So the whole point of this PE was to try get the whole Sexology Feel (dirty musks/sweet honey) updated for a summer vibe with a whisper of Peach. And it's not exactly that - maybe because it doesn't have the ambergris? - but it is wonderful. I wanted it to just SHOUT honey and SHOUT musk and whisper peach. Which it does. I only smelled the peach in the first 10 minutes. And wet - this is loud. But don't panic. In the dry down it's all dark syrupy sweet honey and dirty, dirty musk. (Remember there are four musks in here - including Civit and Tonquin - so it's a lot of musk.) After dry down - it hugs the skin, makes you bury your face against your arm, and just breath it all in. It keeps changing - one minute I smell all honey, another all musk, the next a combination of both. It's unmistakably a bedroom scent. It's a Friday night, wash of the work week with a late night shower, slip into something sexy and some Lascivious Peach - and remind him why he thought you were drop dead hot to begin with. Luna - this is all F'ckable Gourmand - from start to finish. Both of the kids have given it a thumbs up - and Mr. Shelly - when asked to huff the arm and proffer an opinion - huffed once, smushed his face closer, huffed again - gave a very bedroom look and said it smelled just awesome. It's NOT Sexology for summer. It's a dirty, dirty honey scent that after dry down - just whispers peach. So don't let the name fool you. If you LOVE loud Peach like in HtH - skip this one because there won't be enough for you. If you don't *love* Honey and dark Musks, this one is not for you. Looking for a sweet, sexy, very grown up animalic? This one's for you.

Seriously - for those of you who are having angst because you need a good all rounder and there is no SS4W or PP left - you may want to give a single bottle order of the Stone a try - at least to tide you over until Phero X and Actor's Magic are stocked. It is different than the first Cougar - the overall feel is less overt "do me" and way more "sparkly hot" - and at least in my world - I'm shocked to find it affects women every bit as much as men. When I have it on - other women repeatedly touch my arm, get closer than normal, act all giggly. It's almost a PP affect. And I echo sadtomato's unwarranted discounts from the Stone - I've gotten several of those myself. I'm delighted that my Sugared Honeycomb loaded with Cougar came today. :-) I've got Cougar loaded HtH as well - what a great combo. There's just a couple of dabs left in my UnCougar bottle.

OK - sadtomato - This whole stinkin' thread had me 1. Yes - anyone who thinks about ordering EoW Neat - should read - closely - all the historical threads - prior to doing so. 2. If you worry after all the endless and funny commentary - that you should NOT order it neat - try Joanna's suggestion - and order it as boost to Sugared Honeycomb - which IMHO - makes a very wearable and believable cover for the beloved CHEESE. 3. If wearing boosted SH is too much - take my word on it - straight cheese would have killed you. 4. If boosted SH is not too much - run with it. But like everyone said - men respond (even if you do stink) and women - they may look at you askance. Personally - my more memorable encounters in the past year - have almost always included cops - the questions are how much and under what cover? And stanky cheese or not - you couldn't pay me to be without them now. "Get thee to the ObGYN." Seriously - If I smelled that odor - coming from me - without an LP rollon bottle involved - I would get myself to an ObGYN. After seeing the priest for the last rites. Sighs. Too too funny. But in the end - if the men in our life find it - well sometimes a little stank has a pay-off.

Rosebud - On the one hand I am bummed it didn't work for you BUT... On the other hand - you may have had a breakthrough. No musk? Still playdoh? Must be the honey! Yeah - you have an answer to your frustrations! Honey= Rosebud skips it. Did that help? Even a little? I'd be so bummed I'd think not but I am trying.

ETA on Peach A** - tomorrow am. The Post Office closed their office before the DH made the pickup. GRRRRR. So - he's heading back in the AM to pick up the stash. Heck some of you may have gotten sniffies already by the time I get my package. Oh well - outside of breaking into the post office - nothing to do about it tonight. And since I'm not big on going to the Federal Pen - I think I'll pass. :-)

Girlfriend - u know when I have managed to get my hands on "sweet a**** peach" I will be delighted to tell u all about it. :-) Should be here tomorrow or Friday. Who knows, u may get your own little sniff(ie) of a**?! Does a sniffie count as a piece of a**? Hopefully it wasn't a fuzzy peach as there are few things less attractive than a hairy a**. Apologies to those of you who prefer hirsute cheeks but I am squarely in the EEEEEEuuuuuuuWWWWWWW catergory myself. Yes - I am quite finished now.

The no-scent rule is on the other half of the floor - I just try to avoid going there. And then I wear what I like. :-) I can't imagine a single day without them either. :-)!!!

It's less drops as it is inches of roll-on - and where - on the EoW. If I want a quick hit - for me - I do a 3 inch stripe on my wrists and back of the neck. If I am going somewhere where I want to be truly NOTICED - in that way - sorry - I use a LOT. Say 3 stripes from wrist to mid forearm - that are schmeared together. And a stripe down my abdomen. I do NOT do that for work. Ever. Going out - different story. :-) All bets are off! And yes - I could see Dom/BI - with duct tape. And spackle. :-) I said I could see it - not that I had done it <g> Krazy Kat - Shelly B~ I like your idea alot! Boosted PP and Boosted new Cougar!!! You rejuiced my enthusiasm!!!! Im thinking matching scents too. I really like the LP scent BI came in... CAN YOU IMAGINE ALL 3 TOGETHER IN MATCHING SCENTS!!!!! OMG.. I'll take MANHATTAN by storm. Have a blast - they are down to the last doses of PP - so if you want any - get your order in. :-) Cougar and BI will be here for the foreseeable future. I actually like tucking Cougar into a more "hot scent"- had it boosted in both Hotter than Hell and coming soon - Sugared Honeycomb. It's a way to get a sparkly vibe with a HOT scent. So FUN! And people totally react to it. Wearing the boosted HoH tonight - wishing I had like 5 bottles of that in reserve but my AMEX would SO argue with me about that. Which is why PP is a first priorty - and why 1 boosted and 2 uns of PP are on their way - God willing- soon. Finite resources are finite. Duh. Off to get mani/pedi done for work this week. You know - I thought I didn't quite like the Stone Cougar as well as older Cougar - but once I wised up and started adding a boost of EoW neat - I ran through a bottle in RECORD time. I've got just a tiny schmear left until I get my stamps.com notice. It's kind of stressing me out - I hope in comes in the next two weeks as I have to go to meeting where not having some would be sooooo bad. And my PP boosted comes in that order. EEEEEEKKKKK. Crossing fingers. And when I use the Stone without the EoW - I get a more general PP potion type affect - if it makes sense it's even more Sparkly and less "Do me now". The reformulation is just less sexual and more an all rounder in my opinion without an EoW boost. This may well be one - because you want a larger throw- spread that sparkly vibe - that you get it in silicon versus the oil. I have to road test it in an oil base before I know for sure. :-) Soon. Rubs hands together. Soon.

I can't see why not?! I'd wouldn't use IW - but seriously -I want them to want me whether or not their brain is fully engaged. But hey - that's me. With Cougar - I get this all men, all the time, hotness vibe. And men older than 40 - some of the more interesting responses. (purrs - loudly) You could wait for Phero X - but I'd order a PP boosted scent, a Cougar boosted scent and use the dickens out of both until Phero X arrives. And that's what I did in real life and on my real charge card as well. Because who knows when Phero X will get here but I need some good ol' fashioned hotness - and now would be better. I lack patience. As you can see. :-)

OK - I think Sorcerer is insanely delicious... such a strong Phero mixed with a deep, dark resin blend - scrumptious and nearly irresitable. Woodland Man - have a sample - it smells wonderful but the DH - not much of a woods person. Teddyman - yummy. But if I were a man and wanted to - get horizontal and superimposed - I'd pick Sorcerer. That's me! ;-)

Oh CRAP Rosebud. I'm always the guy's guy - with a big rack. Now you make me wonder if I need to add this to the arsenal. When I no longer should be playing with the AMEX. Because Mr. Shelly had a fit. Ok. Breathes in. Breathes out. I can wait one more month to order this. It won't kill me. OOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Don't ruin my happy place. Mademoiselle - Personally - I don't mess sparkly with don't F with me. :-) And I love both Cougar and Dom. BUT for me - not a congruent combo. (BI plus Cougar - Congruent. I want you and I want you to want me. Congruent. ) If I'm sparkly (Cougar) - I might not mind being F'ed with. Purely F'd with but still. If I have to have a "Come to J*s*s" at work?" All DOM. Never fails. Cougar is GIRL "I'm hot, delicious - and baby - I know you want me." Cougar is all male - "OMG - I can't believe how much I want you and where have you been all my life?!" Dom is GIRL - "I'm hot, I'm hornery and if you mess with me one more second - I'm going to rack your bad boys." Dom is male - "I want you but I'm terrified to admit that. And I might beg. Would you like me to beg?!" There are pheros that are more congruent to me - than this combo. This combo would give me whiplash. IMHO. What you do with them is all up to you. Who knows - you may have some way to make them work together.

Alright ladies - join me in an inhale/exhale! K - now that we're done with that... Civit and Tonquin - straight - would just about kill you. BUT - at very diluted amounts - added to a fragrance - serve a number of key functions. They extend the sillage (throw) and for whatever reason - make them smell fabulous. Don't get me started. I wouldn't think I'd want to smell A** either. I've changed diapers on two different children through potty training - and if you asked I'd have said NO. But for whatever crazy, not truly evolved, lower brain-stem caused response - I defy you to smell them, used well in scent - to tell me they aren't fab. Unless of course - you are an Issey Miyake fan. In which case you like non-scent scents and you shouldn't be whiffing animalics. No judgements - there's something out there for everybody. And me? Animalics all the way baby. I only like Nymph when I'm at work and I want some totally inoffensive scent that no one is going to tell the floor scent police I'm wearing something other than soap. I'd like to be kidding. But I am not. Sorry - there are signs on my floor that indicate anyone past this point - no deoderant and no scented laundry detergents. So when I say police - I'm not kidding. But when I hit the car to go home? Apply the animalics. Inhale. Exhale. And breathe in my own fabulous self. All the way home. It's evolution. (This is not a religious argument - if you disagree - oh please, please - spare me. :-) I promise you won't redeem my soul or change my mind. So save us both the aggravation, inhale, and give me just a little grace. I promise - I try to do the same for you.) My lower brain stem wants to get busy. And it likes Animalics (and Pheros). And I'm inclined to let my lower brain stem have it's way. The fact that I can select animalics (natural or synthetic?! Meh. I'd like humane - really I would - but I want to smell good) and pheros here at LP - AWESOME. And combined? Even better. The late, lamented Sexology was AWESOME. I'd wear it by the gallon if I could - although it did have B-Nol and that is not my natural preference. In a perfect world - it would be an A-Nol Shelly party. But I believe I have mentioned - honestly repeatedly - that I'm not omnipotent, I get that, so a B-Nol version versus an A-Nol version - is almost totally irrelevant in the face of "I like how it smells." And Sexology - it smelled AWESOME. And DIRTY. And lush. So, so sad it was a finite scent. But that's the breaks of falling in love with a niche perfumier's product right? Love it and buy as much as you can - or buy some, love it, and hate yourself forever for missing out when the last drops of bottle go the way of all last two drops.

Oh crap. You may get more than that. The DH just got the Amex bill. Well - this will be a long night. Ponders why his stuff is not in a box to the left, to the left. Again.

Well - I am hoping the honey sweetens up the musks and that the peach just gives a ripe, sexy fruity touch. Thinking the basis of Sexology but more summery. At least for me - as much as I like cinnamon - I like it more for the colder months. I am anxious to get my hands on this and see how it has come out. :-) I really love musks and honey together. And when August comes - will be snatching up Honey'Ho and Oohh by the bucket as well

TG - I laughed so hard I almost don't know where to start. OK - I love Sexology even MORE than my next FAVE - Sugared Honeycomb. Sexology makes me want to PURR. I applied a BUCKET load on my way home tonight. And NSD - it's one of my customs but still - I could go dirtier. :-) Which was the hope with the new custom. Even dirtier than NSD. Grrrrr. So - I switched to oil with the last order and here in the Gulf Coast heat, I'm finding the oil bases diffuse slower and last a lot longer. My thoughts? Immediate release needs? Silicon or alcohol spray. Longer (albeit slower) diffusion? Oil all the way. :-)
