. But the plumeria/floral really amps and starts bothering me. I feel it has a lot of throw. It does sweeten up longer in the drydown, but it just isn’t a “me” scent. I do like the fact that it is extremely unique and totally conveys its title better than any other scent I’ve been scented with!

This gave me a mint, cucumber, basil blast, then a lemon tang came out with a bit of sweetness. It is clean, fresh, and lemony. It remained fresh and I was left with mostly a cucumber, basil, lemongrass scent. Lemongrass tends to amp and bother me if not mixed the right amount of sweetness. Nice for the morning, but not all day long. I tired of it. I feel it is more on the masculine side. Towards the end of the day I added some Sugared Lavender to mellow it out.

StacyK and everyone, just a warning... I purchased off the temp site and thought my computer had pre-populated my entire address when I checked out. Turns out John only got my house number (no street) and ended up looking it up from a prior order. Thanks, John! It's so easy to purchase from PayPal because all that is on file when you check out. I, too, miss the PayPal option and I miss the Archive. I hope the Archive makes a comeback. I can tell Mara's been working hard to get everything on the temp site. A nice thing about the temp site, though, is you can see the inventory count easily.

Really?!? I like coconut it just sometimes turns plasticky on me. It seems if the note is coconut cream that is not so much the case. So, maybe Bohemian Beauty has coconut cream in it. Only Mara knows... Oh and I see it's Beauty, not Gypsy. Argh! I guess I have too many scents now!! Thanks for correcting me, Luna! My spreadsheet is failing me....

I like this one. This is a fresh, clean, watery soft floral. I like to combine it with Sugared Greenery. I once tried to combine it with Sugared Birthday Cake only because I was trying to make my own Water Lily Fairy Cake which I hadn’t bought yet. Yeah, it still turned out good, of course, but not quite the same.

I only bought this one because I received a sniffee and fell in love. I would have never purchased it without the sample. Green is not usually my thing, but I wear this a lot. It is very green as you’d expect, not pine green, plant green. A little bit peppery, a little bit soapy. Despite its name, it does not smell Christmasy; it is more like floral shop. It is soft and comforting. It dries down with a hint of smokiness and almost a creaminess. I never thought I’d like a scent based on greens so much. The sugars Mara selects for the Sugared notes really complement and make the scent. I love every single Sugared I own.

This is a fresh, clean, almost soapy floral. It is ever so slightly pointy at application, like a soapy pointiness. The pointiness dissipates and a fresh floral remains. It may just be my imagination, but it does smell a tad bit like cherry. I bought this one so I could always have a Cherry Blossom scent since Bath & Body Works discontinued it. But this one is so much better.

This literally smells warm and sunny! I would describe it as sweet, clean, and delicate. It is a very violet, sweet floral and very bright. I can smell the combo of sweet pea and apricot. A spring floral with a slight fruitiness. Cuddle Bunny is one of my favorite pheros. I have a FB of the permanent scented one. For me, Cuddle Bunny works just as described in its description and is always a sure thing. Cuddle Bunny is a phero that never gives me a headache as some others can towards the end of the day. It’s nice to have this warm and sunny alternative.

This one really peaked my interest. A foody lemon scent? I was hoping for a more sophisticated Lemon Fairy Cake. This is foody, but with a lemon zing! It is yummy. My son’s impression was cookie dough. I can also smell the copal in it, a note I can’t really describe, but I recognize from Goldie Fingers. It’s a pleasant twist that keeps from being too lemon bread. This has my beloved milk/butter/cream note. I think I have purchased every one Mara’s made with that note since I first discovered LP in 2014. I like Blatant Invitation selfies and my husband responds to that phero really well. I will give this another good chance.

I love Leather! It is a reflection of my personality amplified with additional motivation, kind of ”my Mega Watt”. I was so excited Mara had used it in a scent as I only have Unscented Leather. And the notes also sounded so me. But it was not what I expected. On me it comes off as a leather musk. The leather is strong, the real scent of leather. It is almost medicinal. I got mostly honey and leather, no vanilla. It reminded me of a less sweet Sugared Honeycomb. That’s kind of a good thing since Sugared Honeycomb can become overwhelming on me. It also reminded me of Eye Of The Moogie. In later drydown, I got some sandalwood, but no vanilla which made me sad. I will definitely try it again. I loved Bad Boy and bought it for my husband, so I want Bad Girl to work for me! Well, I did try it again all day and a FB is on the way (I always knew I’d get it). This day it started out as fruity leather and dried down to a slightly dirty honey. At work, I got the “Who smells like baby powder? No, it smells good!” Ah, that honey/vanilla combo….

This is warm and sweet and coconut/cocoa butter musky. Vanilla and butter/cream, chocolate and cocoa butter, honey, and amber and musk. I tried this first out of Pherotine because of it being a rebrew and highly anticipated. It’s got all the good notes, but I sometimes have problems with coconut turning to plastic on me. It reminds me of the PE Bohemian Gypsy although that has no coconut and no Bang! I like the Bang! pheromone selfies I get. It does smell decadent right now, but I am leery of anything with coconut. I will definitely give it another try. Maybe I am just looking for a reason not to buy every.single.Pherotine.scent!

This is sweet and smoky with some gooey marshmallows. It somehow smells a little bit spicy. It wears close to the skin. For me, the smoke comes out the most in the beginning.

This is a clean bright musk without being soapy. It remains pink without being too girly or super pink. I get no berries with this which normally accompany the pink scents. All the sugared musks are good. I should have bought them in full-size. Or I’ll replace them later. I bought my bottle to layer with cherries and cherry blossoms like a “pink scent”, but it’s really just good by itself. All the sugared musks are!

This review is based on actually wearing this scent to work one day instead of merely sampling it. One would think that this is the perfect Valentine’s scent being a combination of roses, red musk, and chocolate. But I would have to use it more often than that. I start with a root beer blast. I think that the red musk and amber somehow translate to birch or root beer scent on me - not that I mind. I just find the perception odd. I have yet to figure out what particular note or combo does that for me. I get it with Flying Potion as well and sometimes water lily (???). It’s also kind of like a tootsie roll. It turns into a creamy chocolate with an ever so slightly rose undertone. My only other experience with a Dominance scent was Dom Noire and that did not work on me at all! I found the Dominance phero made me more aggressive at the office, but in a good way, and a lot more motivated. Hopefully it remains permanent and in stock so that I can pick up a full bottle.

I found this to be very green and woody with a stems note. It is also very earthy and kind of reminds me of Feed The Flowers which I have a FB of. It’s refreshing to have a green Balm Bomb scent. It starts out as a bright, green, fresh, springy scent that “blossoms” into something complex after about five minutes. A sweet, powdery cotton blossom with bamboo and maybe mosses? It also has the milk/butter/cream note I love so. I also like Mara’s bamboo scents. This blooms into a really beautiful scent. I have Balm Bomb unscented (one of the first pheros I purchased), but it would be nice to have a scented version.

What? I thought this had ylang ylang. That's what I thought I smelled. Anyway, I get the coconut in this one. The scent is sweet, soothing, and unisex to my nose. The coconut is slight and the orchid and patchouli give it an exotic slant. This reminds me of the discontinued Bath & Body Works Black Amethyst I would reserve for a summer scent. After a while, the coconut and vanilla really start to pop out. I was this close to purchasing a FB, but I purchased Bosom Bows instead since it was back in stock. If that one had never come back in stock, I think this would be a fine substitute. It has a smooth, tropical vibe to me. And the coconut doesn't turn plasticky! I have worn this for my hair appointment and it gave good results. My most favorite stylist tends to be moody some days and this one smoothed her out.
