@HC: Yes - pheromones (like perfumes) rely on diffusion to work. If you are outside, you usually get so much diffusion (unless your target is very close to you) that they are too weak or just plain blown away by the wind to work.

Yes. Plus if you are outside, the wind will usually disperse the pheros to the point they are not really effective in my experience.

Some people are just more susceptible to self-effects with pheromones than others but that tends to decrease quickly with constant use. I know Mara does not use the chemicals to "fix" her scents that most large commercial perfumer producers use. That way their perfumes smell the same on everyone and smell the same no matter how long you have worn it. You can research exactly what these "fixers" are here on this site or on the internet easily enough. Because of this, Mara's scents do change over time and can smell differently on different people. But those people who are sensitive to those chemicals do not get headaches either with Mara's scents. A lot of people here will tell you (me included) that after wearing Mara's scents for a while, other perfumes will have a chemical smell to them. And there you go.

I have always wanted to make staircases/walkways up and along the walls for our cat but we have a high ceiling in the living room and Mrs. QG does not want them. I wore Bedeviled today. I had to stop by one of my usual grocery stores. On the way in, I saw one of the female cashiers who is always friendly was bringing in shopping carts from one of the collection points in the parking lot. I decide to help her and bring in some in. We are each pushing our respective line of carts. She is beside me, about four feet back and exactly downwind. Suddenly I hear her start huffing the air, groan, and say "Oh my God you smell good." She just kept saying variations of that until we got inside.

Impression 2: The scent is a sweet/fresh kind of scent. I am not sure which component give it the sweetness but it is a light scent. The <3 Throb pheromone worked its magic as usual. No you do not. Or anything with a lot of 'none in it either.

It is sometimes a double-edged sword but the fact that you know where "that scent" is coming from will make it safe from his perspective. The danger for married guys is if your wife does not know and she consciously picks up on that scent ... and wonders where it came from. I think in your case - giving to your man - it might come across as "Round 2" kinda thing when he still has your scent from "Round 1" and you are both ready to go again. The scent at first - yeah - just tell him it will be a little strong at first but it will die down with dry down and he will be fine. Give him a hint as to the reward if he plays along and he should get the message.
