Got my Stamps!! Sooo excited to get my hot little hands on my Song of the Desert!!! I swear, this anticipation is what life is ALL ABOUT!!!!

On my days off I usually put on a scent I haven't tried in a long time to enjoy with my morning coffee...not necessarily to wear for the day. This was a crazy choice for the middle of July I thought!! But not really because it reminds me of something I might want to nibble on with my coffee!! At first it is all spicy on me (which I don't really like) BUT then that totally mellows out and it just turns into a creamy yummy sweet whipped cream with just barely some leftover pumpkin pie stuck to it. It is delicious and comforting and I can actually imagine wearing it anytime of year. I think I'll put it with my bedtime scents... ETA: It really gets better the longer you wear it... the spice is completely gone now and it is the most edible sweet cream.

You are right!! I must remember this and not fret! I often think...if my life is so problem free at the moment that the only thing I can think to worry about is perfume shortage things must be going pretty swell!

I just put in an exciting order! I got my Song of the Desert boosted with Heart and Soul, my first phero boost other than cops...also had a perfume panic attack and threw in another Girly Twirly but in spray this time..if the cart is correct there is only one left now!!

I know!! The stress of it all!!! If you feel like you don't have enough stashed you will be afraid to wear it! You just inspired me to put in my order with a backup bottle of Girly Twirly because I feel like I never want to wear it for fear of running out...

Yeah, I normally feel great with Alpha-Nol and have never had a headache from it but now that you mention it, that day I got jittery on Lace and LAM was at a dance class and I usually have a Red Bull on the way...

That settles it! I am getting a damn BAM! Lover may be a B-nol sort of chap and I don't even know it!!!

Thank you Calii for your concern over my scent!! And thank you Potion Master for your expert opinion. I will admit that "natural musky scent" gave me pause but "tiniest amount" doesn't sound too bad. I was thinking...I could get it boosted and also order one of the lotions or body creams scented with Song of the Desert and layer it with my boosted scent. The extra layer of scent would probably cover any change in the perfume. I think that sounds like a good idea...

Me again. I was just thinking...what about BAM and Lace. Is this something people do that I am unaware of? I am always trying to get EST in everything because I am a huge believer in the effects of this on Lover. I tried Lace with LAM because I read that some of you do this but I felt like it made me kind of jittery and nervous (too much Alpha-nol?) so I am wondering why I didn't try BAM and Lace. (Well one reason is I don't have any BAM but I will add it to my order if this is a good idea.)

Hmmm...I am a goose! I have often thought I would like such a blend but did not think to mix the two even though I also remember seeing something about this somewhere...so I suppose you would just put equal amounts of each on and smoosh?

I don't even know if I can wait, it is taking all my inner strength not to order Ambrosial and Candy Apple unsniffed! I am going to hold out as long as possible but if I may request that you make these reviews your priority...I SHALL!!!!

I am considering getting Song of the Desert boosted with Heart and Soul. Does anyone have an experience with what this phero does to a scent or an opinion on how this would affect the scent? I just don't have enough experience with boosting my own scents and even though I really prefer to have the pheros premixed in perfume if it will alter it I would rather just get it plain and buy a bottle of UN H&S. Thank you for your help!!

Grrr...I am so impatient for the reviews to come in!!! Ambrosial Summer and Candy Apple Cutie just seem destined for my collection. The Ambrosial Summer label might be my favorite so far. Those beautiful colors and a shell lounger!!! But I am also intrigued by the descriptions of Limelight and Voodoo Fondue. Let's get on with this!! I am already planning my next order!!

I am loving this. So grateful that I got a sniffie because I doubt I would have ordered it on my own. I had some coffee lotion before and ewwww! Hated it. Got to get out of the habit of comparing Maras mixes with other stuff. (Oh I see this is not a Mara mix but a Dana one.) Anyway! I smell the sweet coffee but definitely not too much and it is such a feminine coffee smell made softer by the vanilla...creamy and yummy. And...the berries!!! Berries always make everything better! It is like you were on your way home late at night and you stopped at a cafe and had dark sweet coffee and some kind of creamy berry desert. There is so much else going on in this scent I just don't know what it all is but I absolutely love it.

CRAPOLLA! I hope this one lasts a little while. It is my plan to have this boosted with Heart and Soul in my next order. I was looking for a replacement for Kiss of Magic since that one is GGG and I think Song of the Desert evokes the same upbeat, positive vibe.

Oh this one is divine! I like it much better than I thought I would! Sillykitty, do not be afraid of the coconut in this...it doesn't smell anything like THAT kind of coconut. I also am afraid of coconut because it usually takes over the whole scent for me but it blends beautifully in this and (at least on me) does not overpower everything else. The next ingredient I was afraid of was the chocolate. The only chocolate scent that I have loved was Special Delivery because it has the cherry and current in there to brighten it up. Normally chocolate just smells too heavy or something on me, but again...not in this one!! Just smells like a gentle dusting of light chocolate. And...this just keeps getting better and better on me. I think it is so warm and comforting. I can see wearing this for many occasions, a date because I think boys would adore it (I hate boys today but when I start liking them again I will try this on one), definitely to bed for comfy time and OH! in the winter I want this all over my sweater!! I did not have a very nice day (stupid boys!) but this is relaxing me and bringing my agitation down so much.I highly recommend this for calming purposes.

I was going to wait two weeks when I could actually afford this but Girly Twirly is down to 6 bottles and it just wasn't a risk I was willing to take so I ordered... RAINBOW FALLS (YAY!! HAPPY HAPPY DAYS AHEAD!!!!!!!) GIRLY TWIRLY (Whew! That was close!!) THAT KIND OF GIRL (been wanting this for toooo long!!) Song of the Desert will have to wait until next month damnit!!!

I think it's got to be musk then!!! (I think you used a better word "sharp" rather than "piercing"!) I do not like Sexology at all, it must be the musk combo that gives it that "dirty honey scent" that I don't really like. I know I like regular amber because it is in A LOT of my favorite scents. Halo..I have not tried Angelique because I thought it was a sold out PE but I searched and see that I can get a sample so I will try that. I am very curious to see what I think of that one. I did find out that The Masked Man contains White Amber and I LOVE that one TO DEATH, so maybe it is a fruit combo like you mentioned? I never considered that. Also Saint and Sinner has White Musk and White Amber and I don't remember that one piercing. Gave the sample to my mother so I can't retry it. LV...No, I won't rule anything out, I'll just keep trying samples because I would hate to miss out on anything because I judged the ingredients...I've almost done that too! My mother LOVES all the ones I mentioned so unfortunately every time we are lunching together I am sitting across from her getting PIERCED by her perfume...but I am so happy she is trying new perfumes that of course I tell her she smells lovely because I know to other people she does. Thank you for the help everyone!!!

How I wish I could think of a better way to describe it but "piercing" is what comes to mind when i have tried these scents. And it is at the end, like I love the candy grapefruit sweetness of scented Cougar and then "POW!" piercing!
