  1. Just Ducky - thanx hun! I just now saw your comment )
  2. Mara, is there any way I can reserve a bottle of Charlene's Blackberry Jasmine? But since I already have an order coming out, I was wondering if you'd let me wait until next Friday to pay for it (next paycheck)? I was gonna add a phero to it and make it a spray, then get some more stuff + sale/freebie items with the next order. I would like to make it a separate order though so I don't hold up the current one. Just let me know if you are willing to wait on me hun and I promise it will be another big order. Thanx a bunch! ~Nix
  3. I have both and will try! Thanx Luna
  4. No, you're right. I said it was a simpler version. LP Gold is much more complex with much more notes than just cocoa and honey. Plus these two types blend a little nicer so I can't pick out on or the other after drydown.
  5. Eeeek! I guess I have some wonky skin chemistry, but this goes plastic-y fake on me. Maybe if I let it sit it will start to like me ::pouts:: I reallllllly wanted this one to work! It's something about the buttercream that smells artificial because when I first smell it, I definitely smell the gardenia. That's when the vanilla comes in and tricks me into thinking it will be glorious...and then it goes into a funky fake/feet-smelling buttercream. I'm thinking of how I could layer this to fix it. Any suggestions?
  6. At first I was turned off by this - in the bottle. Something about it was plastic-y and fake. But after I got it on my skin... mmmm! It's a warm almond, milk, oatmeal smell. The hint of lemon comes through in the end but not enough of a smell to really pick apart. It lends to the almond a little, so it's not plastic-y on the skin. I would love to have a lotion like this to slather on after a bath or shower. It's just a nice warm-skin/oatmeal fragrance. Nicely blended and cozy scent! God I am loving Artisan fragrances so much now! They are really so complex and detailed!
  7. This is the only scent out of the 4 I've tried, I like, that has rose in it. It's a sweet, baby, fuschia rose bud to me. The berry and sweetness in this makes it wearable for me. It's almost like candied rose. I can imagine wearing this while also wearing a cute pink babydoll nightie and it being cute-sexy. You could give a guy a cavity wearing this stuff.
  8. This is a very lady-like scent. I am finding that I am not too fond of rose scents as much as I thought I would. Rose seems to be a little too classy for me, at least this one is with the deep, rich base. The fruit tames it down a little but I don't think this is sweet enough for me to pull off. Maybe if I was wearing a vintage outfit or a long dress with full coverage lol. Lovely scent, but not for me.
  9. I get berries and then a tart citrus-y note. Very fruity! But the base grounds it out nicely, it's not too sharp. I really love this one for summer - it's juicy, tart, and a tad sexy!
  10. At first application, I got berry, sweetness, and a soap-like smell. As it dried, I got more of the musks to deepen it. Now it is very sophisticated. I get exotic, fruity sweetness and rich, lovely musk. The drydown is muuuuch nicer than first application! It is quite fancy and not an everyday scent. But I am supposed to be going to a masquerade ball this Christmas and this would be perfect with a long, beautiful gown. It's a very fancy and berry-like scent.
  11. I didn't even think I was going to like this but was pleasantly taken by surprise! I absolutely adore this one! It's very sweet and pretty but the musk makes it more grown-up. It is a lovely scent! The sweetness of it is so delicate yet the florientals deepen it and give it oomph! This is one of my top picks!
  12. It started out fresh cut grass and strawberries, but now it is fresh strawberry shampoo. But I love it still! It is still very summery and refreshing. Maybe I'll make a hair-mist out of some of the oil. As I'm typing, some if the shampoo-sharpness is fading out. MaybeI'll get lucky as time goes by...
  13. I knew I would love this one, lavender is a fav of mine. When I first put it on, I got a lot of lavender... but it was a sweet, cloud-soft lavender. Then the next huff was more Jasmine than lavender! Now... I can smell both of them together and also a mint-like addition to it, very fresh and clean undertone. This is very cuddly and soft but not soapy, lotion-y, or powdery. It's a beautiful scent! I am going into scent-heaven! This is now the ninth scent I have added to my arms and I am delirious with wonderful scents lol.
  14. I have been eyeing this one as a nice refreshing summer scent! My sample did not disappoint! As my skin licked it up, I smell sweet light watermelon, mint, and a hint of citrus. I am going to have to look this beverage up now that my skin likes it so much... I bet my stomach will too! This is the perfect scent to cool you off during the summer heat.
  15. As soon as I tried LP Gold, I had to put this one on to compare and contrast. I like them both, but this is just a simpler version of LP Gold. The cocoa in this also blends a little better. It makes it so after drydown, I cannot distinguish between the two notes. They have just melded into each other nicely.
  16. I was quite surprised with this sample! I was expecting it to be similar to LP Humidity and it was completely opposite! I am actually quite pleased with the blatant differences too. It is very sensual and stirred up some things in my body after huffing my arm multiple times. It also has kept morphing every time I've sniffed it! At first it had a sharp honey smell, then it went all cocoa on me, now it isa well-rounded blend of citrus, honey and chocolate/cocoa. But it has a syrupy, warm, gooey feel to it that is veeery rich. A very sexy scent that would handle Cops quite well (I'm almost positive). It reminds me of something in my childhood that I smelled too... but I can't put my finger on it. I am quite in love with this chocolate-honey scent.
  17. I loooove this one! It's a tropical, summery gourmand! At first I got more fruitiness, then as it dried down I got more creamy sweetness and the 'tang' went away. It's got a marsh mallow-y sweetness to it and a angel food cake smell also. Very light and fluffy sweetness! I totes love this one! I wonder if this is what tropical cupcake bodyspray smells like
  18. I never really thought I liked florals, but the more I smell LP's... the more I truuuuly love florals! This one is a very rich, warm, exotic floral. I think of a hot, summer Georgia night in times where there was no A/C. One of those old southern mansions surrounded by beautiful summer flowers. It's night time and there's a warm glow around the house from the lamp lights and candles burning. The heat makes the flowers blush with more of their summer fragrance and the night lends to the more exotic nature of the smell. I feel like a southern belle on a hot summer night with this on! Love it!
  19. At first, this did smell like a nice fabric softener. After it dried, it became "greener" like a hint of fresh cut grass thrown into the florals. Very pretty and powdery... and snuggly. Every time I huff it, I feel more and more relaxed. It's like a security blanket in a bottle! I imagine taking a very soft and cuddly blanket (fresh out of the dryer) to a beautiful meadow with freshly bloomed spring flowers and snuggling up with my SO (in that cute-gooey phase in the relationship).
  20. When I first tried this on, I got something really sharp, which may have been the lemongrass. Now, as I've let it dry down it has rounded nicely to a warm, fruity, exotic scent. This one is really nice! I was really upset when I thought it was sold out but found a sample of it on the GGG pages. It is a warm skin fragrance, very womanly/feminine. It is very well blended and I like that I can't really pick out any one note from it. I'm excited to see what it morphs into over time!

I specifically ordered a sample of this (as my last package had more virgin-scents than pheros) to get some fresh scents for summertime. I like more sweet/foodie scents at night and lighter, floral, fruity scents during the day. This perfectly fit the bill! When I first put it on I got a fresh, floral bubblebath scent. As drydown sets in I still get the soapy, clean floral scent but a couple seconds into the sniff comes the tropical fruit. It's like I'm at a fancy hotel in Hawaii taking a bubblebath with tropical flowers and slices of fruit floating in the water!
  22. This is a sample I bought that I orginally wanted for a friend to boost with Heart and Soul, but thought I would love it more than my friend. I am glad I did not get this for her or I. Even though this is a lovely scent it smells very "wintery" to me. It smells like sugared plums but with a twist of purple twilight and fantasy entwined within. Definitely a scent I would wear to a winter ballet or opera, sitting in an expensive side loft, dressed up in gold and black satin. It is very elegant, but not one of my favorites. I am more of a foodie-scent girl anyway. But it is a pretty scent nonetheless.
  23. I got this as another freebie sample and I really like it. I wouldn't wear it, but I would give it to my man (when I get one) and I would have it burning in my house. It seems like it would go great with Teddy BB or B2 pheros. It was very clean, green, and rainy. Loved it right out of the bottle and onto my skin. As it has had more time to dry down and settle, it is a very masculine scent on me. But my right wrist smells like a very sexy guy. It smells like an older cologne my youngest uncle used to wear, maybe even a aftershave he wore. I am impressed and will pass it on to a guy friend!
