  1. @Eastwood22 is giving you good advice, too. If you haven't used LFM before on its own, try it like that. Play around with the dosage until you find something that works. Adding OCCOs is a great idea. I love adding OCCOs and other cops blends to my phero blends. It's fun switching up the feel of a particular blend that way. Thank you ma'am! Lol! I'm just fortunate that I have good access to various testing grounds! Lol! I tend to fall in the "keep it simple" camp, too. It's much easier to keep track of what's happening with a particular blend during repeated wearing over a period of time, so that when I need to, I can figure out which blend is most suitable for certain occasions. (That's how I clued in to all that Levitation-inspired hugging from strangers ).
  2. SPOTTED JASPER! Thank you! And the CUTEST LITTLE BAG FOR IT! Thank you, thank you!
  3. @Vicki Lee Yep. It worked for me. I'm not sure if it's because it made me feel a little more outgoing, or if it made me seem more approachable in the eyes of others. But yes, it worked. So did LFM + a couple squirts of straight DHEAS.
  4. Yay! I'm looking forward to see how it works for you. I'd be sad to think someone felt they couldn't wear cops. They can be a lot of fun in the right situation!
  5. I've done it before. It STINKS! Try 'em without rubbing, maybe. See if that helps. I don't know what might cause them to smell like sweat. It might just be your perception of how they smell. I myself only sometimes notice a slight "tangy" smell, and usually only with OCCO: White or Beth's Blushing Milkmaid. With other scents, I don't notice the cops smell once they're dry.
  6. That's funny about your Uber driver! I know for a fact that me wearing Lace in the car with my mum = a lot of silly conversation and giggles! Every once in a while I have to tell her, "Uh... green means go Mum!" at traffic lights. She's also missed a stop sign or two! Well, she hasn't driven through one yet, but I've had to tell her on a couple of occasions that we were coming up to one, because she just didn't seem to notice! ?
  7. When you apply cops, do you rub the application site, or let them air-dry? I'm asking because it has been noted here before that rubbing cops can produce a burnt rubber smell. I've experienced this myself a few times, having rubbed the site I'd applied cops to. Air-drying is best - you can gently smooth the perfume around with your wrists, to thin the layer on your skin so it doesn't take so long for them to dry. Sometimes, if it's really humid outside and the cops are taking too long to dry, I'll either stand in front of the fan for a few moments to speed things along. Else, if it's been half an hour, and I can still see wet cops on myself, I have been known to gently dab at the spot with a tissue. The key is to treat cops gently. Rubbing = stinky burnt rubber smell!
  8. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You'll just have a little extra va-va-va-voom. ?
  9. Oooh! Now you're talking! I've never requested a PE before. Hmm... (insert a wiggly-eyebrowed smiley here! LOL!).
  10. @Luna65 I ordered a sample of Sareena with my sale order. Thank you for the recommendation! It smells so similar, I feel like I need to buy ALL THE BOTTLES. I am a happy little Eggers now!
  11. Welcome from another fellow Canadian!
  12. I still haven't tried this with cops or Bang, but I might get brave and do it. I've got two bottles here that are just asking for it. Hmm... I hate fennel-as-food, but I drink fennel tea every day like it's going out of style, eat tons of citrus every day, and cram pineapple in my smoothies. I guess I'm well on my way to having a maple-syrup-smellin' snatch?! LOL! I'd believe it. If asparagus can make a man's pee smell like he just ate a thousand pounds of the stuff, I'd believe this. So weird that you mention fenugreek. I've been reading a ton of seed catalogues lately, and keep coming across fenugreek, and just before I read this post I had looked it up, to see what the big deal is! The only thing that's put me off the idea of fenugreek capsules so far is that I keep reading that it can increase your appetite. But given that I'm having more trouble lately keeping weight on than getting it off that a gentle appetite stimulant might be a good thing for me to take. I'm chomping at the bit for the cooler weather to start up, so I can drag out all of my pumpkin and other autumn scents. This one in particular is one of my favorites, and I would not at all be opposed to a rebrew. It's just so yummy!
  13. @Eastwood22, LFM does the same thing for me. I think you and I both get that "Swan-y" effect from it, where people seem overly interested in looking at you, and talking ABOUT you, but not necessarily TO or WITH you. (It was you, I think, who said this in a review once?). I like that phero, but it does take some getting used to, because for whatever reason, it makes people ALL FREAKIN' EYES. And I think that the swan is the perfect descriptor for the effects I get from LFM, because swans are beautiful to look at, but they're WAY too scary to approach or engage! And that's exactly what happens when I wear LFM. Actually... that's one phero someone suggested I try adding Topper to, to see if it might lessen the no-talking-to-Eggers rule that LFM seems to enforce. Maybe I'll try that tonight at work & see how it goes.
  14. They all wear really differently on me, and I do use them for different situations. I like Levitation, but the addition of DHEAS to Open Windows makes people around me really huggy, (which is sometimes not appropriate), so I tend to wear Levitation in places where I'm already very familiar and comfortable with the people who are there, ie, NOT at work. It makes it weird when my customers want to hug me at the end of a meal! I use OW for work. OW = fun, elevated mood, a little extra charm on my part, and NO HUGS FROM STRANGERS. Lumina tends to really, really increase my aura of femininity. Levitation doesn't do this. It gives me a great mood boost, too, but people's reactions to me are a lot different when I wear Lumina vs Levitation. I catch people looking at me a lot when I wear Lumina. When I wear Levitation it's almost as if people can't wait to hear what weird thing I'm going to say next that'll make them laugh, and like I noted above, it makes people want to hug me. A lot. Lumina seems to have a "look only", hands-off kind of policy built right into the formula. I appreciate that! Although, I should add that it does make BF more hands-on and affectionate. Just not strangers. Phew! I sometimes wear Topper on its own, but not DHEAS. I generally add DHEAS to things that are already A-nol heavy, because I don't want to OD on A-nol, especially if I've been drinking. I've done this once or twice (ahem) before, and it's REALLY not fun. Worst hangovers, ever. So DHEAS with things like Pop Potion, or LAM maybe, and sometimes I'll add a spritz or two to my hair when I'm wearing Bang!, or Super Sexy... maybe Lace. DHEAS makes me feel giddy, and pretty. And other people seem to find me more eye-catching, too, which is kinda nice when I'm out with BF, (who also falls victim to finding me inexplicably more attractive than I was a few hours ago! ). Topper I sometimes wear with Bang!, or SS4W if we're going to a punk show, and I know I'll be too interested in the bands playing to drink much. I really only try to combine Topper with socials that aren't really A-nol heavy. Never with bonding pheros like Heart & Soul or BAM, or Balm Bomb - nothing that's intended to induce bonding or snuggling. Those kinds of combos feel really weird - Topper doesn't enhance the other phero, it just sort of creates a confused message (in my brain - I don't know about other people's brains). For me Topper is a good-time phero, and I basically use it to help elevate my own mood, and that of those around me, while still maintaining the effects of the "base" phero that I'm adding it to. I don't get the same "pretties" self-effects from Topper that I do from DHEAS, which means, because I enjoy those "pretty" self-effects so much, that I tend to reach for DHEAS more often. I think I got my bottles of Topper & DHEAS around the same time. I still have about half a bottle of Topper, but I'm waving a nearly-empty bottle of DHEAS around me constantly, hoping that there's still enough phero in the dregs of the alcohol/oil that I'll get some selfies! That's how much I use DHEAS. It's the next bottle I have to replace, 'cause I don't know what I'd do without it!
  15. I really wish that I could pull off Leather more often than I seem to be able to. BF always gets all "grabby-hands" whenever I wear it, (I mean, when I'm wearing it during non-dangerous times, and am not trying to separate his head from his body! ). He responds really, really well when I wear more "dominant" blends like Leather, Sexpionage and LFN, and it bums me out that I can't just wear them willy-nilly, like I do with pretty much any other blend. I often wonder if that's because I'm already unknowingly putting out a dominant signature myself, and adding more just takes it over the top, or if I'm just so non-dominant that I'm not used to the feeling and wind up feeling murderous. Dunno.
  16. Thanks for the tip Luna.
  17. I know that most people think that this smells really youthful and girly. I swear though, for me it evokes peaches and peach fuzz and skin and peach-fuzz-skin, and it flips the "sexy" switch in my brain. That under-ripe green peach tinge comes off almost like a musk, and I just LOVE it. This is still one of my favourite LPs for summer wear. I'm just about to finish my first full bottle. Thank goodness I have a back-up! (Although I wouldn't be opposed to a rebrew... maybe Eggers in the Clovers? This is still such a fabulous scent and I'm SO GLAD that I have it to enjoy! Thank you!
  18. OMG!!! I wasn't expecting ANYTHING for July because of the sale! What a freakin' AWESOME surprise! Thank you Mara!
