I'm really tempted to get straight Gotcha in spray form (60/40) but I know it has some cops. Seems like many of you have gotten it in spray though so have you had any problems with the cops? Is there enough that you wouldn't want to spray in your hair? I'd like a bottle so I can spray with my other favorite LP scents. I have it currently in LP Red and I don't smell any cops at all but Red I think would cover just about anything!! LOL

I don't know if anyone has mentioned trying it but after reading the posts, I was just wondering if scented Cougar and Open Windows would create a nice vibe together? I can definitely understand wanting to send out the happy sparkly vibe and separately, it seems that these two do that but I wasn't sure if one would cancel out the other or create the wrong vibe.

Stacy, I can never help myself. I've used the back of my hands, my shoulders, top of my forearms. A little swatch of different scents everywhere all at once. LOL I think my head would explode if someone tried to stop me from trying them out. I know I should wait but I caaaaaaan't!

At first I thought I needed to go with cops but I never really got a reaction. I think I just needed a boost so I'm all excited about my LAM/SS4W combo. LOL I hope you have been having as much fun with yours!!

I haven't tried it with anything other than the spicy brown sugar but love out it brings out the brown sugar a bit more. I love that scent. I'll have to do like Eggers and try it with something else just to test. I'll do it on the weekend so I don't jinx my good times at work!! Try it out StacyK and see what you think!

Thanks Dolphindoll!! I'm having a great time getting to become more involved and getting to know everyone. All you ladies (and gent) have been so helpful and kind, it has been truly appreciated. Finding LPMP was a great thing and I don't see myself going back to the everyday blah any time in the future.

I've got version III, think it is, its the most current one with SS4W. I'm also looking forward to version II with BI that I'm swapping with Honeybee for a GC. That's another one that I've been dying to try and seemed like a perfect combo. I defintely think I'll be getting more SS4W because that does seem to give me at least the little "umph" I've looking for. With the V.2 having BI in in though, is it maybe better not to pair with LAM?

I had to say that I had not seen noticeable hits with anything really until this combo. Admittedly I can be oblivious to subtle hits so to see ones THAT out there... yeah, this is awesome stuff. Today, I wore it again. My cutie co-worker from yesterday (Mr. Blue Eyes) made quite a few appearances around my desk today. Yesterday, I forgot to mention that he works in a different building as well. Today, he decided that the copy machine furthest from his desk, located directly across from me, was the place to print all day. It was 106 degrees today, certainly not weather that causes anyone to pick printers in different buildings. I called him to let him know that a box of docs had arrived and not too long after he looked like he had run over from his desk and ended up not even taking it with him, said my co-worker could drop it off some other time (he didn't even look inside). It could have nothing to do with the combo but getting to see his eyes all day long, I'm ok with that. Work has definitely been more interesting lately. I'd definitely say give it another try, Dolphindolls. I wouldn't have even thought of it until I saw this thread. I'd be interested to see what you think now that you have a better understanding of different notes. I'm hoping one day I'll get there too.

I just had to share because I do believe I had my first real "hits" and it was with this combo. I wore it to work this morning and everyone was very chatty and touchy with me (I work with a bunch of guys). One of my co-workers came to my desk to ask about a report and he looked tongue tied. He's sort of that way to begin with but I told him that I would look for what he needed and he thanked me so I went back to work on the computer thinking he was leaving. I looked up after a few seconds and he was just standing there, staring with that DIHL I hear about. I looked up at him because I thought maybe he needed something more because he looked... confused. He just looks at me and says "I think I'll get going now", waits another few seconds and then turns and leaves. It was actually kind of cute. Then, about an hour later, another co-worker (who's probably about 30) totally gave me this huge smile and good morning when I walked by him. As I passed, I remembered I needed to ask him something and when I turned around, I caught him watching me, still smiling!! He's cute too, very nice blue eyes. Well, I totally lost my train of thought at that and just smiled and kept walking. And that was just a couple of the things that happened today out of the ordinary. It really kept occurring all day long even though I was super busy and couldn't enjoy the moments as much. It seems to work on women though too. My leader has always been an admittedly reserved person and it was so difficult for me to talk with her for months but since I've been wearing this (last week), she has been super chatty, laughing and even shared some family pictures with me today. It's been great getting to see that side of her and it's completely different working for her. It's comfortable and friendly and I don't feel the wall that I felt for months in the past. Mind you, I've worked my tail off to do a good job and she's said I help make her life easier but the atmosphere has no tension in it and I've truly been enjoying my job. So, I think I will be wearing this when I need that extra boost. This is the first phero/combo where I really do think I've seen some noticeable hits. I was starting to feel the grind wearing me down at work but with everyone enjoying my brown sugar sphere, even these ten hour days are going by with much more enjoyment. I won't be able to help myself so I know already what I'll be wearing tomorrow!

I got my best selling sampler pack about a week ago and I wanted to try some lighter scents since I really go for the deep dark ones usually. Sneaky Clean definitely turned out to be a favorite for sure (only surpassed by Cougar) and I've found that SS4W seems to work really well for me at work. I haven't smelled anything that reminds me of incense though. Just rich floral. Reminds me of the soap you get at the Ritz Carlton, classic. Definitely FB worthy.

I agree! My days of toddler butt have been long over (she's 16 now) and yet, a few whiffs and the memories came flooding back. And for a perfume, I have to say that was alarming!! LOL But that was also probably why I couldn't believe it when I went to bed and it had just completely changed. It turned into exactly the kind of sexy scent I would want. But holy cow, I have to admit... it was close. When I have a good two hours to let it work itself out (and the SO and I have some "adult" time alone), I'll let you know how it works on him. But the fact that he seemed to want to get closer even on a night when we were both pooped out (ha!), I'm thinking there might be some magic in this here bottle. Thanks for the fair warning you gave me on giving it time. I've been able to pretty much give everything ten minutes (or less) and the lovely scents emerge. Cops don't appear to bother me hardly at all. This one, oh my, it was getting a little worse as time went on but the final product was worth the wait. I will just have to save it for special occasions when I will be alone for a couple of hours. Just me and my dirty,sexy self!! LOL

Ok folks: first I want to say that before adding my review here, I took a turn down memory lane and read all of the posts that everyone added since Jouir De's inception. Because I really love OCCO SLF, I thought this just had to be right up my alley so, as I had just received my swap from MissHazel last night, first thing I did was shake the bottle and put a little spiral on my wrists. Then I decided to see what everyone has thought through the years. I laughed and laughed at the analogies everyone came up with about the scent... and then I became afraid, very very afraid. So here are my newbie thoughts after trying it on last night and the lingering scents from this morning: In the bottle, it reminded me a lot of SLF. Resin and a bit smokey, nothing really more than my first impressions of SLF, I like it. While wet on my wrists, I smelled a brief whiff of feet. No sweaty balls, no "that thing we never do", just feet... but then it passed and I thought, "Oh good, don't have to worry about the posts of fear and harsh scrubbing". After about ten minutes, I started to pick up a floral background note but with a very heavy handed musk. The impression someone gave about a church nursery and poopy diapers... uh oh... I can see it but its faint. About 45 minutes later, I'm still reading posts and I'm beginning to think that I must be very fortunate in my life that sweaty balls have never smelled faintly like a toddler's butt to me because I can still smell that in the background but it's starting to morph into something a bit sweeter, more floral. I decide to go in my SO's office and casually give him a hug from behind while sitting in his chair... wrists as close to his nose as I can get away with without looking like I am attempting to harm him. We talk and he doesn't seem to notice toddler butt. That's a good start but still, after reading all of your posts, I'm beginning to wonder if I need to accept that there will remain an underlying note of feces around me. I want to be naughty, I do. But I'm unsure if this is the right path. I applied around 8:00/8:30 and something strange and miraculous happened at 10:00pm... the stink was completely gone!!! Completely. What I was left with was this enticing and sensual resiny floral. It was intoxicating and I fell asleep with my wrist stuck to my nose. I also threw my arm over SO with my wrist in his face and didn't get it thrown off, in fact he scooted even closer which was kind of rare for him. Now, it's morning and I haven't gotten in the shower yet. My wrists still smell of amber, maybe a bit of honey faintly, but the floral note from last night isn't there. It's a lovely scent still just morphed a bit more. So, I am totally going to call MissHazel correct on this one. I really need to give this two hours to settle on me. Once it did though, I really loved the transformation. The heavy musks in the beginning turned very soft with time and melded into a scent that was both perfume like and yet very organic with my chemistry. I will be trying this out on my guy when we have a "date night" of sorts. We were both tired and I wasn't looking to entice him so I'll have to write on that subject later but in terms of what I think of Jouir De? I like it, I'm keeping it, I'm going very lightly and will not douse right before I leave the house. I will not compare it to SLF from this point on though... ever.

Indeed. Sorry to veer off course there for a few. In the meantime, I feel better now about wearing SLF to work. I love the scent and don't worry about the cops needing cover. I'll just keep it in very light doses since its so strong. I'll have to figure out the civit smell though. I'm not sure what that smells like on its own.

We sound a lot alike!! Keep me updated if you find something that appeals to your man. I'd really like to find something that drives him crazy like I hear others mention. He's never really into any of my perfumes which is why i thought maybe id go the stealth route with pheros and see if that worked on him. Alas, i had him smell my 3 of Pear and he told me i smelled like Glade Meadow air freshener. For the moment, I will just try a dab of this and a dab of that. Glad I'm not the only one that had good female impressions with SLF though!!! And yes, yes, yes!!! Please please please on the Jouir de!!! Let me know what I need to do and It will be done. Thanks for the info too about the bottles. I'm going to start looking so I can build my own little sharing station.

I was really hoping to try the Jouir De but it seems that once someone gets a hold of it, you are out of luck. I'll keep looking though because I've heard some mighty powerful words spoken about that stuff and I really would like to compare it to SLF as well. If nothing else, another bottle of SLF will be purchased before they all run out. I've got a Sex & Violins in the cart too because it sounds like that one would fit right in with this. What's strange about the SLF though, and I don't know if its just me, is that it hasn't necessarily been overly effective on my husband but - and I will admit I shouldn't have - I wore it to work and my female co-workers and friends were all over me. Women that are reserved and tend to never speak have been really super friendly, chatty, wanting to hang out. It's not the reaction, per se, that I thought it would have but I won't complain since its been nice to get to know a little bit about some female co-workers that have been a mystery for months. I guess I can try more and less with the husband and see if I get a reaction although I have to say that Compromising Positions didn't fare much better. I'm wondering if maybe I'm going the wrong direction with him. And definitely yes, for sure, my next order will be over $80... well over!! lol It probably wouldn't hurt to calm down... at least for this week. I've got an event coming up this weekend for my daughter so once that is over, I'll have a better idea of how much money I can spend. If Mara doesn't mind another order this month, I might go ahead next week and let myself be trigger happy like I want to. If they don't chime in, I'll send a quick email to ask. I've loved LOVED what I've gotten so far and certainly don't want to be tagged a problem customer!! By the way, is there a thread on here where I can find out how to decant and where to get the supplies? I'd love to get involved with that.

Dolly is absolutely correct on the price. I had one in my cart and took it out but only because it seemed that might be a wee bit more EoW than I need but MissHazel, that's a great idea to share it. Of course, I will have to wait for awhile before I get that one. I've already got my cart loaded down with eight I want to try (and that's not even counting the order I hope to see in the mail soon which includes MRF and LAM - Spicy Brown Sugar!!). An intervention may be required soon. As an FYI, I'm waiting until June to make my new order so I don't abuse the free shipping too but OMG, how I want to press that checkout button.

It's kind of funny because I was considering buying a straight bottle of EoW but after listening to you gals, I'm thinking that I will do much better if I just stick with it as an add in. In Compromising Positions, smelled it a tiny bit wet but in SLF, I can honestly say I could not detect EoW at all. It just smells so good to me straight out of the bottle.

I decided to try my 3 of Pears today - had True Confessions put in because I was hoping to make it a sweet, innocent welcoming scent for work. In the bottle, it smelled fairly pear like with a hint of tropical flowers in the background but after rolling on my arm, my first thought was that it reminded me of juicy fruit gum while wet - very sweet but no definable "pear" scent. If anything more a floral, blossom, tropical flavor. I let it dry down about 30 minutes and the tropical floral was pretty evident still and I decided to see what the hubby thought. After sniffing my arm, he said it reminded him of Glade air freshener, the flower meadow kind!!! Not sure if that was the True Confessions talking. About two hours later, its mellowed a lot but definitely a floral scent with no pear that I can detect. I think the maple and pecan might be coming through though because its a softer floral, more earthy as described somewhere above, like walking through a garden on a warm day. Do I like it? Yes, its not in your face and actually will be great for work. I liked it more as it blended into my skin because the floral I found too sweet in the beginning did die down as time went by. Would I buy it again? No, don't think so. I'm not really a floral fragrance type of girl and really hoped to smell more pear but I think it would make a great summer scent. I'll definitely use it as it gets hotter and hotter during summer. We'll see if it changes any when introduced to the Arizona heat!!

I'm pretty interested in trying this out. I know that there probably isn't much or any correlation between the two but I found the OCCO SLF to smell ... smokey. A nice smokey incense which I love. With the gun powder in S&V, does that smell along the same lines or is it more subtle?
