  1. I have a bottle of Kitten Nip here. It's funny you should mention it. I forgot that I had it, and thought it might make a pretty great scent/phero combo to help me gently keep the tourists "in line". I honestly don't know why I don't wear MLH at work more often. I remember having worn it to work a few times a few years ago, and regardless of whether I was dealing with children or adults, it certainly does what it says on the tin!
  2. Ok. So I wore this to work last night, after @Eastwood22suggested I wear some Teddy BB 'cause I was feeling emotionally wrecked but still had to deal with people. I wore it with a little Ail's Voluptuous Vanilla boosted with cops (which I wear pretty regularly these days). First off, I hadn't worn Howl in a while, so the first thing that struck me was how fabulous it smells! It's a really cozy feeling perfume. Totally fit the "warm blanket" feel that I was going for. At work, the phero felt way nicer than I'd anticipated. It seemed to make all my customers want to chat. A lot. And I do mean A LOT. The chef kept hitting the bell behind me (to pick up hot food), but I couldn't find a suitable "out" to get myself out of the conversations people were so intent of having with me. 😅 They just kept gabbing and gabbing. The other thing was the DIHLs I got! All night, and almost Cuddle Bunny level DIHLs! Cops- related, obviously. But so unexpected, especially as my eyes were dark and red-rimmed from crying earlier in the day. I was in need of some silly boy humor to help keep my mood buoyed, and the phero definitely helped in that department too. I worked with all dudes last night and they were all in fine form, humor-wise. The regulars at the bar, who are normally pretty flirty/jokey with me were dishing out the best "boy humor". They kept a smile on my face. All in all, Howl was a great choice for this situation, on all levels. Thanks @Eastwood22! 😉
  3. I'll second Open Windows. I'm an introvert working in a job that requires a lot of people contact. Open Windows is perfect for that purpose.
  4. I've had the same experience as Eastwood - the tracking doesn't move at all and then suddenly the package is at my house. It's frustrating, I know. I live near Toronto and my packages tend to take about three weeks to get from LP to my house. The wait feels very long, and I always have a moment of panic that it's gotten lost... and then suddenly the tracking starts moving like lightning, and a day or 2 later it's at my house.
  5. I've been wearing this to work on and off for the past few weeks, and it really seems to be a great, confidence-inducing blend for that application. Being a rather nervous, jittery person - I'm easily spooked - it's pretty nice having something like this in my arsenal. I've never worn Audacious to work before, (that I can remember), so it's a bit of a surprise to find that the hip-swingy quality that I feel while wearing it out and about, also translates well to my feeling more confident and "in-charge" or "in control" at work. And in fun-lovin' way, too, which is important in this particular restaurant/bar environment. I feel more relaxed and in-control, and my customers seem to pick up on this. So do my co-workers. I've noticed a little bit of an elevated mood in my co-workers especially. And in myself, I've noticed a subtle shift in how I approach work while I'm wearing this. I don't feel as pressured to move so quickly. I feel a lot more relaxed about what I have to accomplish in a certain time-frame, and seem to accomplish all of it, even though I feel like I'm strolling, instead of striding quickly through the place. For a "nervous" chickee like me, it's a pretty sweet change of pace! Diggin'! Plus, this is STILL the same bottle I got when I first joined LP back in 2012, and it smells ah-maz-ing! I know Audacious already has cops in it, but Far, Far Away smells pretty great with OCCO: Purple, so I've been pairing them up. Really, really diggin'!
  6. I don't actually know if it's a fact that every ingredient has a different weight, but just in case, I shake, shake, shake. It makes me feel better.
  7. Looks great - it's very pretty! I love that the catalogue is alphabetized, and that it shows my local prices. That's a time (and paper) saver for me! ETA, I also like that when you go to the pheromone section it shows the Unscented phero AND the scents that it's in. That's quite a nice feature.
  8. No. It's not you. I can't always smell them in the scented blends either. Some people have VERY sensitive sniffers and can suss them out in the heaviest scents and in minute amounts. Even if a person can't necessarily SMELL them, the molecules are still being registered by the brain. They're exerting an effect, whether it's making the wearer come off as unclean if worn in the wrong places, or as a sexy beast if used in the right ones. They're really fun when you get it right! Have a great time experimenting with your goodies! ?
  9. Try not applying it so close to your face. Apply from cleavage to navel. Cops and pheromones work better with body heat to diffuse them. Also, wearing cops so close to your face can give others the impression that you are unclean. And the stink of cops is really tough to get out of your hair.
  10. So no squished ghosties? Pretzels! LOL! I keep thinking a spray would be nice, too, just for that beautiful label... But then again, all these labels are pretty freakin' amazing - that's a lot of sprays to acquire! I really and truly love collections like this, when I start wishing that I could order the full bottle set, just so I can put all the gorgeous labels on display! If I could afford to do this every time a set of labels made me want to get the whole set, just so I could display them, I'd probably need a whole room dedicated to my precious LP display. LOL! (I'm not opposed to this idea; I simply cannot afford it. ).
  11. Thanks Luna! I have a difficult time gauging whether a scent is too light to cover.
  12. Anyone ever wear this with Cuddle Bunny or LFN? You think it would cover the cops?
  13. Gravenstein… earth and apples! I think I need this guy to come paint the Baby Boo label on a wall in my house. I just love that label! Baby Boo... Baby Boo... I dunno. Squished up little ghosties?
  14. OMG, the labels are gorgeous! WOW! (and a happy squeak for Ebil-ish! ).
  15. Eeps! Leather is awesome at the right time of the month, but it's one of those ones that can make me feel like beating the sh*t out of people for no good reason. I'll just be sad to see SS4W and Bang go because they're two of my go-to blends. SS4W in particular is a favorite of mine because it has a sort of "leveling effect" on me, between men & women in the friendship arena. Dudes treat me like the cute friend they'd like to ask out, but don't, and women respond to me in a really nice buddy-buddy way. I always liked it because it made connecting with women a little easier - they seem to find me less intimidating. I guess these two will just have to become my special occasion pheros. C'est la vie! But still, *sniff* They will be missed greatly! ETA, Mara, do you plan to keep Sneaky Clean & MRF available as scents, sans pheros? Or are the scents dying out, too? *crosses fingers so tightly, they turn blue*
  16. Oh no! That's an arrow through my heart! So no more SS4W? No more Bang? No more Sneaky or MRF awesomeness? ?
  17. I could see wearing it as a snuggly TV scent, too. A little Teddy BB or Balm Bomb... could make for a cozy little blanket of a scent!
  18. There's something that feels very warm about it, no? When I think about wearing it, I picture myself all bundled up in boots, jeans and a big, heavy sweater, maybe waiting out a snowstorm in a coffee shop, or having a pint & watching the snow fly with my friends. It feels really warm & autumn-y/wintery to me. I still need to get a bottle! It's one of mine, too. Someone gave me a sample a while back, which I'm keeping close at hand, because I gave my first one to my Dad, (who also loves it). I need to just bite the bullet and order a couple of bottles one of these days.
  19. Dalmatian Jasper is supposed to help one feel more playful, while still allowing one to accomplish, well, "adulting tasks". This is something I sorely need help with. I tend to get all caught up in things that HAVE to be done, and forget to make time for play. I'm so bad for this, BF will often grab whatever is in my hands (depends on which project I'm currently working on), and say, "Drop it. We're going out for a nice dinner", or "Put that thing down. We're going to the movies". I thought maybe a little Dalmatian Jasper might help me out a bit, even if it's just looking at it that reminds me to stop being such a drag! I love the pieces you sent! I love the spotted stones. I've been keeping them in my jean shorts pockets all weekend to remind me to put the broom/sponge/paint brush/whatever down for a bit. Thank you so much for sending them! And I would LOVE to see pics of other types of Jasper. They're so pretty! I like that idea, too! Mmm... Azurite! So beautiful!
  20. I've never seen this before! Great video! And Beccah, you are freakin' adorable!!!
  21. Aja doesn't have copulins in it. It's a copulin analog derived from a plant. It has the same effect as cops. As far as the difference between the 2 scents, Aja is far less sweet than Sugared Honeycomb, and the scent (which I find difficult to describe) tends to increase and amplify over time. It generally blooms hours and hours after application, and may well continue to bloom into the following day. Aja tends to wear easily with a wide variety of scents. It was an acquired taste for me though. However, it's really grown on me. I'd suggest getting a sample. Sugared Honeycomb is very sweet and yummy. It tends to turn powdery on my skin, but not in an unpleasant way. Personally, I love it, and think of it as an LP classic. It has a sexy feel to it. I'm not sure what exactly it is about honey scents that makes them so sexually evocative. But they definitely are. I think I remember reading that the scent of honey smells a little like female arousal?
