  1. Thank you so much for your thoughts @Vika! I know it says copulins on the name but I forgot about it and just thought about slathering it like a normal moisturizer! I'm glad you mentioned the office context! I might need a second jar of something else that doesn't have them.
  2. Hello, @Vika and @Mila! How much cream do you use and how many jars do you have? I'm hoping to order for body use but I don't know how long a jar may last. I'm considering whether I should order one or two jars to maximize shipping. πŸ§΄πŸ“¦πŸ«±πŸ»πŸ’΅πŸ“¬
  3. Thank you for your impression @RosesArePink! I've been averse to cinnamon due to many overwhelming Autumn scents that contain it, but I'm warming up to it more as I try blends here that contain it. I like the way Mara does it where the cinnamon is not overpowering other notes and it's giving just the right amount of spice, kick, or depth to the blends. LOL at your mothballs! πŸ˜‚ Mr. Onyx and you might be picking up on the same thing. πŸ˜† This is part of my review of Pumpkin Lavender Donut ('Weenies 2023) version: I know it's close to the season for Christmas mothballs, but I ended up getting a full bottle of Femme Fatale's Dreme CrΓ¨me instead. 😝
  4. @Potion Master: Thank you very much, Mara! I truly appreciate the extra effort you took to take pictures. πŸ“ΈπŸ™πŸ» I am interested in getting a few products! My skin has been needing extra care recently and I'd like to try what's in the shop. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Thank you also for the heads-up about the bath salts that will be created end of this month! That's cool that you're making them! I don't use bath salts but could they be used as scrubs too? I might consider getting one too! The Mermaid Soup πŸ§œπŸ»β€β™€οΈ one sounds like it would be interesting in salt form because it already has seaweed. I'll hold off on making an order until then to maximize shipping. I'm looking forward to seeing if anything particularly yummy will be created. πŸ’πŸ¦πŸ

That's interesting! Do you know what smelled like cream soda to me? Flying Potion (2023)!
  6. I have a full bottle (spray) of this now! It is a very nice and light scent you can slather without worrying about it being too much, though it is more like a skin scent to me. It lasted overnight and left a cool, creamy lavender scent on my arm when I woke up. I might try this on my hair or a shirt someday. I want the smell to be more apparent so I may have to spray it all over. This would be nice as a whipped body crΓ¨me scent! πŸ’†πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸͺ»πŸ§΄πŸ§ˆ Thank you for the great choice of notes to combine @Femmefatale and thank you for the dreamy, creamy creation @Potion Master! πŸ’œ
  7. I was originally going to guess Ebil-ish! (2023) but I saw that it already has reviews. I am curious because you also enjoy foodie scents. Is it North Pole? I haven't seen any reviews for that yet!
  8. Okay, sadness about this is cancelled. πŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I have a full bottle now! πŸ‘πŸ» I got it last week and as usual, I sprayed it on Day 0. It was still in the unremarkable no-rest phase, but I still used it. I mostly got a very sweet, syrupy scent that I think is similar to what @Amanda's mother smells on her when she wears this. One remarkable experience though, I went through a drive-through to pick up food for Mr. Onyx and me. I sprayed some on the cuff of my pullover to just refresh it and have something new to sniff while I was waiting in line. When I rolled down my window, the guy handing me the drink said, "Oooh, like the car! Like the smell! What is that, caramel?" I was confused because I ordered a caramel drink, but then realized he must have been smelling Darling Clementine (2022)! (I also had Bubblegum Bettie on my wrists but I didn't swipe/refresh that one then so I doubt he was referring to it. Although, it could have also been the combination of the two.) I think my spray needs more rest before it goes to the yummy orange cupcake scent, but I'm glad it gave someone joy during that brief moment! 🍊🧁✨
  9. Hello, @Potion Master! Is there an updated list of the bath and body products currently available in the store? The scrubs and whipped cream soap sound delicious and good for the skin! 🧼🫧🫧🫧

Thank you, @asterism and @RosesArePink! I think I do like pink scents! πŸ’—

Same here! Having a budget does make me pickier about which ones I get a full bottle of! I appreciate several scents but only get full bottles of the ones I really, really like or the ones that I just cannot get trials of and whose descriptions/reviews stick out to me. Lol! Mr. Onyx does have his moments. I think he does very well picking out notes that he's familiar with, but if it's something he's not used to smelling, he comes up with either spiced fruit, chamomile, or something floral! πŸ˜† Please don't discount yourself @Amanda! Even if you think you're not getting the notes, I've already purchased at least two blends here because of you! Going back to the above comment that I am quite particular about the full bottles I get unless I cannot get trials and the descriptions/reviews stick out to me, your Beach Sol was an unsniffed full bottle for me that I ended up liking very much! πŸŒžπŸ–οΈβ£οΈ

Same, @RosesArePink! I mostly get praline from this. On me, it's more buttery praline. We were on a road trip a few days ago and I was in the back seat. I decided to refresh Vessel on my arm and did a few swipes. Mr. Onyx stopped the car music and asked me, "Something smells like butterscotch! Is it one of your perfumes? Are you eating something?" He would not put the music back on until I answered. πŸ˜† I refreshed it again later and he said, "That smells like vanilla." Points, points, points to Mr. Onyx! If you really like foodie scents and you are reading this, please do yourself a favour and at least grab a trial. I was not into this at first but it quickly grew on me. I think I might actually like this more than Flan de Coco now. I only have a few drops left of my trial because I've spilt this twice while trying to apply it in the dark when I was going to bed. I'm debating whether to get more than one full bottle of this.
  14. Your review compelled me to order a trial @Amanda! I was disinterested but I like how you described the old books/paper smell and the scent that remained on your hoodie! πŸ“šπŸŠ

    Pumpkin Pink

@RosesArePink, that is a very good way to describe it! By the way, I'm still not quite sure what pink smells like. How would you describe it?

Thank you, @Femmefatale! I also mostly go for the creamy and foodie scents but try ones that interest me outside of my normal preferences because I like being pleasantly surprised! I just looked at Earth and Urn's notes and while they do not interest me and some I even avoid (like tobacco), the reviews and what you said make me consider getting a trial along with my next order. Oh, I see. I didn't even notice the patchouli until you pointed it out, @Kayla!
  17. @Femmefatale: "This smells like soft vanilla. Soft vanilla bath soap." —Mr. Onyx on Dreme Crème Mr. Onyx picks out the most random notes sometimes! I'm honestly surprised he picked up an element of the lavender because I thought it was very well blended in Pumpkin Lavender Donut.
  18. This was my first impression of Pumpkin Lavender Donut ('Weenies 2023 version) on Day 0: I've had my sample for 2 weeks (14-15 days) now. This one really grew on me. Unfortunately, I'm not getting the doughy scent that I associate with doughnuts. I do get the lavender, cream, and pumpkin spices in the frosting all blended together. I was just thinking last night that this reminded me of something. I don't have Sara's Pumpkin Lavender Donut to compare this with though. Then I realized it was Femme Fatale's Dreme Creme! I decided to compare them side by side and even slept with them on my arms last night. When they're side by side, they're not so similar anymore. Femme Fatale's Dreme Creme is lighter while Pumpkin Lavender Donut is more potent. Dreme Creme has a stronger lavender scent to me whereas Pumpkin Lavender Donut's lavender is better blended with the other spices, but I think it's still detectable because I related this scent to Dreme Creme, even though this one seems to have more different notes going on. Dreme Creme smells sweeter when most notes have faded after it's dried down, while Pumpkin Lavender Donut is richer and has more depth during the initial stages. For me, just basing on the scent, I prefer Dreme Creme. The scent that it leaves after dry down is just lovely. I find it a little too faint though and would like it to have more throw. I think I prefer its scent due to my pumpkin bias, which I realized (again) around the time that I was reviewing Pumpkin Latte that I still might not be into pumpkin spice products. I still try things out though because I like to be pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, when I asked Mr. Onyx how Pumpkin Lavender Donut smells to him, he said, "Seven spice. You know that spice? And mothballs. Or Christmas mothballs." Christmas mothballs!!! πŸŽ…πŸ»πŸŽ„πŸ€ΆπŸ»πŸ€πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸŽ„πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ I think he may be picking up the camphor in the lavender, hence the mothballs. Oh, points to you Mr. Onyx, though I find it both a hilarious and heartbreaking (in a not-so-serious way) comment. This continues to grow on me though. Depending on availability, I might pick up one of the foodie lavender scents mentioned here in my next order.

This is one of those scents that I'm somewhat curious about though not enough to buy a trial, but @cheeseburger79's review makes me more interested. I also think the label is gorgeous and the name fits it very well. I'm curious how this compares to Kahve if anyone has both to compare? I remember @Femmefatale said that she got coffee and incense from that one. I'm also curious what you think of the coffee in this one if you have it @Kayla. I remember you mentioned the Kahve one smelled somewhat citrusy for you too.

    Pumpkin Latte

This was my first impression of Pumpkin Latte on Day 0: This was one of the first sniff standouts for me. I was very impressed with the coffee in this. I've had this for 2 weeks now and I actually got a Witch's Brew coffee (basically Pumpkin Spice brew) to compare! I'm sniffing them side by side now, and I think this scent is thicker and richer. The Witch's Brew coffee I got was cold brew so it was lighter. Pumpkin Latte smells like a warm mug of thick, creamy, heavily-spiced, pumpkin spice latte. πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒβ˜•β˜•β˜•β˜• I think this still smells very similar to how it was before it rested. However, my perception of it did change. I highly considered getting a full bottle of this initially, but now, I started realizing again how I don't really like most pumpkin spice products. For those who do enjoy pumpkin spice coffee, I highly recommend this! If you enjoy pumpkin spice but don't like coffee, skip this because the coffee is very apparent on this one. As for me, I will wait for the next coffee scent that I might be interested in. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈβ˜•
  21. This was my first impression of Vampire Bunny(2023) on Day 0: This was a clear standout to me on Day 0! I've had my sample for 13-14 days now so it's had some rest. There is that saying though which is usually attributed to Theodore Roosevelt, "Comparison is the thief of joy." It applied to my experience when testing this out. I enjoyed it more when I wore it by itself but less so when I compared it with others. I compared this with Cuddle Bunny because I read that the original version is a mash-up of Cuddle Bunny and Blue Smoke. I also wanted to see how much of Cuddle Bunny's scent is present in this. Initially, Vampire Bunny smells like Cuddle Bunny with blueberry on top. As it dries down, I start smelling more of the smoke. After most of the other notes have faded, the dry down for both smell very unisex to me. I also noticed the lingering unisex scent in my review of Cuddle Bunny, but the main difference to me is that Cuddle Bunny dries more sweetly while Vampire Bunny dries in a way that leans more unisex/masculine and starts to become more smoky. I agree with @luna65 that a man could wear this as well. I asked Mr. Onyx which one he preferred though, and he pointed towards the body part that had Cuddle Bunny, but that may just be what he prefers in general and not necessarily what he would like to wear. I also compared this to Super Happy Funtime since I also noted smoky blueberry from that one. They have very similar blueberry notes, but as they fade, I get more jamminess from Super Happy Funtime and more blue smoke from Vampire Bunny. I get no smoke from Super Happy Funtime when they are compared side by side. I also wrote in my review for that one that it is a dark, elegant, yet fruity and uplifting scent to wear before you swim with the sharks at work, and I think Vampire Bunny works really well for that too. It does have a mysterious vibe like @LyndaH mentioned. Because of its smokiness, I also compared this with Reliquary, because that is my other smoky scent that I got a trial of from 'Weenies 2023. Just basing on their respective smokiness, Reliquary is a better smoky scent for me. Reliquary's smoky part gives me cozy, winter lodge vibes, while Vampire Bunny's smoky part gives me... I don't really know. I don't have a vision for it at this time. Perhaps men's cologne vibes? In terms of wearability though, Vampire Bunny is something I can enjoy wearing more because of the blueberry and Cuddle Bunny aspects, especially in the beginning. Meanwhile, Reliquary is something that I don't necessarily want to wear but would like to smell on something else. On the other hand, I prefer the initial part of Vampire Bunny, whereas I prefer the dry down of Reliquary, and the dry down is what tends to stick longer unless someone is dedicated to just reapplying constantly. To address @ivy_fiddlefox's smoke concern in the other thread, I think this might get more smoky as it gets more rest. I've only had this for two weeks though, so perhaps the other notes might come out more as this ages longer, but it seems that the smokiness increases at least in the near future. I think Vampire Bunny is one of those scents where it doesn't win in specific categories, but it gets second place consistently. Even though in certain aspects, I prefer other scents compared to Vampire Bunny, if someone would like to have all those aspects in one (Cuddle Bunny, blueberry, smoke), then Vampire Bunny does very well overall and can be a solid choice.

I also gravitate towards sweet and foodie scents! I do like the cakey ones too though, so perhaps that's one of our differences. I will more carefully consider your reviews from now on since it might help inform me for foodie scents I will consider in the future. The label truly is unnerving! I was hoping I would not like this! They did a great job considering the Halloween theme, but I noticed it's somewhat different from the others in terms of art style. I wonder why.

Mr. Onyx does pick up the most interesting notes that to my nose are blended really well! I can very much see you as Hufflepuff! πŸ’›πŸ–€ I'm actually not certain of his house... perhaps Ravenclaw or Gryffindor! I don't really know mine, I can be any of them depending on my mood. I digress too! πŸ˜† It is wonderful that your sister connected it with your Grandmother! I would be so excited and might shriek too! I'm really starting to like this one even more. I went to bed wearing this and Poe de CrΓ¨me to compare and see which one I might get a full bottle of later. Is it possible to get a version of this without a label? It's very unnerving! 🫣 @Kayla it's interesting to see you say that it's the sweetest, buttery LPMP perfume you have worn! I feel you have quite a lot in your inventory!

    Poe de Creme

This was my first impression of Poe de CrΓ¨me: This was one of the standouts for me when I tried my samples on Day 0. I've had this for 11 days now and it's gotten even better. I no longer get that powdery chocolate smell from the vial. It seems that with some rest, it got blended even more and it's already giving me cherry cordial from my vial sniff! It also smells refreshing to me somehow. I thought this would be a warm scent, but it smells cool to me. I don't know what the tobacco note adds to this, but I am not getting the unpleasant smell that I have in my mind when I think of tobacco. Perhaps it may be adding depth. I am thinking of raisins for some reason. Maybe it's complementing the cherry. Speaking of cherry, I still get more of the boozy cherry during dry down. When most of the other notes are gone, I get something that's reminiscent of traditional perfumes left behind, but it's not bitter or displeasing. I actually find it pleasant! This has replaced Pumpkin Pink for me as the one I'm most interested in getting a full bottle of from 'Weenies 2023. (I think my skin might be sensitive to something in Pumpkin Pink or Supra because my wrists that had them last night were itchy even after I washed them off. I need to go back to them at some point to see if this is actually the case.) But I digress, this is also a contender for me for the Flagship Foodie Fragrance of 'Weenies 2023 alongside Vessel! While Vessel is reminiscent of Ritter Sport Nugat (Praline) chocolate, Poe de CrΓ¨me is like Queen Anne Dark Chocolate Cordial Cherries or Cella's Dark Chocolate Covered Cherries, with emphasis on the dark chocolate! I was quite excited about potentially getting this, but now I'm not so keen. I asked Mr. Onyx what he thought and he said, "I don't like this one. It's sickly sweet." πŸ’” I asked him again after it's dried down even more (during the traditional perfumey part) and he said it smelled light to him, somewhat floral, so I think there's a chance! I want to respect him and his nose though, since when I like a scent, I'm a slatherer, and I like the wet part and initial dry down of this scent a lot. I've actually reapplied this twice now to keep getting that lol. I'll wear this every now and then to see if his impression changes.
  25. Onyx

    Vessel

This was my first impression of Vessel on Day 0: This was a Day 0 standout for me and having this for 11 days now, it still is. This smells yummy and sweet even from the bottle. On my skin, I'm no longer getting that powdery burnt smell, but it's still very praline-forward for me. I got the scent of bread that others are smelling when I was testing it a few days ago, but it was just for a very brief moment and only on my fingertips that I used to open the trial vial. The main scent on my skin still smelled like praline filling. If you get a hankering for eating something like this, try Ritter Sport Nugat (Praline). πŸ₯œπŸ« I just put this on again now and it's still very praline, but interestingly, I'm getting that bready scent now as it dries down. I quite like it! I already liked the praline filling scent by itself, but the bready whiffs I get are very comforting. I've enjoyed the whiffs of this that I've gotten as I've washed my hands throughout the afternoon. 🌬️🍞🍞🍞 I asked Mr. Onyx to take a sniff just now and he said, "Smells like toasted marshmallow. Oh wait... *sniffs again* toasted marshmallow with... maple syrup." I have to give him a point for detecting that maple note and getting that toasted impression. He goes into these sniffs without any context and usually just gets a body part lifted to his nose for a sniff. πŸ˜†πŸ˜ I'm considering whether to get a full bottle of this. It is a truly delicious foodie scent which I normally would be very interested in. This is a major contender for the Flagship Foodie Fragrance of 'Weenies 2023. However, I already have Flan de Coco which I like very much. I've tried having both of them on at the same time, one on each arm, and I get more throw and longevity from Flan de Coco. I prefer its scent too. This is a different type of gourmand though, so getting this would be a variation, but I still find the label quite unsettling. πŸ™ˆ
