I'm not exactly sure what orchid is supposed to smell like, but this one is just too perfume-y for me. I can smell the oakmoss sort of "underneath" and I do like it. I was afraid of the honey, but I actually don't smell it at all. I've only had it on for about an hour, so I really need to give it another chance when I can give it longer to dry down. I may put this one away for a couple of months and see if it mellows any.

See, on me this is very sweet pea, maybe with just a pinch of sugar, which is weird because everybody else is getting mostly cake/frosting foody. I like it alot though. This may be a full bottle in the future.

I tested this one out last night, although travel shock may have still been a factor. It smelled YUMMY! However, it was all cakey goodness and I didn't get any citrus at all? I'll definitely be re-testing soon!

So this was the most-anticipated of the monthly NRs for me, and now that they're here I finally got to test it! I tried it on last night, then wore it out all day today. I LOVE the scent! I get mostly fruit with just a touch of sweet floral, which is absolutely perfect for me. I'm not a big fan of florals, but finding that with LPs I'm adjusting to them a little bit more when blended well with other scents (even though I don't think I'll EVER like rose!). So the scent here is beautiful. It doesn't seem to have alot of throw on me though, and faded fairly quickly. This is the first time I've really tried out Perfect Match. Not being around alot of other people, "the guy" again was a good test subject. He seemed overall to be in a pretty good mood, and was nice and friendly to me today, which I sometimes attribute to the phero I'm wearing, but I can't say I had any striking hits. Not long after applying I felt dizzy, which has happened to me before with Lace, but I also do suffer from vertigo so I can't necessarily blame the PM (although I do suspect that's what it was). So overall, I think I need more testing to see if I need to go FB on this. If the phero is a winner, then this is definitely the first scent that I've really liked it in.

Shhhh Luna - I'm supposed to be skipping NR's this month - you're supposed to tell me that they're awful and I'll hate them... Who am I kidding, no way I'll have the willpower to skip NR's!

And I made it up another rank! Hooray! I am sad to see "Unicorn Jockey" go though - it matched up so well with my avi!

Thanks for the advice ladies! Once the sugareds are available, I might need Pure Sugar... I actually wore my spray yesterday, and loved it. Adding the extra alcohol so that the scent was not as strong made all the difference for me. I was so crazy about it that I went ahead and bought a fb (after saying multiple times that it was nice but I didn't like it enough to purchase - lol!). It amazes me how quickly I can go from "so-so" to love with these scents!

I don't even know what to expect from this one! I unexpectedly loved Act of Violets, so I'm hoping I'll like this one too. This makes me so happy I bought the sampler, because this is one that I probably never would have even tried if it weren't for that. I can't wait for it to arrive:)

Can I reserve a bottle of Sanctuary please? And is it okay if I pay for it in a few weeks when I'm putting together my next order? I've been holding off on reserving a bottle but I've also been watching this thread like a hawk because I don't want to miss out. But since I'm headed to a busy work conference this weekend I'm afraid those last two bottles might sneak away without me noticing! If I need to pay for it ASAP I can, but it just seems so much more efficient to order/pay for everything together since I KNOW I'm going to be ordering again soon after my current package arrives.

I'd love to hear how this goes. It seems that most people are having no trouble with the copped version. I'm so tempted to get this now...why can't I just hurry up and win the lottery already? I'd just send Mara an email that says "Give me one of everything." Lol!

Thanks ladies! I'm not planning on buying any more, either as a supplement or a phero (unless I somehow get crazy good effects from my new little spray, but again, it was just a tiny, tiny amount!). I was just curious, and a google search wasn't turning up the info I wanted. Good to know that it's in Gotcha though! I think, among the wider population of guys, this one may actually get me the most hits. I'm usually looking for a reaction from one specific guy, but he's going to be gone pretty soon (moving at the end of the month, I don't even want to get started on how unhappy I am about it) so I probably need to start thinking about what has a wider effect. Gotcha will definitely be getting alot of use!

I got a tiny drop of this as a freebie from a trade a while back (sorry, I don't remember who sent it to me exactly - but thank you anyway!). I'm not finding alot of information on it being used as a pheromone. It seems like mostly guys take it orally as some sort of supplement? A search of this forum does turn up one useful little snippet about it, but I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it and if so, what do you think? I'm not looking to buy any more, I'm just curious since it falls outside my realm of phero-experience (which is almost ALL from LP!). I re-purposed the spray bottle it was in to make a spray out of a sniffie, so now I'm wondering what phero-effects I might expect from it. Not expecting much though, as it really was only a drop. Thanks!

I tried my sniffy of this last night, and posted a quick (I mean a few sentences quick) review in my journal. At first I dismissed it as way too floral - it is definitely strong lily on me - but something about it sort of intrigued me, too. So this morning I started playing around with my perfume supplies and used the sample to make a tiny spray. I added extra alcohol to make the scent milder, and I'm loving the result! It is still strong lily, but there's a warmth underneath it (I guess the white chocolate or the marshmallow?) that keeps it from being straight-up floral on me. I have to say, all-in-all, that I will definitely wear this one until it's gone. So this is a surprise win for me!

I think my "next strategic step" will be to order the sampler as soon as it's available and nothing else...it will mean more orders, but I'll get the samples more quickly! Of course, every month I tell myself I have enough perfume, and I'm not going to try out all the NR's...so that's the plan. But usually every month I fail...
