OMG. I just put this on. It's gorgeous. Unisex scent, yes, but I see how it's not at all a soft or delicate scent. It's quite forward and in your face. I do get the tea, and the water in this. I can't really sort out the other notes.. perhaps the salt, has a bit of that ocean water feel going. I see this as a total mellow, summer day blend because of that cold ocean feel to it. I find it uplifting but in a totally chill way.

Oh, awesome, thanks! I didn't know if it could be more social, or if it was a scent for the more sensual pheros like bang!, etc.

I was really looking forward to trying this, since I've been on a watery scent thing lately. Unfortunately it was not meant to be. The lotus in this really turns weird on me. I think I need to stay away from lotus scents, that note is super hit or miss on me and usually it's a miss.

Okay - stupid question you guys - would this scent pair decently well with a social phero? Like Cougar, Lumina or Popularity Potion?

Unfortunately I was hoping for more watery, less fruity.. I know others are getting the salt and some green-y notes, but it's only sweet and fruity on me.

Hmm. Not at all for me, but I think the lotus in Flowers in the Moat just don't agree with me.

Still loving Lumina. Seems like something that works for me in large social groups. Less so for smaller "group of good friends". I wore it this past Sunday to a huge group dinner with people I didn't know as well, and convo flowed smoothly.

Huh, this is not what I imagined this to smell at all from the notes. It's very sweet and juicy fruit on me. Wet it's almost like pineapples??? I know that's not in the blend but that's what it seems like at first. That quickly goes away though, and the fragrance just stays a sweet fuity scent on me.

Hmm... definitely very watery. But there's a hint of something sharper beneath, possibly that sharp edge that some green scents have. Pretty. Very floral, but manages to retain it's watery feel. I like this a lot. If anything, it seems almost like a "more perfume-y" Nymph. Or I guess that's my way of saying it's a bit more floral than Nymph.

Giving this another go, having my sample rested for a good long time now. I really wanted this one to work before so we'll see again. Plus it looks like it's a nice protection blend! First off I get that amazing cold crisp winter scent. Very slightly fruity, like frosted fruit, and the tea tempers the pine-y ness of this very well. I can see men wearing this. It can come off as masculine, but I think it does also work for women who are looking for a cold, crisp nature-y blend. Soooooooooo nice. I think this scent HAS deepened somewhat from when I first tried it and reviewed it. It seems a twinge heavier now, and I think the heavier scents of the tea & spruce come out quite a bit more than when I first tried this. Still watery but I feel like the water has moved back a bit.

YES! If you have at least 5 you want, throw in an extra $5 and get the month's sampler. I've done that some months where I wanted to try a lot of scents, and it's been awesome... strangely I always end up with one I never thought I'd try but end up liking!

Just ordered a trial vial of this. I seem to be in a huge aquatic phase for me. Funny thing is a lot of aquatics are men's or unisex scents. I'm totally looking forward to this one. I've been wearing Eye of the Storm for the past couple days off and on. lol. (and HUGE Lap of Luxury w/SWS fan here too)

I LOVE THIS SCENT. I need a fb. Maybe my next order. Or it goes on the FB wishlist (which keep getting longer and longer since I can't drop the money on all the fb's I want right now). Wet it smelled a bit too much like fresh wet earth to me, which isn't so much my thing, but on drydown this is gorgeous and fresh and crisp green and rain. I'm learning it's not *just* green scents I like but wet/rainy green scents. And this is pretty spot on!

This is definitely pink. I get that first. I get the lime that most people do as well. Pink limeaid? It's sweet and candy-like, but it has that very slight citrus bitterness to it. Not a scent I'd have picked to try on my own but I got this as a sniffie. (Thank you Mara!) I'm not sure if this is something I'd wear normally, but it's great to have an opportunity to try this as I'd never have picked it up otherwise.

I got this as a sniffie. Well, what to say about Spark in the Dark? It's very pretty and light. Normally I don't like resiny/musky scents so much because I find them really heavy and "perfumey". Spark in the Dark is quite nicely musky and resin-y but not heavy at all. In fact I had to apply more than I normally do to be able to smell this on me. It's very nice.

Wore 3 small sprays (the trial spray during phero month) of this today with dabs of Lap of Luxury (w/SWS). I had a meeting that I wasn't looking forward to, and the ladies I met with ended up being very nice and accomodating and it went smoothly and well. Phero or no? I don't know for sure, but probably played a role in there since they were liostening to me and my suggestions and thought of them as good ideas.

This smells quite strange on me. I wouldn't call it a pleasant perfume scent. It smells a lot more like a "magickal potion" scent to me. Dry, it's a lot more pleasant to my nose... but not wet. I do try to wear this for intent so I'll see how things go with it. Been wearing it all day but I wonder if the effects of this potion is more subtle.

Hmm, not entirely sure what to say about this, but here goes: I wore this for the intent last Friday because I knew it was a challenging day at work. And wow was that EVER an understatement. I had the craziest day. Even after work. I had about 10-15 mins to shovel food in mouth and keep on working. We ran $3500 worth of experimental kits, and some non-replaceable samples. The machine we have to analyze the results kept failing. I was freaking out very badly. It was a series of "I think I fixed it...... oh crap and this other thing isn't working." Finally in desperation I ran to another machine that's completely unrelated to see if we could get ANYTHING. I just needed a picture and I'd work from there to analyze results, manually if I had to. And it worked. Amazingly. I'll find out on Monday if the pictures I got are any good, but I have hope it wasn't a total loss. So what did Elan Vitale do? I'm not sure, but I did manage to survive the day and kept going till we finished. I figured that counts for something.

Hmm, wet it's very citrusy, but it morphs to a sparkly citrusy ginger ale (like those family Christmas punch bowls made with ginger ale cranberry juice and some lemons/oranges thrown in) after a bit of drydown on me. It's very uplifting! I like it. Can't wait to try it out for it's energizing/success potion properties!

I have NO idea why but when I first applied this, very wet I thought of maraschino cherries. Which is NOT a note in this. But a minute or so later it's very beautifully blended lilac. Very elegant, spring-ish seeming to me. It reminds me of a day spent in the garden with the smell of soft flowers wafting over. and..... on dry down I'm reminded AGAIN of maraschino cherries. WHAT?!?!? I don't understand. Like if I put my nose right up against my wrist I know I'm smelling the perfume, but just light wafts coming up to my nose as I type is what comes up as the maraschino for me. @_@

OH MY GOD this fragrance is gorgeous!!! I like Betrothal Potion and other fresh scents, but this one is just... there's something about it. It's very fresh and uplifting while not being *too* light. This is something I want to apply generously as it's such a pretty scent.
