I recently (literally two days ago!) moved out into my own apartment and it's my first time living alone. I have a really strong relationship with my mom and I was having a rough go at it, and then I remembered that I had picked up a sample of May Day! with my last order. I needed some inner peace, right? It was worth a shot... I just have to say that May Day, boosted with Tranquility Potion, is amazing. It's a one-two punch to my stress and anxiety and calms me down quickly and efficiently. I went from the beginning of a crying jag to a cool cucumber. The smell is nice - a lot different than anything else, not exactly my type, but pleasant - but the real draw for me is definitely the pheromone boost. I'm considering picking up a bottle of Tranquility Potion, either unscented or boosted in something else I love, but for now, I'm hoarding samples of May Day!

I haven't smelled anything from LP on any man, but I just wanted to share this little tidbit: I tried Teddy Man on myself just for kicks. I am on Prozac for depression, so my sexual drive comes and goes. Mostly goes. But Teddy Man got me hot and bothered for hours. Seriously, I was damn near uncontrollable. Busted out the trusty Hitachi that night. So, my vote for a male scent used to turn on a woman is Teddy Man.

It's out of stock? Damn! My PMS shakes it's fists at the fates.

Does anyone know if I can boost a fragrance with this? I want to get Marcy Wheat Siren (nice, soothing sleep for me!) boosted with Boy/Boy but it's not an option on the pull-down menu.

Smells like cookie dough, as it is cooking...it's not done just yet, but thick and delicious. With some honey on top. Straight up delicious. I feel like it's going to give me calories through my skin. I keep thinking that I'm baking.

Oh my god @ GR's uncommon scents. How do you test those out during the process? "No, not enough ocean water...needs more ocean water."

Nothing from the little boy that I would attach to the Heart & Soul. He listened to me a little more, but that could have been because he was mellowing out before bedtime. Their puppy, however, huffed her nose all over me and just sort of flopped on my lap. It was adorable. B loves it when I wear perfume. I've had child hits with Elevation Potion. Generally, I don't care to use pheromones around children because there are two schools of thought of pheromones (amped ones) and children, but I needed needed NEEDED the mood boost. Alas, I am a smoker and it was eight hours since I had one (I refuse to smoke while babysitting even though one of my friends has pulled it off) and I was getting cranky and impatient; used some Elevation Potion, was back to my normal giggling self and then the kids just glomped onto me, literally. The older sister had never climbed on me before then, but I had both girls cuddling up and being goofy.

So I got my bottle of Rocket Chick boosted with Heart & Soul and I think it is the perfect combination: playful scent with a blend that apparently turns boys into goofy little pups. I babysit this little boy named Ethan and I was in the mood for an ice cream scent, and I figured that Heart & Soul wasn't especially sexual, so...safe. Right? Right. I was sitting next to his father during dinner time and everything was pretty normal for a while, until the dad started getting really talkative with me. He's a nice guy and I enjoy spending time with the family, so it wasn't too abnormal. But then! His whole body language shifted. Instead of being casual but reserved, it was like he was a flower and he just bloomed. Loose gestures and stance, major eye contact, giggling. He's 32. And I made him giggle by reminding his son to eat his green beans. I have no desire to start anything with a married man, especially one with a sweet wife and an adorable son, so I'll probably avoid using this in the future...but it was hilarious to get my first bonafide hit!

Crystallized Sugar Web (a private edition) Erin's vision for this lovely blend was to create a lacy web of crystallized sugar and amber over a velvety blanket of vanilla and benzoin. A fabulous combo! I have to say that I am having an unexpected love affair with this blend! I'm usually wary of amber (but I've since discovered it's not just amber, but a combination with amber thrown in the mess) but I tried this one out because it smelled gorgeous in the tiny sample vial. Let me just say that I am so sad I only have a tiny amount left! It's beautiful, with a hint of sweet creaminess that is anchored down by the benzoin. There's so flash or pizazz to this particular perfume but it makes up for it with a sheer, gentle beauty. It has a strange combination of fresh and warm to it and I can't think of anything I've tried in the past that is like this blend. Cheers!

This has the biggest, loudest, more resounding NO coming from me in the history of my perfume trying. I swear to god, my skin straight up DESTROYS honey, amber, and almond - and I was actually excited to try this one! I'm a honey ho! I can't get enough of the stuff! I eat it, I bathe in it, I spray it on me, I use it in my petitions...honey is what I would be if I were a liquid. But damn, this goes sour on me. It's not the amber...it's just a perfect storm. This is the second amber, honey, and almond mix that has made me want to run from my skin. Another company has one similar (but with myrrh I think?) and I thought I was just crazy because a ton of people love that one, but damn. Damn, no, it's that combination and my skin chemistry and it will eff you up. I shoved my wrist under my mother's nose and she did the immediate nose wrinkle. Sorry, Shelly. I was wicked stoked when this was in my samples! But my skin...it doth protests too much when I wear this. :/ I love my mama: she's harassing me about it. "Wash it off, Savannah! It's getting stronger!" :[

Oh, well, Mara...it's absolutely beautiful and I think it's amazing that you gave us it as a freebie. I've paid a lot of money for perfume that doesn't even scratch the surface of this!

Hmmm...maybe I'll pick up a bottle and do some experimenting. If it's too much for me, then I'll go ahead and trade it off.

They eventually faded but the perfume went with them. So I sexed myself up with some Pumpkin Shake, Rattle, & Roll and I smell like yum with zero cops.

For those of you who get self effects to Alpha-Androstenol, is this going to whack me upside the head? I do get self effects (Elevation Potion makes me feel fuzzy - good, but fuzzy!) from this compound and I'm trying to decide if I want to get Woozy Floozy in the bottle or the straight stuff in a spray. I have a relatively sensitive system and I'm not looking to get tipsy off of it, so I thought I'd ask you ladies first!

I got a bottle of Armed & Dangerous boosted with Blatant Invitation and there's cops here and cops there, there's cops everywhere. Maybe I chose the wrong cover? I get a hint of what I am assuming the perfume is, but there's definite cops coming through on my skin, which isn't unpleasant, but I just like smelling delicious instead of musky fruits. I'll have to update you all in ten more minutes and we'll see how the perfume progresses. The only reason why I'm worried about this is because I feel like I need a shower. If the perfume hasn't picked up, I'll try smearing some Pumpkin Shake, Rattle, and Roll over it and go from there! Edit: Hey! The cops went away! Now I just have a pleasant (albeit faint) perfume on my skin! It's like they just randomly decided to leave at once!

Seconded! This scent is absolutely phenomenal and will definitely be my favorite this Fall. I already have my fingers crossed that I'll get another bottle with my order that I sent in last night, but I would definitely pay for a big bottle of this in the future! (When my monies allow!)

Just ordered samples of Skelly Head Flambe and The Good Witch! I am so excited about smelling those two scents and, so long as they work for me, getting bottles! I'm so glad I rediscovered Love Potion perfumes again! I kind of want to make out with myself when I wear Pumpkin Shake, Rattle, & Roll. Hopefully I can find a boy that will be all over my deliciously sweet, creamy, and spicy self.

My second bottle of Fortune Cookie, my amped bottle of Armed and Dangerous (Blatant Invitation), my amped bottle of Rocket Chick (Heart and Soul - AND IT SMELLS AMAZING), my bottle of Sultry Afternoon, my samples of Deliciously Wicked and Wheat Siren, a totally unexpected bottle of Pumpkin Shake Rattle and Roll, and sniffies of In the Mood, Crimson Black, Thane, Love Salad, Erin's Sugared Web, and Shelly's B-GASM!!! BRB I have to go freak out and grow a few extra wrists to test things on, oh god, so excited, I can't even handle it.

Does anyone enjoy the smell of the unscented pheromones without a cover? Maybe I'm bizarre...but they don't strike me as unpleasant at all...
