    And do you get selfies? When I was holding auditions I used a lot of a-nol blends as this worked well for women and men. It helped to reduce anxiety and helped actors to loosen up more and it allowed things to flow (hey we are all friends here kind of vibe).. But you are on the other side.... So that's why I asked the questions.

    The only reason why I ask is because I would choose a different phero based on whether I am going to be reading in a setting where I will be close to the casting agent and or the director vs in a large room with many other people where I need to stand out and may not have the opportunity to be in close proximity to those who make the decisions.

    Hi...cutiepie! Describe the role...I would choose the phero that suits the role in addition to wowing whomever is evaluating you. And how will you be auditioning? Is this a cattle call or a smaller callback?

    Hey Donise! I agree with you. I do think it would be wise to be cautious with the cops at work. Wouldn't want to make the situation worse or take a turn for the bizarre.

    Welcome RedandFlaming! Donise that is an awesome post! You really broke it all down! I second what NuTrix said about LFN. For me it is a dominant, respect Queen B blend and it makes men of all ages fall at my feet. The only thing is that it does make some women want to test me. But some women on the board can wear cops in work situations and get away with them with no ill effects from women. Some women can even wear high amounts of cops (I am thinking of Shelly in many situations and it has no negative effects. I think it all depends on chemistry.

    Calii... you know that may be an idea. WnG, I remember Mara saying in response to a post I made a while back that mones have memory. So what you could do is wear the mone that you have decided on around your target and then leave something behind that has the phero free scent on it. That could possibly trigger memories. For example if you had LFN in Nola. Wear that phero blend around the target and then leave something behind a scarf, something that is scented with plain Nola on it.

    Hi QG! I didn't know this...wind has an effect on pheros? Maybe that was my problem this winter instead of cold.

    These are good questions. I don't know if pheros are affected by swimming, but I do know that sometimes when I bathe and even apply witch hazel I sometimes have a hard time getting fragrances off completely. I use the fragrances to gauge the pheros if that makes sense. So for me they kind of have to wear off. I think in addition to citrus - cinnamon is something you have to be careful with in the sun. If you are going to be outside and sweating, then that means that your temp is higher and your body heat would make you diffuse more. I would think a spray that had higher ratio of alcohol in it would burn off your skin faster under these conditions. So perhaps an oil roll on would be better. Hope others chime in...

    Hey Honor! Sometimes you don't get selfies. I know that I don't get selfies from many pheros, but I do notice hits from others with most pheros.

    I haven't tried it yet, but I heard that gotcha may fit well for this type of situation. Also look into B-nol blends, if you can tolerate them. They tend to enhance quality bonding.
