I think you have to try it again to determine if it was the phero or other factors of the evening. The first time I tried the regular Cougar Potion I got nauseous and irritated. I completely blamed the Cougar Phero and swore to never wear it again. Then came a sample of Sparkle Fuschia, It made me feel amazing and I wear it all the time now. SO I realized it couldn't possibly be the phero! When I was new to LP's I did this a lot. I put too much pressure on the phero and blamed them for too many unrelated circumstances! I gave my sample of Allumette away to my mother after wearing it only once and being very irritated on it. Later I realize I had not eaten all day!!! I was just hungry for crying out loud! After reading so much about how everyone loves Perfect Match I wish I would have given it a few more tries before blowing it off. It may very well be that Cougar is not for you but I would make sure to try it a few more times it would be a shame to waste it! Good luck!

This is definitely a dewey garden scent, as Luna said and with a "bite" to it! That must be the musk? Who knows, there are so many ingredients in this! This instantly puts me in a good mood. Without a doubt one of my new favorites for mood elevation. If you are prone to depression or just going through some general "blahness" I prescribe a swipe of this!! The intent is absolutely magickal. Every time I have used it I think of new amazing projects to start working on and inspiration flies out of nowhere on how to accomplish them. Something in this gets my brain moving and causes me to feel very optimistic about things I want to accomplish. It's like it is sweeping the dust off of ideas that have been rolling around in my head and going nowhere. I didn't even know some of them were there! This contains serious magick.

I smelled a fragrance oil called Sea Moss that I really loved one time! Maybe it is more like that! (I hope) I don't care if I like it or not I will have to buy Mermaids if it comes back. My whole shop is decorated in Mermaids! And I love the little pearl thing!

On a side note to this dipper stick application method, make sure you screw the nozzle back on properly. I am sure anyone with any sense would but I have none and my brand new bottle (this was a long time ago, one of my first orders I think) of Heart & Soul Beta emptied out completely in my purse. And as a testament to how calming H&S is to me I did not get irritated in the least. I had been inhaling the fumes all day from my purse and did not realize it.

Me too...this is strictly an "around the the house when I'm alone" scent and in the cold months I wore it to bed a lot...but only when sleeping alone! It would completely freak Lover out for sure. Also I loved it mixed with Snowbound last year, it mellowed it out quite a bit! Try that.

I have almost every phero I like in every form. I definitely prefer oil. I think I am very self absorbed because I am really focused mainly on what the pheros do to me and I really think the oils affect me so much more. Plus the perfumes are stronger and longer lasting. Once I started studying more about the pheros I began to think that the sprays would be more effective but I haven't really noticed that. I did get my very first HUGE Cuddle Bunny reaction from CB 2009 in oil, after all. That said, I do like some socials in spray so I can quickly refresh before going out after work, like Rainbow Falls, Sparkle F and Girly Twirly... So...I guess I will just continue to get both! I think they say sprays are better for winter though which makes sense I suppose since you're all covered up and you can spray your clothes... YET ANOTHER REASON TO HATE WINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah this one really sticks with them!! When I wore it with Lover once he texted me the next day and said even though he had showered he could smell "me" on him all night...and was looking for more...

I agree with all of the above...cherry/berry iceeeee!!! SO glad I can wear this because it is reminiscent of the "Cherry Nipples" one (can't recall the real name now) BUT without the PIERCING that my nose didn't like which had something to do with the white musk blend... I took Lady V's suggestion, although I didn't have any Ail's Vanilla I am wearing it with Occo White AND IT IS DIVINE!!!!! Highly recommend this combo...

Mmmm...love this one. Invigorating peppermint, refreshing cucumber!! Perfect for a hot summer day. I keep getting sweet wafts of the summer fruits but no florals, I don't think anyway...sometimes it's hard to tell. Between the bright airiness of this scent and the alpha nol I have been annoyingly cheerful all day! There could not possibly be a happier scent. (Ok, maybe Rainbow Falls).

Someone somewhere on the forum described Sexology (scented) as "a massage for the brain". That is exactly how I feel about Closer. It relaxes me, makes me feel cozy and safe and mellows out my brain. I've been wearing it almost every night for bed, it is embedded in my sleep shirt, it is the first scent I have considered getting two bottles of right off the bat. I mentioned before that on paper I should hate this scent but somehow everything works for me here. The honey and musk miraculously smell heavenly on me, the vanilla mellows it out and the whole thing is just devastatingly sexy. Pear is one of my favorite smells but I don't smell any in here. But who knows? Maybe it does something to the other ingredients that makes me like them when I usually don't. I also could swear I smell cinnamon or clove although that is not in the ingredients. It was also mentioned to me that I smelled like a candle, I think candles are romantic and sexy so I definitely always take that as a compliment! I haven't tried it yet but I believe it was Wildautumn who suggests blending Closer and LP Red and I think this would be an amazing combo. Looking forward to trying this. This is my favorite Sexy/Night scent ever!! ( although there is no doubt I will wear this during the day when it gets a little cooler).

Me too. My sheets wear banana so well as I discovered with the spilled sample of The World episode. I was so sorry to have to eventually wash it out, got so used to sleeping in it.

Shimminy. I am still going through the Musical Perfumicals. Got a little behind there. Just may have to skip this one.

This one was a HUGE surprise as my favorite of the Musical Perfumicals. When I pored over the descriptions I didn't even pay too much attention to this one as it didn't seem like "me" at all. My oh my was I wrong!!! I think this one is VERY SEXY!!!!! At first it's all deep dark vanilla and bourbon on me but then I can totally smell the grass and something else sweet...maybe that is the clove. Green musk must be a musk I can handle because there is nothing in this scent that is "piercing" at all like in some scents with musk. The longer I wear it the sweeter it gets. I am starting to smell faint wafts of the tobacco too WHICH I LOVE!!!! This one is awesome.

LAM Sandalwood and Resins!!!!!!! Definitely try that one!! I just took a big snork of mine. I forgot how much I love it!
